Tarihi dokusu, zengin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131 ve \u00e7okk\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc yap\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan Halep, ayn\u0131 zamanda\u00a0<strong>UNESCO D\u00fcnya Miras\u0131 Listesi<\/strong>\u2019nde yer alan \u00f6nemli bir \u015fehirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Gaziantep\u2019ten karayolundan \u00e7\u0131kar, k\u0131sa bir yolculuk sonras\u0131 Halep\u2019e ula\u015f\u0131rd\u0131k\u2026 Be\u015f bin y\u0131ld\u0131r \u00f6nemli bir ticaret merkezi olarak bilinen Halep Roma, Bizans, Emevi, Abbasi, Sel\u00e7uklu, Meml\u00fck ve Osmanl\u0131 gibi bir\u00e7ok medeniyetin izlerini ta\u015f\u0131rd\u0131. Bu durum, Halep\u2019in mimarisinde ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131s\u0131nda izler b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Halep Kalesi, Ulu Cami, Bab Antakya gibi tarihi yap\u0131lar, \u015fehrin \u00f6nemli simgeleriydi. \u015eehir, \u0130pek Yolu \u00fczerinde bulunmas\u0131 nedeniyle tarih boyunca ticaretin merkezi olmu\u015f ve \u00f6zellikle sabun, kuma\u015f, baharat ve zeytinya\u011f\u0131 \u00fcretimiyle \u00fcnlenmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7 sava\u015f \u00f6ncesinde Halep, Suriye ekonomisinin lokomotifi say\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131. Sanayi, ticaret ve zanaatk\u00e2rl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00fclkenin en geli\u015fmi\u015f \u015fehirlerinden biriydi. Bu alan, dar sokaklar\u0131, geleneksel evleri ve \u00e7ar\u015f\u0131lar\u0131yla Orta Do\u011fu\u2019nun en iyi korunmu\u015f eski \u015fehirlerinden biriydi. Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu d\u00f6neminde\u00a0<strong>Halep Vilayeti<\/strong>, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Suriye\u2019nin kuzeyinde yer alan ve Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6nemli idari birimlerinden biri olan bir y\u00f6netim merkeziydi. Halep Vilayeti, Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n klasik vilayet sisteminde b\u00fcy\u00fck ve \u00f6nemli bir yer tutuyordu. Vilayetin idari b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri,\u00a0<strong>Halep Sanca\u011f\u0131, Antep Sanca\u011f\u0131, Urfa Sanca\u011f\u0131, Mara\u015f Sanca\u011f\u0131, \u0130skenderun ve Antakya sanca\u011f\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dostlarla sohbet ederken dile getirdi\u011fimiz gibi bug\u00fcn Antakya, Gaziantep mutfaklar\u0131yla Halep mutfa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n benzerli\u011fi \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 gelmemeli. Sonu\u00e7ta hepsi tek bir vilayetin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Halep Vilayeti, etnik ve dini \u00e7e\u015fitlilik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da zengindi. T\u00fcrkler, Araplar, K\u00fcrtler, Ermeniler ve \u00c7erkesler gibi bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 etnik grup burada ya\u015f\u0131yordu.
