kalk\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, birinci grubu Ankara, yani devlet merkezli yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n, ikinci grubu ise Dersim, yani ma\u011fdur merkezli yakla\u015f\u0131ma dayal\u0131 anlat\u0131lar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u00fclent Bilmez<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Devletin dirayet ve diren\u00e7 s\u0131nav\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yla ge\u00e7en Arat bebe\u011fe\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>Dersim \u201838 s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda, iddianame veya savunma niteli\u011fini a\u015famayan ve okuyucuya siyah ve beyaz aras\u0131nda bir se\u00e7imi dayatan siyasi propaganda veya aktivizm faaliyeti olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclebilecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ve haf\u0131za politikalar\u0131, bir \u00f6nceki yaz\u0131da tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m medyatik heves ve modadan yararlanma \u00e7abas\u0131 nedeniyle 2009 s\u00fcrecinde \u00e7ok artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak bu konudaki birikim \u00e7ok eskidir.<\/p>\n<p>1938\u2019den ba\u015flayarak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar yay\u0131nlanan ve \u00e7o\u011fu mevcut literat\u00fcr\u00fcn y\u00fczeysel \u00f6zetine ve yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015f kaynaklar\u0131n tekraren kullan\u0131m\u0131na dayanan pop\u00fcler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, mevcut siyasi kampla\u015fmalar\u0131n yans\u0131mas\u0131 olarak daha ziyade propaganda amac\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Dersim \u201938 ba\u011flam\u0131nda ge\u00e7mi\u015fle y\u00fczle\u015fme umudunun do\u011fu\u015funa ve s\u00f6n\u00fcmleni\u015fine sahne olan 2009 sonras\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7te ya\u015fanan ilgi patlamas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda ortaya sa\u00e7\u0131lan anlat\u0131lar da bu s\u00fcrecin devam\u0131 niteli\u011findedir.<\/p>\n<p>Hem medyatik heves ve moday\u0131 f\u0131rsat bilenlerin t\u00fcccar oport\u00fcnizmi refleksiyle yay\u0131nlad\u0131klar\u0131 y\u00fczeysel pop\u00fcler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar hem de son y\u0131llarda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan daha derinlikli akademik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, sonu\u00e7 olarak \u00fclkedeki politik kampla\u015fman\u0131n ve buna dayal\u0131 retorik sava\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Bu yaz\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131na dair iki not payla\u015fmak istiyorum:<\/p>\n<p>Baz\u0131lar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli olan, Dersim 38\u2019i ilk kim(ler)in g\u00fcndeme getirdi\u011fi veya kamuya mal etmek i\u00e7in en \u00e7ok kim(ler)in katk\u0131 sundu\u011fu gibi yersiz\/faydas\u0131z tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bir yana b\u0131rakmak gerekti\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesindeyim.<\/p>\n<p>Farkl\u0131 alanlardaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla Dersim \u201938 konusunda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratm\u0131\u015f ve bilgi birikimine katk\u0131 sunmu\u015f olan t\u00fcm birey ve kurumlar\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131 anmam veya onlar\u0131n faaliyetlerinin ve \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin listesini bu k\u0131sa k\u00f6\u015fe yaz\u0131s\u0131nda sunmam m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir maalesef.