Laz toplumunun n\u00fcfusu, da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, politik tercihleri, kimlik, din, dil, edebiyat, yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k, sorunlar, yak\u0131n tarih ve daha pek \u00e7ok konu yeni ve sol bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla ele al\u0131n\u0131yor. Bu kitap fikri nas\u0131l ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r Laz meselesine dair \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorum, fikir \u00fcretiyorum, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n i\u00e7inde yer al\u0131yorum. H\u00e2liyle bu uzun s\u00fcre\u00e7te biriken bir\u00e7ok \u015fey oldu. Kitab\u0131 yazma d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi ilk olarak 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131 ve o g\u00fcnden bug\u00fcne bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 demlendi. Yani uzun bir erimden s\u00f6z ediyoruz. Tahmin edilebilir kimi talihsizlikler sebebiyle kitab\u0131n yay\u0131n\u0131 bir\u00e7ok kez gecikti, en son araya pandemi s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 olanaks\u0131zl\u0131klar girdi. Bunlar can s\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 olsa da, olumlu sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 da oldu. Kitab\u0131 tekrar elden ge\u00e7irme f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldum. Daha \u00e7ok i\u00e7ime sinen bir i\u015f oldu b\u00f6ylece.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018K\u0130TABIN ESAS DERD\u0130 LAZLI\u011eI DAHA S\u0130YAS\u0130 B\u0130R TEMELDEN ELE ALMAK\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Daha \u00f6nce yay\u0131mlanan kitaplardan fark\u0131 nedir? \u2018Lazlar: Kimlik ve Toplum\u2019 hangi eksi\u011fi dolduruyor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kamuoyundaki h\u00e2kim fikrin aksine Lazlarla ilgili 90\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llardan bug\u00fcne bir\u00e7ok kitap, yay\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu kitab\u0131n bir eksi\u011fi tamamlamas\u0131, hissedilen bir bo\u015flu\u011fu doldurmas\u0131 gerekiyordu. Kitab\u0131 haz\u0131rlamaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m g\u00fcnden itibaren bu motivasyonla \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Kitab\u0131n alt ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan \u201ckimlik ve toplum\u201ddan da anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere bu kitab\u0131n esas derdi Lazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha siyasi, daha sosyolojik bir temelden ele almakt\u0131r. Politika ve sosyoloji ba\u011flam\u0131nda bu halkla ilgili \u00fcretilmi\u015f eser olduk\u00e7a azd\u0131r. Kitap da kendini bu \u00f6nemli bo\u015flu\u011fa yerle\u015ftiriyor. \u00d6nce ge\u00e7mi\u015ften bug\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kan yaz\u0131lar\u0131mdan bir se\u00e7me yapt\u0131m, bunlar\u0131 uzun uzun, \u00f6zenle elden ge\u00e7irdim, d\u00fczenledim. \u00dczerine yeni bilgilerin de \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131, tamamlay\u0131c\u0131, konuyu a\u00e7an eklemeler yapt\u0131m. Sadece veri ve bilgi de\u011fil, yo\u011fun bir analiz, yorum da sundum. Kitaba \u00f6zg\u00fc ve siyaset\/politika d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yine Laz kimli\u011finin neli\u011fi i\u00e7in m\u00fchim, ay\u0131rt edici olan ba\u015fka meselelere dair de kitab\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc tamamlayan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131mla eseri bitirdim.<\/p>\n<p>Alt\u0131 kitab\u0131m i\u00e7inde benim i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli, en \u00f6zel yere sahip olan bu, zira \u00e7ok uzun bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fe yaslan\u0131yor ve \u00e7ok emek var. \u00d6zg\u00fcn konular\u0131 kendi siyasal ve s\u0131n\u0131fsal bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131mla inceliyorum. Bu kitab\u0131n matbu olarak art\u0131k ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131, insanlar\u0131n kitapl\u0131k raflar\u0131na girecek, okunacak olmas\u0131 beni fazlas\u0131yla heyecanland\u0131r\u0131yor. Umar\u0131m Laz halk\u0131n\u0131n tarihinde, dilin, kimli\u011fin ya\u015fam m\u00fccadelesinde bu kitap m\u00fctevaz\u0131 bir katk\u0131 koymu\u015f olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lazlar kimdir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lazlar ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 co\u011frafyan\u0131n yerlisi olan ve yerli olma hususunda d\u00fcnya rekortmeni halklardan olan bir G\u00fcney Kafkas halk\u0131. Burada \u201cG\u00fcney Kafkas\u201d olmak sadece co\u011frafi bir vurgu de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda herhangi bir b\u00fcy\u00fck dil ailesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olmayan izole bir dil ailesinden dille konu\u015fmay\u0131 imliyor. Lazca, G\u00fcrc\u00fcce, Megrelce ve Svanca ile akrabad\u0131r. Bunlardan Lazcaya en yak\u0131n olan\u0131 ise Megrelcedir. Bir de Marmara ve Bat\u0131 Karadeniz\u2019de da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f hacimli bir muhacir Laz n\u00fcfus var.