Muhsin Ertu\u011frul\u2019un \u2018Othello rol\u00fcnde onun \u00fcst\u00fcne kimse g\u00f6sterilemez\u2019 dedi\u011fi Papazyan\u2019\u0131n maceralarla dolu hayat\u0131na ve icraatlar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, onun hakk\u0131nda bu kadar az bilgiye sahip oldu\u011funa \u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcyor insan.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">9 May\u0131s\u2019ta ba\u015flayan 19. \u0130stanbul Tiyatro Festivali kapsam\u0131nda \u2018\u0130ki Adam, \u0130ki D\u00fcnya, Tek Sahne: Muhsin Ertu\u011frul ve Vahram Papazyan\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir etkinlik d\u00fczenlendi. Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i G\u00f6steri Sanatlar\u0131 Toplulu\u011fu (BGST) ve Berberyan Kumpanyas\u0131\u2019n\u0131 bir araya getiren, Papazyan ve Ertu\u011frul\u2019un dostlu\u011funu oda\u011f\u0131na alan \u2018Muhsin ve Vahram\u2019 isimli yar\u0131m saatlik g\u00f6sterinin ard\u0131ndan, konu\u015fmac\u0131lar Bo\u011fos Levon Zekiyan, Ay\u015feg\u00fcl \u00c7elik ve Artsvi Bakhchinyan dinleyicilere, T\u00fcrkiyeli bu iki ustan\u0131n sanat\u0131n\u0131 ve onlar\u0131n tiyatro sahnesinde kesi\u015fen hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 anlatt\u0131. \u2018Muhsin ve Vahram\u2019 oyunun yazar\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda oyunda Muhsin Ertu\u011frul\u2019un ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 canland\u0131ran F\u0131rat G\u00fcll\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn de dedi\u011fi \u00fczere, internette Vahram Papazyan ad\u0131n\u0131 aratt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za, Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n olimpiyatlara ilk yollad\u0131\u011f\u0131 atlet olarak tarihe ge\u00e7en di\u011fer Vahram Papazyan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Halbuki akt\u00f6r Vahram Papazyan\u2019\u0131n maceralarla dolu hayat\u0131na, sanat\u0131na ve icraatlar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, onun hakk\u0131nda bu kadar az bilgiye sahip oldu\u011funa \u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcyor insan. Orta halli bir aileden gelen Papazyan\u2019\u0131n babas\u0131 Pera\u2019n\u0131n \u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fck yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaynaklardan \u00f6\u011freniyoruz ancak annesiyle ilgili bir bilgiye ula\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. \u00d6te yandan Papazyan\u2019\u0131n \u0130talyan, eski bir balerin olan bir s\u00fct annesi oldu\u011fu biliniyor. Yaramaz bir \u00e7ocuk oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenen Papazyan\u2019\u0131 durdurabilmenin yolu, ona s\u00fcrekli hik\u00e2ye veya masal anlatmaktan ge\u00e7erken, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck akt\u00f6r kendi kendini sakinle\u015ftirmenin \u00e7aresini de yoldan ge\u00e7enlere g\u00f6steriler haz\u0131rlamakta bulur. \u2018Adam olacak \u00e7ocuk\u2019 diye ba\u015flayan malum atas\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn de i\u015faret etti\u011fi gibi, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015flardan itibaren sahnelere at\u0131lmak istedi\u011fini belli eden Papazyan, her b\u00fcy\u00fck sanat\u00e7\u0131 gibi hedefine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in epey \u00e7aba g\u00f6sterir. Doktor olmas\u0131n\u0131 isteyen ve akt\u00f6r olmas\u0131na kesinlikle kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan babas\u0131 hatta s\u00fclalesindeki hi\u00e7bir fert, 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n en \u00f6nemli trajedyeni olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclecek gencin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7emez. Vahram, Fran\u00e7ois Copp\u00e9e\u2019nin \u2018Demircilerin Grevi\u2019 adl\u0131 \u015fiirini okuyup, \u0130talyan B\u00fcy\u00fckel\u00e7isi taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6d\u00fcllendirildi\u011finde hen\u00fcz \u2018kara ve sevimli\u2019 bir \u00e7ocuktur. \u00dcstelik \u2018Demircilerin Grevi\u2019 dendi\u011finde, bu \u015fiire ses vermesiyle hemen ak\u0131llara gelen gen\u00e7 Ermeni tiyatrocu Yenovk \u015eahen, ilerde Papazyan\u2019\u0131n hem i\u015f arkada\u015f\u0131, hem de en yak\u0131n dostlar\u0131ndan biri olacakt\u0131r.