B\u00f6ylece bazen \u015fahsen yollara d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp bilinmeyen yollarda kaybettiklerimizi aramak d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir \u00e7are kalmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Gen\u00e7 bir kad\u0131n\u0131n 1973\u2019te T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den Almanya Federal Cumhuriyeti\u2019ne g\u00f6\u00e7\u00fc ve H\u0131ristiyan Tanr\u0131 evi ile H\u0131ristiyan duas\u0131yla ilk kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Her gidi\u015f ayn\u0131 zamanda veda anlam\u0131na gelmektedir. Ve Alter\u2019in tehdit dolu sesi havada h\u00e2la duyuluyor: \u201cBak, g\u00fcvenli, tan\u0131d\u0131k ve geni\u015f yolu terketmeyesin\u201d. Bu \u00f6zlem, bizi \u00e7evreleyen g\u00fcndelik olgulardan do\u011fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u0130\u015fbu tezin i\u00e7eri\u011fi anl\u0131k foto\u011fraf gibi, geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc ba\u011fa olan \u00f6zleme ve kaybettikleri slogan\u0131n gereklili\u011fine y\u00f6nelik insanlar\u0131n arzular\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermekte, yol a\u00e7ma, aray\u0131\u015f ve de\u011fi\u015fimlerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131nda mana bulmay\u0131 denemektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck ve engellerle dolu bu yolda her ad\u0131mla birlikte \u015fahs\u0131n ki\u015fisel deneyim ve g\u00fcndelik ili\u015fkileri, giderken yol a\u00e7ar gibi, gitgide daha belirgin olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Burada, \u015fuurun \u00e7aresizli\u011fiyle ilgili sorunun cevab\u0131n\u0131 bulup, insan ruhunun derinliklerinde faal bir b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn hi\u00e7 dinmeyen bir kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131kla tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair kanaat getirmekteyiz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">E\u011fitimime ancak k\u0131rk ya\u015f\u0131mda ba\u015flayabildi\u011fimden dolay\u0131, Ermeni kilisesi ve Ermeni din adam\u0131yla ilk kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmam beni ancak o ya\u015f\u0131mda \u015fa\u015f\u0131rtacakt\u0131. Al\u0131n yaz\u0131m b\u00f6yleydi. O tarihlerde sadece Ermenilerle de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda iyi kom\u015fular olan Yunanl\u0131larla da kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131m. M.\u00d6. 780 y\u0131l\u0131nda bayaz\u0131t (prens) Hamam Amatuni, halk\u0131yla birlikte b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f Pontus\u2019un kral\u0131 V. Konstantin\u2019e, Tambur (Takhpur) b\u00f6lgesi, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz Ba\u015fhem\u015fin\u2019ine geldi. Onlar\u0131n talihi de Hem\u015fin Ermenileri gibi oldu, k\u0131smen \u0130slamla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131lar veya s\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fcler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">T\u00fcm g\u00f6\u00e7lerde oldu\u011fu gibi, gelenler daha sonra g\u00f6\u00e7lere zorlanmaktad\u0131r. (Burada, Pontus Rumlar\u0131n\u0131n 19. yy. ba\u015f\u0131nda Pontus\u2019tan Yunan b\u00f6lgesine g\u00f6\u00e7t\u00fckten sonra, Kuzey Yunanistan\u2019daki siyasi ve ekonomik sars\u0131nt\u0131lar sebebiyle 40 y\u0131ld\u0131r yabanc\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7i olarak Almanya\u2019ya g\u00f6\u00e7t\u00fckleri sorusuna girmek istemiyorum).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Kader veya talih, Anadolu\u2019nun iki antik, y\u00fcksek k\u00fclt\u00fcre sahip halk\u0131 olan Pontuslu Yunanl\u0131lar ve Ermenilerin iki kom\u015fu olarak yan-yana ya\u015famalar\u0131, s\u00fcrg\u00fcn, tehcir ve toplu k\u0131y\u0131mlar\u0131n korkun\u00e7 ac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 trajedik bir \u015fekilde \u00e7ekmelerini, hayatta kalanlar\u0131n ise cebri \u0130slamla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lma sonucunda k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimliklerine yabanc\u0131la\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 istemekteydi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019nun eski do\u011fu vilayetlerinin sakinlerinden olu\u015fan farkl\u0131 gruplar, dillerinin kayb\u0131na ve \u00f6z milletlerine ait olma haf\u0131zas\u0131na unutkanl\u0131k kompleksiyle yakla\u015fmaktad\u0131rlar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda S\u00fcrmene b\u00f6lgesine yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fum ziyaret esnas\u0131nda olumlu bir hareket g\u00f6zlemledim. Toplumsal kurulu\u015flarda her konuda de\u011fi\u015fim hissediliyordu, baz\u0131 kiliseler restore edilmi\u015f ve k\u0131smen kullan\u0131lmaktayd\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 ya\u015f\u0131nda bir delikanl\u0131ya, b\u00f6lgede i\u015fleyen bir kilise olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sordum. Gen\u00e7, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sevin\u00e7le