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Tarihyaz\u0131m\u0131 ve kolektif haf\u0131zada Dersim \u201938 konusunda bug\u00fcne kadar yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve daha genelde her t\u00fcrl\u00fc faaliyeti farkl\u0131 d\u00fczlemlerde tasnif ederek, detayl\u0131 bir anlat\u0131lar haritas\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu yaz\u0131da as\u0131l yapmak istedi\u011fim \u015fey, b\u00f6yle bir envanter i\u00e7in y\u00f6ntem \u00f6nermek ve haritan\u0131n sadece belli boyutlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde durmak olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Dersim\u201938 ba\u011flam\u0131nda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z faaliyetlerin ve \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin (1) yer ald\u0131klar\u0131 mecralar; (2) diller; (3) t\u00fcrler\/janrlar; (4) konuyla dolayl\u0131 veya do\u011frudan ilgileri; (5) kronolojik s\u0131ra ba\u011flam\u0131nda belirli periyotlar ve (6) en \u00f6nemlisi, ana e\u011filimler veya savunulan tezler gibi farkl\u0131 d\u00fczlemlerde tasnif ve de\u011ferlendirmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Bu yaz\u0131da, sadece \u201cDersim \u201938 anlat\u0131lar\u0131nda ana e\u011filimler ve tezler\u201d tasnifi \u00fczerinden bu haritay\u0131 tart\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131m.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>DERS\u0130M \u201938 ANLATILARINDA ANA E\u011e\u0130L\u0130MLER VE TEZLER\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Konuyla ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan farkl\u0131 anlat\u0131lar, yani ana e\u011filimler ve \u00f6ne s\u00fcr\u00fclen tezler ba\u011flam\u0131nda bir tasnife kalk\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, birinci grubu Ankara, yani devlet merkezli yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n, ikinci grubu ise Dersim, yani ma\u011fdur merkezli yakla\u015f\u0131ma dayal\u0131 anlat\u0131lar\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. Dersim-merkezli yakla\u015f\u0131m, hem meseleye bakanlar\u0131n\/yakla\u015fanlar\u0131n durdu\u011fu yer\/konum\/taraf, yani konumlan\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla hem de odakland\u0131klar\u0131 \u015feyle ilgilidir.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 zamanda resmi tarih tezi ve haf\u0131za politikalar\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda ele alabilece\u011fimiz birinci gruptaki anlat\u0131lar\u0131, sadece devlet kurumlar\u0131 \u00fcretip yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Daha s\u00fcrecin ba\u015f\u0131nda \u00fcretilen anlat\u0131lar\u0131, fark\u0131nda olarak veya olmayarak ve do\u011frudan veya dolayl\u0131 olarak sahiplenen sa\u011f ve sol kanattan (aralar\u0131nda \u00e7ok nadiren Dersimlilerin de oldu\u011fu) birey ve kurumlar, belki baz\u0131 revizyonlarla birlikte bu s\u00f6ylemi yeniden \u00fcretmi\u015f ve yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDersim meselesi\u201dni kaba modernist medenile\u015f(tir)me ba\u011flam\u0131nda ele alan bu gruptakiler, \u201cDersim harek\u00e2t\u0131\u201dn\u0131, halk\u0131 e\u015fk\u0131yal\u0131k ve derebeylikten kurtarma operasyonu, K\u00fcrt ayr\u0131l\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele veya gen\u00e7 Cumhuriyet\u2019in medenile\u015ftirme projesine kar\u015f\u0131 gerici bir dirence zorunlu ve me\u015fru m\u00fcdahale olarak okumay\u0131 tercih etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Genelde modernist paradigma i\u00e7inden geli\u015ftirilen ve savunulan isyan tezi, en sa\u011f\u0131ndan en soluna t\u00fcm Kemalist \u00e7evrelerce savunuldu\u011fu gibi, ayn\u0131 modernist zihniyetin sonucu olarak Kemalizm ile aras\u0131na mesafe koy(a)mam\u0131\u015f olan Marksist solun b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kesiminde ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren a\u00e7\u0131ktan veya z\u0131mni olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sol jargonda bu anlat\u0131, ilerici g\u00fc\u00e7leri temsil eden modern devletin gerici g\u00fc\u00e7leri temsil eden feodal beylere m\u00fcdahalesi olarak yer almakta ve genel olarak Dersim \u201838 s\u00fcreci feodalizmin tasfiyesi kavramsalla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131yla sunulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu anlat\u0131da, s\u00f6z konusu s\u00fcre\u00e7 sonunda bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi tamamen g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilirken, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te ya\u015fanan can ve mal kay\u0131plar\u0131 bazen tamamen ihmal edilmekte ya da \u00f6nemsiz olarak