Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc (24 May\u0131s) ise Mill\u00ee E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Talim ve Terbiye Kurulu Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu m\u00fcfredat\u0131 jet h\u0131z\u0131yla onaylad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">Elbette ne ele\u015ftiriler, ne de on binlerce \u00f6neri iktidar\u0131n dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcfredatta ciddi bir de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe sebep oldu. Hatta MEB\u2019den yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re \u00f6neri ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler kapsam\u0131nda baz\u0131 sadece \u201ctashihler\u201d yap\u0131ld\u0131, yani yaz\u0131m hatalar\u0131 d\u00fczeltildi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">Yeni m\u00fcfredat\u0131 \u00e7ok detayl\u0131ca inceleyip bu konuda etkin muhalefet y\u00fcr\u00fcten siyaset\u00e7ilerden, eski \u00f6\u011fretmen, DEM Parti \u0130stanbul Milletvekili \u00d6zg\u00fcl Saki\u2019yle \u00f6\u011frencilerin, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin ve ebeveynlerin kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya bulundu\u011fu bu b\u00fcy\u00fck \u201ce\u011fitim operasyonunu\u201d konu\u015ftuk.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>\u0130\u00e7eri\u011fine birazdan geliriz ama, cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc Talim Terbiye Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan onaylanan e\u011fitim m\u00fcfredat\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlanma a\u015famas\u0131nda siz muhalefet partilerinden, \u00fcniversitelerden, ilgili kurum ve kurulu\u015flardan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f m\u0131yd\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">B\u0131rak\u0131n muhalefeti 3 binden fazla sayfadan olu\u015fan bu m\u00fcfredat\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011finden \u00fcniversitelerin, e\u011fitim sendikalar\u0131n\u0131n, ilgili sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n haberi bile yoktu. Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcfredat\u0131n haz\u0131rlanma s\u00fcrecinde bir s\u00fcr\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia ediyor. Oysa biz MEB\u2019in Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Gen\u00e7lik ve Spor Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019yla y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00c7EDES (\u201c\u00c7evreme Duyarl\u0131y\u0131m, De\u011ferlerime Sahip \u00c7\u0131k\u0131yorum\u201d) program\u0131ndan da biliyoruz ki, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ve \u00f6neri ald\u0131klar\u0131 esas kurum Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131. Zaten Milli E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131 Yusuf Tekin ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda \u201csizin tarikat, cemaat, bizim ise STK dedi\u011fimiz yap\u0131lar\u201d diyerek bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zetlemi\u015fti. Bakan\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fi \u201cSTK\u2019ler\u201d, tarikat ve cemaatlerin vak\u0131f ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlendikleri kurumlard\u0131r ve buralardan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>Muhalefet olarak yeni m\u00fcfredata \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 Maarif Modeli\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n konmas\u0131n\u0131 niye ele\u015ftiriyorsunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">Bildi\u011finiz gibi \u201cT\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131\u201d, Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 se\u00e7im slogan\u0131yd\u0131. Althusser \u201cdevletin ideolojik ayg\u0131tlar\u0131\u201d olarak kilise, aile ve okulu sayar. Devlet zor ayg\u0131tlar\u0131yla b\u00fct\u00fcn kesimleri zapturapt alt\u0131na al\u0131rken, ideolojik ayg\u0131tlar\u0131yla da manip\u00fcle eder. Althusser\u2019in kavramsalla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ideolojik ayg\u0131tlar\u0131 AKP, toplumsal m\u00fchendisli\u011fin \u00f6nemli bir arac\u0131 olarak i\u015flevselle\u015ftiriyor ve yeni m\u00fcfredat bunun en net arac\u0131 olarak dayat\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>&#8216;YEN\u0130 M\u00dcFREDAT T\u00dcRK-\u0130SLAM PROJES\u0130N\u0130N SON HALKASI&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>Nas\u0131l?