bana kiliseyi g\u00f6sterdi ve ge\u00e7mi\u015fte H\u0131ristiyan olanlar\u0131n bug\u00fcn tekrar bu kilisede vaftiz olduklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zellikle belirtti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Yukar\u0131da belirtmi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz gibi, g\u00fcndelik ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tekrar g\u00f6rmekteyiz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Suyun \u00f6n\u00fc kesilmi\u015f, su ise zaman i\u00e7inde olu\u015fumu a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131rarak ta\u015ftan bu k\u00fctle \u00fczerinde bir kanal a\u00e7ar ve bize, eski yolun \u00fczerinde yenisinin a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatarak damla-damla nehrin yata\u011f\u0131na dolmaya ba\u015flar. Bu su ebediyen kapal\u0131 kalamaz, bizim derinlerden gelen antik p\u0131nar\u0131m\u0131zdan f\u0131\u015fk\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Unutulmu\u015flu\u011fun bu ta\u015f\u0131ndan akan, bilincimizin, atalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tarihinin ve g\u00f6zya\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sonsuz damlalar\u0131 bu sudad\u0131r. L\u00e2kin yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z nehrin ak\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 gere\u011finden fazla olursa her\u015feyi yutan ve kendili\u011finden akan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir sele d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr ve tarihi pisliklerden temizleyen bir olgu olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kabilir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Bu ta\u015f h\u00e2la bilincimiz \u00fczerinde bask\u0131 yapmakta ve tabiat anan\u0131n bize bah\u015fetmi\u015f oldu\u011fu o de\u011ferli unsura olan giri\u015f h\u00e2la kapal\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece hayat\u0131n ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn \u00f6n \u015fart\u0131 ve varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yolundaki \u00f6zelin \u00e7evreyle ayn\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fc kesilmi\u015ftir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cHer \u015fey akmaktad\u0131r ve de\u011fi\u015fimin kendisinin haricinde hi\u00e7bir \u015fey ebedi de\u011fildir\u201d demi\u015f Heraklides.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L\u00e2kin p\u0131nar duruyor, ger\u00e7i orada, kendi yerinde ayn\u0131s\u0131 olmas\u0131na ve y\u00fczeyde yeni bir yol aramas\u0131na ra\u011fmen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Yunan felsefesinin do\u011fu\u015fu esnas\u0131nda Orta ve Kuzey Avrupa halklar\u0131 h\u00e2la m\u0131zrak ve baltayla vah\u015fi hayvan avl\u0131yorlard\u0131. Daha sonra onlar da Karadeniz etraf\u0131nda kendi kolonilerini kurdular. Bu yerle\u015fim yerleri, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz T\u00fcrkiyesinin bat\u0131 ve do\u011fu Karadeniz k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131nda ya\u015fayan bir dizi halklar\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 dev k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn uzun ve s\u00fcrekli geli\u015fmesinin temelini olu\u015fturdu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Yap\u0131lan i\u015fler (sava\u015flar, tehcirler) sonucunda b\u00fcy\u00fck insani il\u00fczyonlar\u0131 hakl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karmak amac\u0131yla tarih boyunca \u00e7ok az \u015fey yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Her hal\u00fck\u00e2rda, tarihi olaylar\u0131n gereklili\u011fiyle ilgili tak\u0131nd\u0131klar\u0131 tutumun, haf\u0131zalar\u0131m\u0131za silinmez bir iz b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015f ve bug\u00fcn de h\u00e2la b\u0131rakmakta oldu\u011fu kesindir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u0130nsani giri\u015fimcili\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131n, t\u00fcm d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin derinliklerinde, milad\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren bize zorbal\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 koyma g\u00fcc\u00fc veren, \u00f6z unsurlar\u0131yla bezeli bir \u00f6n bilgi mevcuttur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc su hayat\u0131n dinamik g\u00fcc\u00fc ve bu a\u00e7\u0131dan da t\u00fcm y\u00fcksek k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerin p\u0131nar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Do\u011frusunu s\u00f6ylemek gerekirse, niyetim tarihin ciddi ve ac\u0131l\u0131 bir zaman dilimini g\u00fczel \u015fekillendirilmi\u015f derin manal\u0131 felsefi bir makaleyle en iyi \u015fekilde takdim etmek de\u011fildir. Sadece deyimden do\u011fan hislerimi a\u00e7\u0131klamak isterdim. Dikkatli okuyucu i\u00e7in son derece az gelece\u011fine ra\u011fmen, benim i\u00e7in \u00f6nem arzeden her \u015fey bu metnin i\u00e7eri\u011finde ele al\u0131nacakt\u0131r, fakat t\u00fcm