k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenmektedir. Dahas\u0131, adeta g\u00f6zden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131labilecek \u201ctali hasar veya zayiat\u201d (collateral damage) olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen bu kay\u0131plar, nihai olarak ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz veya \u2018normal\u2019 olarak sunulmakta ya da isyan bast\u0131rma s\u00fcrecinin do\u011fal sonucu olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu s\u00f6ylemi \u00fcreten ve yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131ranlar\u0131n baz\u0131lar\u0131nda, son zamanlarda bu \u2018so\u011fuk kanl\u0131\u2019 duyars\u0131z\/ac\u0131mas\u0131z tavr\u0131 revize etme ve ya\u015fanan kay\u0131plar\u0131 \u201cmaalesef\u201d ifadesi ile anma veya k\u0131smi de olsa ele\u015ftirel tutum sergileme e\u011filimi de g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Muhalif veya alternatif tarih aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131na tekab\u00fcl eden ve Dersim, yani ma\u011fdur merkezli yakla\u015f\u0131ma dayal\u0131 ikinci grup anlat\u0131lar ise genelde Dersimliler taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretilmi\u015f ve Dersimli olmayan baz\u0131 T\u00fcrk ve \u00f6zellikle K\u00fcrt ayd\u0131nlar da buna katk\u0131 sunmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 payla\u015fanlar i\u00e7inde genel olarak meseleyi etki-tepki d\u00fczleminde ele alan \u00f6nemli bir alt-grup, Dersim 38\u2019i bir isyan olarak de\u011ferlendirmektedir. Bu anlat\u0131da resmi s\u00f6ylemle payla\u015f\u0131lan \u2018isyan\u2019 olgusunun i\u00e7eri\u011fi, hakl\u0131l\u0131k iddias\u0131yla \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 doldurulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu alt-grup i\u00e7inde, Dersim isyan\u0131 tezini resmi s\u00f6ylemle uyumlu olarak (a) gerici feodal isyan veya derebeylerinin modernle\u015fmeye direni\u015fi olarak sunanlar her zaman olmu\u015ftur. Ancak bunlar aras\u0131nda meseleyi hakl\u0131 bir dava veya bariz bir ama\u00e7 u\u011fruna giri\u015filmi\u015f bir isyan gibi g\u00f6renler b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Bunlar aras\u0131nda yayg\u0131n olan tez, (b) K\u00fcrt isyan\u0131 tezi ve \u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir kesim taraf\u0131ndan dile getirilen (c) Zaza isyan\u0131 tezidir.<\/p>\n<p>Kamuoyunda genelde \u201cisyan m\u0131 yoksa katliam m\u0131?\u201d retori\u011fiyle devam eden Dersim 38\u2019le ilgili tart\u0131\u015fmalar ve safla\u015fmalarda, \u2018K\u00fcrt isyan\u0131\u2019 s\u00f6ylemini \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karanlar\u0131n esasen her ikisini de savundu\u011fu bazen dikkatten ka\u00e7abilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Nitekim, Dersimlilerin ve \u00f6zellikle \u00f6nderlerinin amac\u0131n\u0131 K\u00fcrt ve K\u00fcrdistan davas\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde de\u011ferlendirmeye yatk\u0131n \u00e7evreler, resmi tezden farkl\u0131 olarak, devletin Dersim\u2019deki K\u00fcrt isyan\u0131na m\u00fcdahalesini katliam veya soyk\u0131r\u0131m olarak de\u011ferlendirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Dersim 1937-38 s\u00fcrecinin \u00f6nemli akt\u00f6rleri olan Ali\u015fer ve Nuri Dersimi\u2019ye \u00f6nderlik vasf\u0131 y\u00fckleyen bu tezin \u00f6nemli bir dayana\u011f\u0131, bu iki fig\u00fcr\u00fcn \u00f6nceki y\u0131llarda K\u00fcrt ve K\u00fcrdistan davas\u0131 konusundaki angajman\u0131 ve s\u00fcrecin en \u00f6nemli Dersimli fig\u00fcr\u00fc olan Seyit R\u0131za\u2019yla ili\u015fkileri olmu\u015ftur. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede, s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u201cK\u00fcrt ulus\u00e7ulu\u011fu\u201d, \u201cK\u00fcrdistan davas\u0131\u201d veya \u201cs\u00f6m\u00fcrge kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d iddialar\u0131, daha ziyade belli liderler ba\u011flam\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a mu\u011flak bir \u015fekilde ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmayan az say\u0131da kan\u0131ta dayal\u0131 olarak dile getirilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer yandan, (niceliksel anlamda) marjinal bir tez olarak ya\u015fananlar\u0131 Zaza ulus\u00e7ulu\u011fu ba\u011flam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendiren Zaza isyan\u0131 tezi ise \u00f6nderlik veya s\u00f6ylem ba\u011flam\u0131nda pek bir kan\u0131ta dayanmamaktad\u0131r. Dersimli akt\u00f6rlerin bask\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun Zaza olmas\u0131, daha do\u011frusu Dersim\u2019in \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun Zazaca konu\u015fan topluluklardan olu\u015fmas\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fi ile K\u0131rmanc ve K\u0131rmanciye gibi kavramlara y\u00fcklenen \u00f6znel anlamlar bu tezin as\u0131l dayana\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Daha \u00e7ok modern-e\u011fitim alm\u0131\u015f \u00e7evrelerin \u00fcretti\u011fi ve yayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu tezlerin yan\u0131nda, Dersim-merkezli daha yayg\u0131n tez ise eskiden beri \u201ccahil\u201d olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen, s\u00f6zleri k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmsenen e\u011fitimsiz ya\u015fl\u0131 ku\u015faklar\u0131n, siyah-beyaz kolayc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan uzak daha karma\u015f\u0131k anlat\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Esasen ku\u015faklar aras\u0131 aktar\u0131ma dayal\u0131 olan, ama yine de \u00f6rg\u00fcn e\u011fitim d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan kanallar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla k\u0131smen de olsa, bir \u015fekilde resmi s\u00f6ylemin etkisinde kalm\u0131\u015f bu anlat\u0131larda Dersim\u2019de ya\u015fananlar, \u201crahat durmama\u201d, baz\u0131 a\u015firetlerin \u201cbirbirlerine d\u00fc\u015fmesi\u201d, baz\u0131 bireylerin kendi toplumuna kar\u015f\u0131 da h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131k ve cinayet gibi su\u00e7lar i\u015flemi\u015f ve ki\u015fisel kavgalara bo\u011fulmu\u015f olmas\u0131 gibi edimlere tepki olarak devletin \u201chakl\u0131\u201d ya da \u201canla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r\u201d m\u00fcdahalesi ba\u011flam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak a\u00e7\u0131ktan veya z\u0131mni \u201cbiz hak ettik\u201d veya \u201catalar\u0131m\u0131z hak etti\u201d arg\u00fcman\u0131na dayal\u0131 bu anlat\u0131ya yak\u0131ndan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda hemen iki unsur daha g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr: (1) Devletin ac\u0131mas\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu ba\u011flamda toplu katliamlar, k\u00f6y yakmalar, vb. haks\u0131z uygulamalar sonucu \u2018sorumsuz\u2019 veya su\u00e7suz\u2019 olanlar\u0131n da arada yanmas\u0131 durumu ve (2) devletin m\u00fcdahalesine yol a\u00e7an veya m\u00fcdahaleye adeta davetiye \u00e7\u0131karan akt\u00f6rlerin ayn\u0131 zamanda bu ac\u0131mas\u0131z m\u00fcdahaleye kar\u015f\u0131 direni\u015fte birle\u015fmemelerinin de katliam\u0131n \u00e7ap\u0131 konusunda olumsuz etkisi oldu\u011fu iddias\u0131yla\/anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla asl\u0131nda hem katliama kar\u015f\u0131 olma hem de direni\u015fe \u015fans tan\u0131ma tavr\u0131.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Uzun y\u0131llar e\u011fitimli gen\u00e7 ku\u015faklar, hep duyduklar\u0131 bu anlat\u0131lar\u0131 g\u00f6rmezden gelmeyi veya \u201ccahilane s\u00f6zler\u201d olarak de\u011ferlendirmeyi ye\u011flerken, belli bir a\u015famada, yukar\u0131da and\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u00fczere, \u00f6zellikle 1990\u2019lardan itibaren bilhassa sol gelenekten gelenler, zaman\u0131n ruhuna uyarak meylettikleri partik\u00fclarist kimlik politikalar\u0131 ve kaba modernizme kar\u015f\u0131 mesafeli tutum sebebiyle \u201cDersim isyan\u0131\u201d tezine kar\u015f\u0131 alternatif olarak geli\u015ftirdikleri \u201cisyan olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde katliam oldu\u201d arg\u00fcman\u0131na sar\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bunu yaparken, asl\u0131nda \u00e7ocukluklar\u0131ndan beri ihmal etmekle birlikte adeta paralel haf\u0131za olarak ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 