O zaman bir semti yaln\u0131z ac\u0131yla, \u00f6l\u00fcmle, ter\u00f6rle, bask\u0131yla de\u011fil, belki yeniden sanatla, m\u00fczikle, ortak bir co\u015fkunun ak\u0131p giden seliyle anmaya ba\u015flayaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gazeteduvar.com.tr\/yazar\/mahmut-cinar\">Mahmut \u00c7\u0131nar<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ac\u0131 ve korku, h\u00fcz\u00fcn ve panik, \u015fa\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131k ve \u00f6fke dolu bir g\u00fcnd\u00fc. Beyo\u011flu\u2019nda ya\u015fanan ve alt\u0131 masum insan\u0131n \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcyle, onlarcas\u0131n\u0131n yaralanmas\u0131yla sonu\u00e7lanan bombal\u0131 sald\u0131r\u0131, herkeste ayn\u0131 travmalar\u0131 g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131. Kirli siyaset oyununun, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ve \u00f6zelde Beyo\u011flu\u2019nun bu kirli oyunun en kirli sahnesine, ter\u00f6rizme mek\u00e2n olmas\u0131n\u0131n yaralar\u0131 kolay sar\u0131l\u0131r gibi de\u011fil. \u015eimdi her g\u00fcn, her an o korkun\u00e7 olay\u0131n yank\u0131lar\u0131yla dolu haberleri okurken kimilerimizin g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcnde ba\u015fka bir hayal beliriyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7mi\u015fin k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerini g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez k\u0131lacak denli romantik bir nostaljiden hep uzak durmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. \u201cEskiden her \u015fey ne g\u00fczeldi\u201d gibi alt\u0131 bo\u015f, anlams\u0131z ve zaten yanl\u0131\u015f bir c\u00fcmlenin pe\u015finden de hi\u00e7 ko\u015fmad\u0131m. Ancak m\u00fczik gibi kay\u0131klara binerek, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte var olabilmi\u015f baz\u0131 g\u00fczel zamanlar\u0131n suyunda y\u00fczmeyi ve tarihin s\u00fcregiden bir \u00f6yk\u00fc oldu\u011funu da biliyorum neyse ki. Yoksa nas\u0131l ya\u015far insan? Bug\u00fcn biraz da d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz oldu\u011funu kendimize hat\u0131rlatmak ve bu sayede belki bu devran\u0131n da d\u00f6nece\u011fine inanmaya katk\u0131 sunmak i\u00e7in Beyo\u011flu\u2019nun m\u00fczikli tarihine iyisi ve k\u00f6t\u00fcs\u00fcyle k\u0131saca de\u011finelim istedim.<\/p>\n<h2>\u2018BEYO\u011eLU\u2019NDA GEZERS\u0130N AMA L\u00dcTFEN \u00c7OK D\u0130KKATL\u0130 OL\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>Bestesi R\u0131za Bey\u2019e atfedilen ancak art\u0131k pek\u00e2l\u00e2 anonim bir \u0130stanbul t\u00fcrk\u00fcs\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f olan o Mahur bestenin, \u2018Beyo\u011flu\u2019nda Gezersin\u2019in anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Beyo\u011flu kaybolal\u0131 \u00e7ok oldu. 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonundan itibaren havas\u0131 ve anlam\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fen \u201cGavur mahallesi\u201d Pera\u2019y\u0131, gazinolar\u0131ndan Hali\u00e7\u2019e do\u011fru ta\u015fan seslerin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da Kas\u0131mpa\u015fa\u2019da ve hatta Hali\u00e7\u2019in kar\u015f\u0131 k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda ya\u015fayanlara bile r\u00fcya gibi geceler ya\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Tepeba\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131; devrimden sonra \u0130stanbul\u2019a ka\u00e7an Rus Beyaz Ordu asilzadelerinin \u201cpiyasa yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d, barlar, m\u00fczikholler a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131, Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n belki ilk kez g\u00fcndelik hayatta o \u00e7ok \u00f6zenilen \u201cdi\u011fer d\u00fcnya\u201d ile tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 T\u00fcnel\u2019i, II. Me\u015frutiyet\u2019in ilan\u0131yla T\u00fcrk, Ermeni, Rum vesairin co\u015fkusuyla bayraklar ve \u00e7i\u00e7eklere bo\u011fulan \u0130stiklal Caddesi\u2019ni art\u0131k kitaplardan, an\u0131lardan, belki birka\u00e7 foto\u011fraftan biliyoruz. \u015eehrin en hareketli al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f ve e\u011flence semtinin kadim sakinlerinin 1955\u2019de, 6-7 