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">Yeni m\u00fcfredat 12 Eyl\u00fcl askeri darbesinden itibaren y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam sentezi projesinin son halkas\u0131. 12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019den beri bu proje \u00e7e\u015fitli diren\u00e7 mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131, toplumsal muhalefeti a\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc tam olarak uygulanamad\u0131. 12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019den itibaren din dersleri zorunlu hale getirildi, T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck t\u00fcm m\u00fcfredata hakim k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131 ama 1980\u2019lerin sonundan itibaren e\u011fitim emek\u00e7ilerinin tekrar sendikala\u015fmas\u0131 ve toplumsal muhalefet iktidarlar \u00fczerinde \u00f6nemli bir bask\u0131 olu\u015fturuyordu. Fakat AKP t\u00fcm i\u015f kollar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda da sendikas\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rmaya h\u0131z verdi\u011fi i\u00e7in, cuntan\u0131n e\u011fitimde yar\u0131m b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fi tamamlamaya giri\u015fiyor. AKP d\u00f6neminde 9 kez Milli E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n, 17 kez e\u011fitim sisteminin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi bo\u015funa de\u011fil. 2012-2013 d\u00f6neminde devreye sokulan 4+4+4 sistemiyle, 2017-2018 d\u00f6neminde Evrim Teorisi\u2019nin m\u00fcfredattan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131yla, ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l \u201ccihat\u201d kavram\u0131n\u0131n \u201cibadetler\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131yla bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 peyderpey \u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>Onca bakan ve sistem de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ayn\u0131 zamanda iktidar\u0131n hedefini de tutturamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermiyor mu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">Nereden bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131za ba\u011fl\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu ayn\u0131 zamanda belirlenmi\u015f bir hedef i\u00e7in s\u00fcrekli bir \u00e7abaya da i\u015faret ediyor. \u0130lk y\u0131llarda siyasal ve toplumsal alanda me\u015fruiyet alan\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletmek i\u00e7in demokrasi s\u00f6ylemine ba\u015fvuran AKP, e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda radikal ad\u0131mlar atmaktan imtina etti. AKP \u201cBat\u0131l\u0131la\u015fma\u201d, \u201caskeri vesayetle m\u00fccadele\u201d s\u00f6ylemiyle sol-liberal kesimi de etraf\u0131nda toplayabilmek i\u00e7in \u201cdikkatli\u201d ad\u0131mlar att\u0131. Milli E\u011fitim Bakanlar\u0131 buna g\u00f6re se\u00e7iliyor, siyasi s\u00f6ylem buna g\u00f6re kurgulan\u0131yor fakat ayn\u0131 zamanda Fethullah\u00e7\u0131lar \u00fczerinden kadrola\u015fma \u00e7abalar\u0131 da y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyordu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>&#8216;SON D\u00dcZENLEME FA\u015e\u0130ZM\u0130N KURUMSALLA\u015eMA M\u00dcFREDATIDIR&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>Peki iktidar\u0131n e\u011fitim politikas\u0131n\u0131 denge g\u00f6zetmeksizin de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131 bu y\u0131lki m\u00fcfredatla m\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">Hay\u0131r, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 2017\u2019de tek adam sistemine ge\u00e7ilmesiyle, devletin AKP\u2019yle, AKP\u2019nin devletle \u00f6zde\u015fle\u015fmesiyle ba\u015flad\u0131. Yeni son d\u00fczenleme ise fa\u015fizmin kurumsalla\u015fma m\u00fcfredat\u0131d\u0131r. Bak\u0131n, tarikat ve cemaatlere STK diyen mevcut Milli E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131\u2019n\u0131n CV\u2019si bile bize \u00e7ok \u015fey anlat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>Nas\u0131l yani?