\u00a0 1915\u2019te \u015eahen i\u00e7in sahne perdesi sonsuza dek kapan\u0131rken, ondan daha \u015fansl\u0131 olarak Odessa\u2019ya ka\u00e7an Papazyan, kendini Sovyetler Birli\u011fi\u2019nin demir perdesinin arkas\u0131nda bulacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Aforoz edilmi\u015f Vahram<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Biz \u015fimdilik Papazyan\u2019\u0131n \u00e7ocuklu\u011funa d\u00f6nelim\u20261902\u2019de Esayan Okulu\u2019ndan mezun olduktan sonra, Moda\u2019daki M\u0131hitaryan Okulu\u2019nda \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flayan oyuncu, 1905&#8217;te din adam\u0131 olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Venedik\u2019e yollan\u0131r ancak bu \u00e7aba onun ancak \u2018aforoz edilmi\u015f Vahram\u2019 lakab\u0131n\u0131 almas\u0131na sebep olur. Murat Rafaelyan Koleji\u2019nde sadece \u00fc\u00e7 ay kalabilen oyuncu, rivayete g\u00f6re bir gece tiyatroya gitmek i\u00e7in okuldan ka\u00e7ar ve o g\u00fcnden sonra tiyatroda kal\u0131r. \u0130talya ve Fransa\u2019da ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 tiyatro e\u011fitiminin yan\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli tiyatro gruplar\u0131yla birlikte sahneye de \u00e7\u0131kar. \u0130talyan oyun yazar\u0131 ve oyuncu Ermete Novelli\u2019nin \u00f6\u011frencisi de olan Papazyan, onun kurdu\u011fu Com\u00e9die Fran\u00e7aise\u2019in oyunlar\u0131nda da yer al\u0131r. Onun i\u00e7in \u201cE\u011fer \u0130talya\u2019da kal\u0131rsa, tiyatromuzun y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131 olacakt\u0131r\u201d gibi c\u00fcmleler kurulurken, Papazyan\u2019\u0131n g\u00f6zlerinin n\u00e2ma \u2018Kutsal Sarah\u2019 ismiyle de tan\u0131nan sahnelerin ve sessiz filmlerin belki de en \u00f6nemli aktrisi Sarah Bernhardt\u2019a kadar gider. Bernhardt, Papazyan\u2019\u0131n g\u00f6zlerini \u00f6vmekle bitiremez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Oyuncu 1908&#8217;de \u0130stanbul\u2019a d\u00f6nd\u00fckten hemen bir ay sonra II. Me\u015frutiyet ilan edilir. Ayn\u0131 yaz, 1896&#8217;da Osmanl\u0131 Bankas\u0131 bask\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ya\u015fanan pogrom sonucunda hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden Ermeniler i\u00e7in, \u015ei\u015fli Mezarl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nda d\u00fczenlenen mitingde Papazyan, Tanyel Varujan\u2019\u0131n 1896\u2019daki k\u0131y\u0131m\u0131 anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fiiri \u2018\u00c7art\u2019\u0131 (K\u0131y\u0131m) okur. Abd\u00fclhamid\u2019in bask\u0131 rejimi s\u0131ras\u0131nda zora giren ve kapanan Ermenice tiyatronun II. Me\u015frutiyet\u2019le \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne kavu\u015fmas\u0131, Papazyan\u2019\u0131n da \u0130stanbul sahnelerine girmesi demektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>\u2018Kocaman g\u00f6zleri 40 akt\u00f6re bedel\u2019<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Abd\u00fclhamid, nam-\u0131 di\u011fer K\u0131z\u0131l Sultan&#8217;\u0131n kendisine kar\u015f\u0131t oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019a s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Osmanl\u0131 ayd\u0131n\u0131 Abdullah Cevdet\u2019in, s\u00fcrg\u00fcn y\u0131llar\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Hamlet \u00e7evirisi, \u015fimdilerde Sinepop Sinemas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n oldu\u011fu binada bulunan me\u015fhur Odeon Tiyatrosu\u2019nda 1911&#8217;de sahnelendi\u011finde, izleyiciler oyunun ba\u015frol\u00fcnde izledikleri Vahram Papazyan ile nihayet tan\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Papazyan sadece Hamlet rol\u00fcne can vermekle kalmam\u0131\u015f, ayn\u0131 zamanda Hamlet\u2019in \u0130stanbul\u2019da T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00e7evirisiyle bir prod\u00fcksiyonunu sahneleme fikrini de bizzat ortaya atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. H\u00e2lbuki bug\u00fcne kadar Osmanl\u0131 tiyatrosunun Hamlet rol\u00fcnde g\u00f6rmeye al\u0131\u015f\u0131k oldu\u011fu insan, bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli Ermeni tiyatro oyuncusu Bedros Atamyan\u2019d\u0131r. Hal b\u00f6yle olunca, Ermeni entelijansiyas\u0131 da ister istemez Papazyan\u2019\u0131 Atamyan\u2019a benzetmeye, onunla mukayese etmeye ba\u015flar. \u0130zleyici Papazyan\u2019\u0131 izlerken sanki kar\u015f\u0131lar\u0131nda, hen\u00fcz \u00fc\u00e7 ya\u015f\u0131ndayken hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden Atamyan&#8217;\u0131 bulur. Atamyan \u00e2deta Papazyan&#8217;\u0131n suretinde dirilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Hamlet\u2019te papaz rol\u00fcnde yer alan V. Felekyan, Papazyan i\u00e7in; \u201cOnun kocaman g\u00f6zleri bile 40 akt\u00f6re bedeldir. O belli bir ya\u015fa kadar Atamyan kadar g\u00fczel de\u011fildi, fakat daha sonra birden bire g\u00f6ze \u00e7arpmaya ve giderek parlamaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Olimpia g\u00fczelli\u011fine sahipti. Biri hissederek izleyicilerin hissedebilmesini sa\u011flarken, di\u011feri hissedermi\u015f gibi yap\u0131p o hissin herkesi ele ge\u00e7irmesini sa\u011flar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>E\u011fitim \u015fart!