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019de ba\u015f\u0131na gelenler, o r\u00fcya gibi anlat\u0131lan \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n art\u0131k son perdesinin oynanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n da i\u015faretlerini veriyordu asl\u0131nda. Ancak san\u0131lan\u0131n aksine bu kadim sakinlerden olan Rumlar, evlerini, \u015fehirlerini tehdit, lin\u00e7, tecav\u00fcz ve katliama ra\u011fmen terk etmemek i\u00e7in ellerinden geleni yapm\u0131\u015f, derken 1964\u2019teki ac\u0131mas\u0131z Rum s\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fc, asl\u0131nda 6-7 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019den daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir zorunlu g\u00f6\u00e7e neden olmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Beyo\u011flu\u2019nun sokaklar\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131nlayan her dilden m\u00fczikli naralar, udun, buzukinin, kanunun, keman\u0131n tellerinden yank\u0131lanan notalar; semtin demografisi devletin milletiyle el ele y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kampanyalar ile de\u011fi\u015ftirildikten sonra yerini Maksim gibi birka\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck gazinoda icra edilen ana ak\u0131m ve \u00e7o\u011fu zaman tek sesli m\u00fczik muhayyilesine b\u0131rakt\u0131 60\u2019larla birlikte. Yine de sanat\u0131n yolu Beyo\u011flu\u2019ndan ge\u00e7erdi, ge\u00e7mek zorundayd\u0131. Arka sokaklardaki bohem hayat\u0131n en \u00f6nemli simalar\u0131 Ye\u015fil\u00e7am Soka\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n m\u00fcdavimi sinemac\u0131lar, devrin en b\u00fcy\u00fck isimlerinin arkas\u0131nda sahne alan \u00e7alg\u0131c\u0131lar, a\u011f\u0131zlar\u0131nda sigaralar\u0131, ceplerinde konyak \u015fi\u015feleriyle ressamlar, yazarlar, \u015fairlerdi \u015f\u00fcphesiz. Rum, Ermeni, T\u00fcrk m\u00fczisyenlerin neredeyse iki y\u00fcz y\u0131l boyunca birlikte icra ederek var etti\u011fi \u201c\u0130stanbul m\u00fczi\u011fi\u201d art\u0131k yaln\u0131zca tektek\u00e7i meyhanelerinde duyuluyor olsa da neredeyse t\u00fcm plak yap\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n da adresiydi Beyo\u011flu. 1967\u2019de, daha sonra T\u00fcrkiye k\u00fclt\u00fcr tarihinin \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne damga vuracak olan \u201cUnkapan\u0131\u201dndaki \u0130stanbul Manifaturac\u0131lar \u00c7ar\u015f\u0131s\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce \u015fark\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, t\u00fcrk\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc bir pla\u011fa okumak isteyenin elinde bavuluyla geldi\u011fi yerdi.<\/p>\n<h3>SEMT\u0130N \u00dcZER\u0130NE \u00d6RT\u00dcLEN KARANLIK PERDES\u0130<\/h3>\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck gazinolar\u0131n devri 80\u2019lerle birlikte bitti. 1977\u2019deki Kanl\u0131 1 May\u0131s\u2019\u0131n \u00fczerine yas perdesi \u00f6rtt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Taksim ve Beyo\u011flu, 80\u2019li y\u0131llarda 12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019\u00fcn \u201ctemizlik\u201d operasyonuyla devletin bile isteye kazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir \u00e7ukur halini ald\u0131. M\u00fczik, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman rezil ko\u015fullarda yap\u0131lan seks i\u015f\u00e7ili\u011fine, pavyon bozmas\u0131 korkun\u00e7 mek\u00e2nlarda ya\u015fanan gece \u00e2lemine, kriminal bir ke\u015fmeke\u015fe fon olmaktan \u00f6te bir anlam ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131yordu Beyo\u011flu\u2019nda. Ac\u0131l\u0131 arabeskin sokak \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na, hayatta kalman\u0131n tek yolunun bu \u00e7ukurda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak oldu\u011funu en ac\u0131 tecr\u00fcbelerle \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015f \u201ctravestilere\u201d, hayallerinin pe\u015finde bu b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fehre gelmi\u015f ancak \u0130stanbul\u2019un tokad\u0131n\u0131 en a\u011f\u0131r \u015fekilde yemi\u015f derbeder ve d\u00fc\u015fk\u00fcn adam ve kad\u0131nlara terc\u00fcman oldu\u011fu y\u0131llar\u0131n biraz alegorik bir resmini 1987 tarihli \u015eerif G\u00f6ren filmi \u2018Beyo\u011flu\u2019nun Arka Yakas\u0131\u2019nda g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. 