bu karma\u015f\u0131k anlat\u0131ya\/yakla\u015f\u0131ma daha \u00e7ok anlam ve \u00f6nem y\u00fcklemeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7o\u011fu zaman \u2018otantik\u2019 ve \u2018e\u015fsiz\u2019 Dersim k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve tarihi anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla biriciklik \u00fczerine kurulu romantizasyon ve mitle\u015ftirme e\u011filimleri ta\u015f\u0131yan bu anlat\u0131lar, 1990\u2019larda \u00f6nce yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda anlat\u0131ya g\u00f6re, ayk\u0131r\u0131 etno-dinsel yap\u0131s\u0131 ve kontrol edilemez \u00f6zerk\/ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z konumu nedeniyle \u2018\u00e7\u0131ban\u2019 olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Dersim\u2019e tahamm\u00fcl edemeyen modern devlet taraf\u0131ndan 1937 ve \u00f6zellikle 1938 y\u0131llar\u0131nda i\u015flenen katliamlar, k\u00f6y yakmalar insanl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 i\u015flenmi\u015f su\u00e7lardand\u0131r ve baz\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re soyk\u0131r\u0131m niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu boyutuyla anlat\u0131, 1980\u2019lerden itibaren T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de h\u00e2kim olmaya ba\u015flayan insan haklar\u0131 m\u00fccadelesi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015f, b\u00f6ylece ilk olarak mesele tarihle y\u00fczle\u015fme, hesapla\u015fma ve onar\u0131c\u0131 adalet talepleri ile g\u00fcndeme getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Bu anlat\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde ayr\u0131\u015fma nedeni olan arg\u00fcmanlar, Dersimlilerin bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 boyunca tak\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 tutumlar\u0131 ve tav\u0131rlar\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda g\u00fcndeme gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bir yandan medenile\u015ftirme iddias\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde devletin Dersim\u2019e zoraki ve kal\u0131c\u0131 olarak giri\u015fi ve a\u00e7\u0131k \u015fiddet yoluyla b\u00f6lge \u00fczerinde tam ve derinlemesine hakimiyeti, daha do\u011frusu b\u00f6lgenin modern T\u00fcrk devletine i\u00e7erimlenmesi (incorporation) s\u00fcrecinde sergilenen yerel direni\u015f me\u015fru g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcp bazen y\u00fcceltilebilmekteyken, di\u011fer yandan 1937 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren devlet \u015fiddetinin gerek\u00e7esi olan medenile\u015ftirme projesini, Alevi (= \u2018ilerici\u2019) olmalar\u0131 hasebiyle Dersimlilerin g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc ve istekli bir \u015fekilde sahiplendikleri iddia edilebilmektedir. \u015eapka ink\u0131lab\u0131n\u0131n sahiplenilmesinden silahlar\u0131n g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc teslimine, zaten her y\u0131l daha da \u2018i\u00e7erilerde\u2019 karakolun in\u015fa edilmi\u015f oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011finden ve devletin b\u00f6lgedeki yol, k\u00f6pr\u00fc, k\u0131\u015fla vb. bay\u0131nd\u0131rl\u0131k i\u015flerinde Dersimlilerin ta\u015feron ve i\u015f\u00e7i olarak yer alm\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131na kadar farkl\u0131 \u00f6rnekler bu iddiay\u0131 desteklemek i\u00e7in s\u0131ralanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu s\u00f6ylemin ve i\u00e7erdi\u011fi arg\u00fcmanlar\u0131n \u2018beyaz adam\u0131n y\u00fck\u00fc\u2019 anlam\u0131nda medenile\u015ftirmeci paradigmayla sak\u0131ncal\u0131 ili\u015fkisi, bug\u00fcne kadar maalesef yeterince sorgulanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak daha \u00f6nemli bir sorgulama konusu, \u201cisyan olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde katliam oldu\u201d arg\u00fcman\u0131n\u0131n, devletin yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n vahametini ve haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tlamak veya b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6stermek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.