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">Yusuf Tekin profes\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc tan\u0131mland\u0131ktan sadece 28 g\u00fcn sonra rekt\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011fe atan\u0131yor, ard\u0131ndan da bakan yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bana g\u00f6re Tekin, okul \u00f6ncesi e\u011fitimden ba\u015flay\u0131p \u00fcniversiteye kadar e\u011fitimi tamamen dini referanslarla b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirme operasyonunun y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc olarak g\u00f6reve getirildi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>&#8216;M\u00dcFREDATIN RUHU VAAZVAR\u0130 ARA MET\u0130NLERE DAYANIYOR&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>\u00dc\u00e7 bin sayfal\u0131k m\u00fcfredat\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fi, yap\u0131s\u0131, dizayn\u0131 nas\u0131l?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">M\u00fcfredat\u0131n ruhu, dili, \u00f6\u011fretmen ve \u00f6\u011frenciye y\u00f6nelik telkine ve vaazvari ara metinlere dayan\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylece iktidar ideolojisinin b\u00fct\u00fcn unsurlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nce \u00f6\u011fretmene, onun \u00fczerinden de \u00f6\u011frenciye ve birazdan anlataca\u011f\u0131m \u00fczere ailelere empoze etmeyi hedefliyor. \u201cOntoloji\u201d, \u201cepistemoloji\u201d, \u201caksiyoloji\u201d gibi kavramlar ba\u011flamlar\u0131ndan kopar\u0131larak \u00fc\u00e7 bin sayfaya serpi\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve bunun \u00fczerinden m\u00fcfredata \u201cmodern\u201d havas\u0131 kat\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Ders kapsam\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131fta verilecek her bir \u00f6rnek belirlenmi\u015f ve bunlar\u0131n \u201ctelkin\u201d edilmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>\u00d6rne\u011fin?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">\u00d6rne\u011fin nik\u00e2h\u0131n \u00f6nemine, bo\u015fanman\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne yap\u0131lan vurgu, mahremiyete ili\u015fkin \u00e7er\u00e7eve masum g\u00f6r\u00fclemez. Mahremiyet vurgusu \u201ckol k\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r yen i\u00e7inde kal\u0131r\u201d veya aile i\u00e7i \u015fiddetin gizli kalmas\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015flarda bireylerin zihnine kaz\u0131nmas\u0131 demek. Derslerindeki b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00f6rnekler Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6nemi ve \u0130slam anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na dayan\u0131yor. Fen Bilgisi ve ya Fizik derslerinde bat\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmaz bir hamaset s\u00f6ylemi var. Evrensel \u00c7ekim Yasas\u0131 Newton\u2019a ait oldu\u011fu halde, ondan y\u00fcz y\u0131llar \u00f6nce bir \u0130slam alimi taraf\u0131ndan bulundu\u011fu s\u00f6yleniyor mesela. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde insandaki kan dola\u015f\u0131m sistemini William Harvey\u2019den sekiz y\u00fcz y\u0131l \u00f6nce bir \u0130slam bilgininin ke\u015ffetti\u011fi \u201ctelkin\u201d ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>&#8216;ANAOKULLARDA &#8216;C\u0130HAT OYUNU&#8217; OYNATILIYOR&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>Az \u00f6nce s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011finiz \u00c7EDES program\u0131 nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Diyanet ve \u201cSTK\u201d dedikleri tarikat ve cemaatlerle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda imamlar gelip okullarda \u00f6\u011frencilere \u201cde\u011ferler e\u011fitimi\u201d, yani vaazlar veriyor. Bu uygulama 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda ortaokullarda uygulamaya ba\u015fland\u0131, ard\u0131ndan ilkokul ve liseler d\u00e2hil t\u00fcm okullar\u0131 kapsad\u0131. Cemaat ve tarikatlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu vak\u0131f ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlendikleri i\u00e7in, bu \u201chizmet\u201d kapsam\u0131nda \u201cvak\u0131f ba\u015fkan\u0131\u201d s\u0131fat\u0131yla \u00e7e\u015fitli cemaat mensuplar\u0131 gelip okullarda \u00e7ocuklara \u201cde\u011ferler e\u011fitimi\u201d veriyor. \u201cDe\u011ferler e\u011fitimi\u201d kapsam\u0131nda anaokulu \u00f6\u011frencilerine bile \u201ccihat oyunu\u201d oynat\u0131labiliyor. Aileyi \u00f6\u011fretme ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na gelinlik, erkek \u00e7ocuklara damatl\u0131k giydiriyorlar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>\u201cDe\u011ferler e\u011fitimi\u201d sadece din derslerinde mi veriliyor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">Hay\u0131r, matematikten biyolojiye kadar, t\u00fcm derslerde!