E\u011fitim bilimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bak\u0131lacak olursa bir bireyin anadilini okul ya\u015fam\u0131na katmamak, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmesinin ve yeti\u015fmesinin okul d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 ve okul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na kadar ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131, yapt\u0131klar\u0131 dilsel faaliyetin yok say\u0131lmas\u0131 demektir. Ku\u015fkusuz bu durumun bir\u00e7ok olumsuz sonucu vard\u0131r. Her \u015feyden \u00f6nce anadili e\u011fitiminin engellenmesi ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n, onlar i\u00e7in \u00e7ok yeni olan bir dilde e\u011fitime zorlanmas\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 \u00e7ok gerilerde b\u0131rakt\u0131klar\u0131 bir yerden yeniden ba\u015flamaya mahk\u00fbm etmek anlam\u0131na gelmektedir.\u201dE\u011fitim hakk\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fama ge\u00e7irilmesinin en temel ko\u015fullar\u0131ndan biri kamu taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi ise en az onun kadar \u00f6nemli bir di\u011fer ko\u015ful da i\u00e7eri\u011finin demokratik, bilimsel ve laik olmas\u0131, farkl\u0131 dil ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerin \u00f6zg\u00fcrce geli\u015fmesini sa\u011flamay\u0131 hedeflemesidir. Bu ko\u015fullar sa\u011flanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda e\u011fitimin, o anki mevcut siyasal yap\u0131y\u0131 yeniden \u00fcreten, bu haliyle e\u011fitimin bireyler i\u00e7in temel hak olmaktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p, yap\u0131lmas\u0131 zorunlu bir g\u00f6rev haline gelmesi ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitim hakk\u0131, ger\u00e7ek anlamda di\u011fer haklar\u0131n da g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bi\u00e7imde ya\u015fam bulmas\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ger\u00e7ek anlam\u0131n\u0131 kazanmaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla e\u011fitim biliminin temel ilkeleri ve uluslararas\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler yok say\u0131larak bir taraftan anadilinde e\u011fitim hakk\u0131na yasak getirip, di\u011fer taraftan e\u011fitim hakk\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia etmek sadece ger\u00e7ekleri \u00e7arp\u0131tmak anlam\u0131na gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAnadilleri \u00fczerindeki s\u0131n\u0131rlamalara son verilmeli\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201c21 \u015eubat D\u00fcnya Anadili G\u00fcn\u00fc, \u00fclkemizde \u00f6zellikle anadili T\u00fcrk\u00e7eden farkl\u0131 olan K\u00fcrt\u00e7e, Arap\u00e7a, Lazca, Hem\u015fince, \u00c7erkezce vb. gibi milyonlarca \u00e7ocu\u011fun kendi anadillerinden kopar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ortamda kutlanmaktad\u0131r. Anadilinin kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n engellenmesi toplumun bireylerini de\u011fi\u015fik boyutta etkilese de tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z en fazla \u00e7evresi ile ileti\u015fimini anadili ile sa\u011flayan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 etkilemektedir. Gerek dil bilimi, gerekse e\u011fitim bilimleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan anadilin \u00f6nemi ve gereklili\u011finin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra anadilin pedagojik ve insan\u0131 boyutunun s\u00fcrekli geri plana itilmesinin en ac\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z ya\u015famakta, anadili resmi dilden farkl\u0131 olan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n \u00f6\u011frenme becerilerinde iki y\u0131l geri kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c21 \u015eubat D\u00fcnya Anadili G\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019nde milyonlarca \u00e7ocuk kendi anadilini kullanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131, anadilinde e\u011fitim g\u00f6remedi\u011fi i\u00e7in ba\u015fta e\u011fitim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri olmak \u00fczere, toplumsal ya\u015fam\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn alanlar\u0131nda ma\u011fduriyet ya\u015famaktad\u0131r.