80\u2019ler arabeskinin simge \u015fark\u0131lar\u0131ndan \u2018Aldanma \u00c7ocuksu Mahzun Y\u00fcz\u00fcne\u2019 e\u015fli\u011finde o y\u0131llarda trafi\u011fe a\u00e7\u0131k olan s\u0131k\u0131\u015f tepi\u015f \u0130stiklal Caddesi\u2019nde \u201csermayesini\u201d gezdiren (Erdal \u00d6zya\u011fc\u0131lar\u2019\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131yla canland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131) Disko \u00c7arli, bu karanl\u0131k Beyo\u011flu tasavvurunun insan s\u0131fat\u0131nda ete kemi\u011fe b\u00fcr\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f halidir adeta.<\/p>\n<h4>BEYO\u011eLU\u2019NUN \u2018BEYO\u011eLU\u2019 OLDU\u011eU ZAMANLAR: ROCK BARLAR<\/h4>\n<p>Derken 90\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llarla birlikte t\u00fcm toplumsal ko\u015fullarda ve soka\u011f\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde ya\u015fanan de\u011fi\u015fim, \u00f6nce bir avu\u00e7 giri\u015fimcinin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden gencin, sonra ise bir d\u00f6nemi temsil eden koca bir neslin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde Beyo\u011flu\u2019na da h\u00e2kim oldu. S\u0131k\u0131y\u00f6netim ikliminin yerini sivil bir hayata b\u0131rakmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131llarda alternatif hayat tarzlar\u0131ndan etkilenen; rock m\u00fczik dinleyip siyahlar giymeye ba\u015flayan, darbenin yasaklad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ard\u0131ndan gelen sa\u011f iktidar\u0131n adeta hi\u00e7 var olmam\u0131\u015f gibi davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131 edebiyat\u0131 ve \u015fiiri ke\u015ffeden, Bat\u0131 kaynakl\u0131 bir m\u00fczik ve ya\u015fam k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn etkisinde olsa da kendi miras\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde bu alternatifin n\u00fcvelerini bulmaktan \u00e7ekinmeyen gen\u00e7ler; Beyo\u011flu\u2019nda arka arkaya a\u00e7\u0131lan m\u00fczikli barlarda yeni bir ya\u015fam\u0131n tohumlar\u0131n\u0131 ekiyordu. Kemanc\u0131, Hayal Kahvesi, Dulcinea, Roxy gibi \u015fimdi nostaljinin konusu olan barlar, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en iyi gitaristlerinin, solistlerinin, davulcular\u0131n\u0131n her g\u00fcn ama her g\u00fcn sahne ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerler haline gelmi\u015fti. Mis Sokak\u2019ta, \u0130mam Adnan\u2019da, Parmakkap\u0131 sokaklar\u0131nda her g\u00fcn bir yenisi g\u00f6r\u00fclen benzer mek\u00e2nlara ak\u0131n eden \u00e7o\u011fu \u00fcniversite \u00f6\u011frencisi bu heyecanl\u0131 gen\u00e7ler, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir daha e\u015fine rastlanamayacak kalitede bir m\u00fczik devrimine tan\u0131k oluyorlard\u0131. Beyo\u011flu\u2019na ruhunu veren i\u015fletmeler birer birer kapanmaya, \u0130stanbul\u2019un m\u00fczik ve e\u011flence arayan gen\u00e7 n\u00fcfusunun yolu ise bu kapanmalarla Kad\u0131k\u00f6y gibi ba\u015fka merkezlere d\u00f6nmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>2013\u2019teki Gezi protestolar\u0131nda ortaya sa\u00e7\u0131lan isyan\u0131n arkas\u0131nda iktidar\u0131n ve kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fam tarzlar\u0131na m\u00fcdahalesi oldu\u011funu iddia eden sosyolojik tespit, Beyo\u011flu\u2019nun bu h\u0131zl\u0131 ve yukar\u0131dan m\u00fcdahale ile zorla d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn bu s\u0131k\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n adeta simgesi oldu\u011funu da eklemeden eksik kal\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fczensiz g\u00f6\u00e7 politikalar\u0131, \u0130stanbul\u2019u bir hayal \u015fehri gibi g\u00f6ren Ortado\u011fu insan\u0131na y\u00f6nelen turistik ihtiraslar ve bu ihtiraslar\u0131 doyurma pe\u015findeki giri\u015fimciler, devlet ve belediye ile ortak bir \u201cproje\u201dye \u00e7evirdi Beyo\u011flu\u2019nu. Eski Beyo\u011flu\u2019nu hasretle y\u00e2d ederken dola\u015f\u0131lan nostaljinin karanl\u0131k dehlizlerinde her k\u00f6\u015fede sermaye ve kapitalist \u00e7\u0131lg\u0131nl\u0131k ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn bu nedenle.