bilgilerimi, g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcn yetti\u011fi kadar burada da kullanaca\u011f\u0131m konusunda herkesi temin ederim. Kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m zorluklara gelince, s\u00f6ylemem gerekir ki, onlar benim i\u00e7in sadece ister-istemez gizli kalm\u0131\u015f bir milli az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kimlik olarak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz T\u00fcrk toplumu i\u00e7inde ne \u015fartlar alt\u0131nda ayakta kalmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakk\u0131nda yaz\u0131lan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir yaz\u0131n\u0131n dahi ne zorluklarla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bu sunum ezilen kimliklerin \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma sorunlar\u0131n\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda sosyal, ruhsal ve tarihi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri de sunan, durum hakk\u0131nda bir rapor olarak alg\u0131lanmal\u0131d\u0131r<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Kimlik kayb\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u015e\u00fcphesiz ki tarih, di\u011fer bir\u00e7ok halk gibi Ermenilerin de kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimlikleri u\u011fruna 1500 y\u0131ldan fazla m\u00fccadele verdiklerini do\u011frular. Bu m\u00fccadele bir\u00e7ok y\u00f6nler a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f ve g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar, farkl\u0131 boyutlarda s\u00fcrmektedir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kuzey do\u011fusunda ya\u015fayan Hem\u015finli Ermeniler bu a\u00e7\u0131dan istisna te\u015fkil ederler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Hem\u015finli Ermenilerin \u201ckimlik kayb\u0131\u201dyla ilgili tart\u0131\u015fmalarda, Hem\u015finli Ermenilerin \u201cbeyaz\u201d soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ve bunu takip eden ve ba\u015fl\u0131ba\u015f\u0131na eziyetlerle dolu bir hik\u00e2ye olan t\u00fcm Ermeni halk\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de soyk\u0131r\u0131ma tabi tutulmas\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">T\u00fcrklerin diyalog kadri ve iste\u011finin tarihsel reddinin tersine, Ermeni halk\u0131 \u00fcmitlerini 1923\u2019te imzalanm\u0131\u015f olan Lozan Antla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019na ba\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Lozan Antla\u015fmas\u0131 maddelerine g\u00f6re H\u0131ristiyan az\u0131nl\u0131klar katliam ve tehcirlerden muaf olmal\u0131yd\u0131, h\u00e2lbuki bu arada yar\u0131s\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131 yok edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bu antla\u015fma, anla\u015fma maddelerine istinaden, Ermenilere kilise, e\u011fitim ve di\u011fer konularda \u00f6zerkli\u011fe ula\u015fmalar\u0131 yolunda prensip olarak asgari haklar\u0131n verilmesinin sa\u011flayacakt\u0131. T\u00fcrkler ve Ermeniler aras\u0131nda antla\u015fmalarla kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nan anla\u015fmalar bilinmezlik i\u00e7inde kalmakta, bunun sonucunda ise sonu\u00e7suz ve yar\u0131m kalmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00f6nemli olan, prensip olarak milli az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n hesaba kat\u0131l\u0131p T\u00fcrkiye anayasas\u0131nda yer bulmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">H\u00e2lbuki \u00e7ok uluslu devletin siyasi anlams\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131, sadece dini az\u0131nl\u0131k olarak anlamland\u0131r\u0131lan ve alg\u0131lanan T\u00fcrkiye anayasas\u0131nda kay\u0131tl\u0131 olan \u201cetnik\u201d s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde yatmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin bu temel \u00f6zelli\u011fi ile bundan kaynaklanan t\u00fcm halklar\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n reddi onlar\u0131n \u00f6zbilincidir, cebri asimilasyon yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 ise en ba\u015fta T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ya\u015fayan t\u00fcm milli az\u0131nl\u0131klarla ilgili fikir belirten T\u00fcrk y\u00f6neticilerinin ruhunda bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">1934 y\u0131l\u0131nda kabul edilen ve Ermenice isimlerinin i\u00e7selle\u015ftirilmesi ve de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesiyle ilgili kanunu somut bir \u00f6rnek olarak verebiliriz. Bug\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu konu \u00e7ok akt\u00fceldir. Fransa\u2019da Frans\u0131zcan\u0131n oldu\u011fu gibi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de T\u00fcrk\u00e7e resmi dil olarak kabul edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">XIV. ve XV. yy.larda Hem\u015finli Ermenilerin bir k\u0131sm\u0131 zorla \u0130slamla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve bu durum bug\u00fcne kadar ciddi bir \u015fekilde ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