<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>Matematikte nas\u0131l bir \u201cde\u011ferler e\u011fitimi\u201d veriliyor olabilir ki?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">Akl\u0131n\u0131z alm\u0131yor ama b\u00f6yle!<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>&#8216;PLATON\u2019UN MA\u011eARA ALEGOR\u0130S\u0130\u2019N\u0130N YER\u0130N\u0130 CAM\u0130DEK\u0130 G\u00d6LGELER ALDI&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>Peki yeni m\u00fcfredata d\u00f6nelim; daha \u00f6nce olmayan ne var bu m\u00fcfredatta?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">Mesela fizik dersinde \u00f6\u011fretmene \u201c\u0131\u015f\u0131k nedir\u201d konusunu \u201ccamiye giren insanlar\u0131n g\u00f6lgeleri\u201d \u00f6rne\u011fi \u00fczerinden anlatmas\u0131 \u201ctelkin\u201d ediliyor. Platon\u2019un \u201cMa\u011fara alegorisi\u201d yok; onun yerine camideki insanlar\u0131n g\u00f6lgeleri anlat\u0131s\u0131 var. Hem matematik hem de sanat dersinde mesela \u00f6\u011fretmene \u201ctelkin\u201d edilen \u015fey, \u0130slam sanatlar\u0131nda silindir \u015feklinin \u00f6nemi! M\u00fcfredatta say\u0131lamayacak kadar defa \u00f6\u011fretmenlere \u201cT\u00fcrk-\u0130slam sanatlar\u0131\u201d, \u201cT\u00fcrk-\u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrleri\u201d, \u201cT\u00fcrk-\u0130slam eserleri\u201d vurgusu yapmas\u0131 \u201ctelkin\u201d ediliyor. Teknolojik geli\u015fmelerde de verilen \u00f6rneklerin tamam\u0131 yine savunma sanayiinden. Fizik dersinde bile \u201cdevletin s\u0131n\u0131r g\u00fcvenli\u011finin \u00f6nemi\u201d vurgulan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>&#8216;E\u011e\u0130T\u0130M S\u0130STEM\u0130N\u0130N M\u0130LL\u0130YET\u00c7\u0130, M\u0130L\u0130TAR\u0130ST, D\u0130NC\u0130 VE P\u0130YASACI OLDU\u011eUNU S\u00d6YLEMEK ARTIK TOPLUMA B\u0130R \u015eEY ANLATMIYOR&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>Madem bu m\u00fcfredat T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam sentezi projesinin son halkas\u0131, neden muhalefetten yeterince ses \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">Mevcut e\u011fitim sisteminin milliyet\u00e7i, militarist, dinci ve piyasac\u0131 oldu\u011funu tespit etmek ve s\u00f6ylemek art\u0131k topluma bir \u015fey anlatm\u0131yor. Bu konuda biz muhalefet partileri eksik kal\u0131yoruz, do\u011fru. Ama e\u011fitim emek\u00e7ileri sendikalar\u0131 da, ilgili STK\u2019ler da eksik kal\u0131yor. Bu rant alan\u0131nda bir s\u00fcr\u00fc yanda\u015f \u015firket palazlan\u0131rken, \u00e7ocuklar okullarda a\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\"><strong>Peki t\u00fcm bu sistem T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi, mukayeseli uluslararas\u0131 standartlarda nas\u0131l noktaya getirdi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Gvde\">T\u00fcrkiye bu t\u00fcr ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda \u00e7ok hazin bir noktada. \u00d6\u011frenciler \u201cgirdilerin\u201d empoze edildi\u011fi birer makine, s\u0131nav sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 da \u201c\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u201d olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor ve seviye de buna g\u00f6re \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bir kere mevcut s\u0131nav sisteminden sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm almak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Tek fark, baz\u0131 okullar\u0131n ayn\u0131 m\u00fcfredatta \u201ctelkin\u201d edilen birtak\u0131m \u00f6rnekleri de\u011fi\u015ftirebiliyor olmas\u0131. \u00d6rne\u011fin az \u00f6nce bahsetti\u011fimiz gibi fizik dersindeki \u0131\u015f\u0131k konusunda cami yerine ba\u015fka bir \u00f6rnek verebiliyorlar. Ama bir devlet okulunda \u00f6\u011fretmen m\u00fcfredattan farkl\u0131 bir \u00f6rnek verdi\u011finde, hemen soru\u015fturmaya tabi tutulabiliyor.