<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">1911 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki Hamlet temsili, T\u00fcrkiye tiyatrosu ve sinemas\u0131n\u0131n da d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktalar\u0131ndan biri olur. 19 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Muhsin Ertu\u011frul bu oyunda Leartes rol\u00fcndedir ve kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda o d\u00f6nemde al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ftan farkl\u0131 olarak \u2018alayl\u0131\u2019 olmayan, Avrupa\u2019da tiyatro e\u011fitimi alm\u0131\u015f bir akt\u00f6r vard\u0131r. Bu oyunla birlikte b\u00fcy\u00fcyen can dostluklar\u0131 bir yana dursun, Papazyan\u2019\u0131n \u2018ne yap et, bu i\u015fin Avrupa\u2019da e\u011fitimini al\u2019 nasihatiyle yola \u00e7\u0131kan Muhsin Ertu\u011frul, \u00f6mr\u00fc boyunca T\u00fcrkiye tiyatro ve sinemas\u0131nda \u2018ilklerin\u2019 alt\u0131na imzas\u0131n\u0131 atacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">1914 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n A\u011fustos ay\u0131na kadar Papazyan i\u00e7in hayat ziyadesiyle g\u00fczel ge\u00e7er. \u0130zmir\u2019den, Yalova\u2019dan, Bah\u00e7ecik\u2019ten insanlar onun yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ermenice tiyatro oyunlar\u0131n\u0131 izlemek i\u00e7in ak\u0131n ak\u0131n \u0130stanbul\u2019a gelirler. Papazyan da, \u00fcnl\u00fc Rum oyuncu Veroniye\u2019nin grubuyla \u0130zmir\u2019i dola\u015f\u0131r. Veroniye ve oyuncular\u0131 sahnede Rumca konu\u015furken, Papazyan oyununu Ermenice oynar. Papazyan, Tekirda\u011f\u2019dan M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019a kadar, Ermenilerin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn y\u00f6relerde sahneye \u00e7\u0131kar. 1913\u2019te Tiflis\u2019e ge\u00e7er. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 patlak verdi\u011finde Papazyan Venedik\u2019tedir. Ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir davet \u00fczerine Bak\u00fc\u2019ye gitmek i\u00e7in bindi\u011fi gemi \u0130stanbul liman\u0131na u\u011frar, gemiye el konulur, yolcular da indirilir. Mecburen \u0130stanbul\u2019da kalan Papazyan\u2019\u0131n ismi \u2018kara liste\u2019de yaz\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r, ancak onun durumdan haberi yoktur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tiyatronun usta isimlerinden Mardiros M\u0131nakyan\u2019a yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ziyaret s\u0131ras\u0131nda, M\u0131nakyan ona provalar\u0131 halihaz\u0131rda devam eden \u2018B\u00fcy\u00fck Gece\u2019 adl\u0131 bir Rus oyunundaki \u2018Dimitri\u2019 rol\u00fcn\u00fc oynamas\u0131n\u0131 teklif eder. Ba\u015fta ne kadar kabul etmek istemese de, M\u0131nakyan\u2019\u0131n \u0131srarlar\u0131na yenik d\u00fc\u015fen Papazyan, bir hafta sonra yeniden \u0130stanbul sahnelerinin tozunu att\u0131rmak \u00fczere yerini al\u0131r. Hen\u00fcz birinci perdenin sonlar\u0131ndayken iki sivil polis onu g\u00f6t\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in gelmi\u015ftir. Papazyan\u2019\u0131n b\u00f6ylesine m\u00fc\u015fk\u00fcl bir durumdan nas\u0131l kurtuldu\u011funa dair iki hik\u00e2ye anlat\u0131l\u0131r. Birincisi ve k\u0131sa olan\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yledir: Sahne perdecisi Ra\u015fit, polislerin geldi\u011fini duyunca perdeyi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 indirir, Vahram\u2019\u0131 durumdan haberdar eder ve Vahram y\u00fcz\u00fcndeki makyaj\u0131 bile silmeden ka\u00e7ar. Di\u011feri ise \u015f\u00f6yle: Vahram sahnedeyken, kuliste polisleri oyalamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oyunculardan \u00c7obanyan, o anda bir rol\u00fc olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen sahneye atlar. Oyunu hi\u00e7 b\u00f6lmeden, a\u011fz\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kanlar \u00e2deta oyunun bir par\u00e7as\u0131ym\u0131\u015f gibi, \u201cDimitri, kazak askerleri geldiler, seni Sonya\u2019ya g\u00f6t\u00fcrecekler.
