Rapora g\u00f6re 108 gazeteci ve medya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 1485 y\u0131la kadar hapis istemiyle yarg\u0131land\u0131, alt\u0131 gazeteciye toplamda 15 y\u0131l 8 ay 22 g\u00fcn hapis cezas\u0131 verildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8 AYRI KENTTE 39 AYRI DURU\u015eMA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bir ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemde 8 ayr\u0131 kentte 39 ayr\u0131 duru\u015fmada 108 gazeteci ve medya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 haklar\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lan davalar nedeniyle yarg\u0131land\u0131. Rapordaki verilere g\u00f6re, hakim kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kan gazeteciler toplamda 715 y\u0131l 3 aydan 1485 y\u0131l 11 aya kadar hapis, 280 bin TL tazminat ve 35 bin g\u00fcne kadar adli para cezas\u0131 talebiyle yarg\u0131land\u0131. Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde \u00fc\u00e7 gazeteci haklar\u0131nda verilen hapis cezalar\u0131n\u0131n kesinle\u015fmesi sonucu tutukland\u0131. 6 gazetecinin g\u00f6zalt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fubat ay\u0131nda 3 gazeteci hakk\u0131nda yeni soru\u015fturma a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. \u00dc\u00e7 gazeteci de haklar\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lan soru\u015fturmalar kapsam\u0131nda ifadeye \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u0130R GAZETEC\u0130 SALDIRI SONUCU VEFAT ETT\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130ki gazeteci hakk\u0131nda toplamda 170 bin TL tazminat talebiyle, iki gazeteci hakk\u0131nda da 5 y\u0131l 8 aydan 16 y\u0131l 8 aya kadar hapis istemiyle yeni davalar a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131. Karara ba\u011flanan davalarda be\u015f gazeteciye 15 y\u0131l 8 ay 22 g\u00fcn hapis cezas\u0131, 7 bin 80 TL para cezas\u0131 verildi. Bir gazetecinin de 12 bin 500 TL manevi tazminat \u00f6demesine karar verildi.