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018LAZ HALKI, CUMHUR\u0130YET DE\u011eERLER\u0130NE EZELDEN BA\u011eLIDIR\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Laz kimli\u011fi Cumhuriyet tarihinde bir risk olu\u015fturdu mu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lazlar\u0131n Cumhuriyet i\u00e7in bir riski te\u015fkil etti\u011fi s\u00f6ylenemez. Bilakis Lazlar, b\u00f6lge i\u015fgal alt\u0131nda olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 h\u00e2lde Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019na katk\u0131lar\u0131yla bilinirler. Lazlar Osmanl\u0131\u2019ya da son derece ba\u011fl\u0131yd\u0131lar, \u0130ttihat Terakki\u2019nin Lazlar i\u00e7inde son derece g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir a\u011f\u0131 mevcuttu. Cumhuriyet\u2019in Lazlara y\u00f6nelik \u00f6zel baz\u0131 \u00f6nlem fikirleri oldu ama bunlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu hayata ge\u00e7medi. Kitapta bahsediliyor. Lazlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde muhtelif saiklerle kimi ayr\u0131l\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 faaliyetler g\u00f6r\u00fclse de bunlar halk i\u00e7inde tutunamad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Laz halk\u0131, devlete ve \u201cT\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011fe\u201d (\u201cLaz olma bilinci\u201dni de koruyan bir t\u00fcr eklektisizmle) en iyi entegre olan toplum. Ve \u201ccumhuriyet de\u011ferleri\u201d denilen mefhuma da ezelden ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peki Lazlar hep iktidar kimdeyse o tarafa m\u0131 y\u00f6neldi yani, Lazlar\u0131n politik kimli\u011fi T\u00fcrkiye siyasal ya\u015fam\u0131nda yelpazenin hangi k\u0131sm\u0131na yak\u0131n oldu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kitapta bu hususta \u00e7ok fazla veri var. G\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz ki Lazlar 60\u2019larda merkez sa\u011fa daha yak\u0131nken 70\u2019lerde kitlesel olarak sola y\u00f6nelmi\u015fler. Buradaki y\u00f6nelim T\u00fcrkiye ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n epey \u00fcst\u00fcnde ve sol, salt CHP ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fil. Bu y\u0131llardan itibaren T\u00fcrkiye devrimci hareketi Laz co\u011frafyas\u0131nda muazzam bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye ve h\u00e2kimiyet sahas\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131yor. Devrimci Yol, TDKP, Halk\u0131n Yolu, Halk\u0131n Birli\u011fi ve silah tutkusuyla bilinen Arde\u015fen \u00f6zelinde Acilciler \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Asl\u0131nda daha \u00f6ncesinde de, ta en ba\u015f\u0131ndan TKP\u2019nin b\u00f6lgede zaten bir illegal a\u011f\u0131 mevcut ve bu \u201ceski t\u00fcfekler\u201d 70\u2019lere dek ula\u015f\u0131yorlar. T\u0130P\u2019in de 60\u2019lardan itibaren \u00f6\u011fretmenler i\u00e7inde \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc var. Fakat 70\u2019lerden itibaren olan durum \u00e7ok daha farkl\u0131, her Laz il\u00e7esine \u201cK\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck Moskova\u201d denilen bir d\u00f6nemden s\u00f6z ediyoruz. Askeri fa\u015fist diktat\u00f6rl\u00fck d\u00f6neminden sonra bu tabii ki zay\u0131fl\u0131yor, 90\u2019lardan sonra ise Hopa hari\u00e7 hemen hemen devrimci ak\u0131mlar g\u00f6r\u00fcnmezle\u015fiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Lazlarda ANAP ve AKP d\u00f6nemlerinde ciddi bir sa\u011fa savrulma ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Yine de Lazlar i\u00e7inde devrimciler, sol h\u00e2l\u00e2 rahat hareket edebilmektedir. Konuyu bilenler zaten Hopa\u2019y\u0131, F\u0131nd\u0131kl\u0131\u2019y\u0131, Pazar\u2019\u0131 bilirler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gen\u00e7lik Lazca ve Laz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ile daha ilgili diyebibilir miyiz? Laz kimli\u011fine bir yak\u0131nla\u015fma oldu mu, Lazca se\u00e7meli derslere ilgi nas\u0131l?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ku\u015fkusuz Laz kimli\u011fi, dili ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik \u00e7aban\u0131n etkisiyle Lazl\u0131k ve Lazca konusuna bir ilgi, bir uyan\u0131kl\u0131k has\u0131l oldu. Ancak ne yaz\u0131k ki bunun nitelikli bir ilgi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemeyiz. Hatta biraz da Kaz\u0131m\u2019\u0131n miras\u0131ndan kaynaklanan pop bir ilgidir bu. \u00c7ocuklara Lazca isim veriliyor \u00f6rne\u011fin ilk kez bu d\u00f6nemde alfabeyle Lazca yazma da eskiye g\u00f6re biraz da yayg\u0131nla\u015f\u0131yor. Lazlarla ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar hep belli bir ilgi g\u00f6r\u00fcyor ama sonu\u00e7 pek de\u011fi\u015fmiyor. De\u011fi\u015fmesi de olduk\u00e7a zor. Ortada bir sosyoloji ger\u00e7e\u011fi, bir tarihsel ger\u00e7ek, bir siyasal olu\u015f var.<\/p>\n<p>Burada tabii Laz kimlik hareketinin zaaflar\u0131 da etkili. Tam anlam\u0131yla bir avu\u00e7 olan ve kendi i\u00e7inde b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f, bir periyodik dergiyi dahi istikrarla \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 beceremeyen bir yap\u0131y\u0131z. Ve bu yap\u0131n\u0131n siyasi bir \u00e7abas\u0131, bir mesaj\u0131 da yok. Eskiden Ogni, Zu\u011fa\u015fi Berepe s\u00fcrecinde biraz vard\u0131. \u015eimdi tek dert Lazcac\u0131l\u0131k. Yani her anlamda bir daralma s\u00f6z konusu.<\/p>\n<p>Lazca se\u00e7meli dersler \u00f6nemli bir kazan\u0131m, Laz Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131 anmak l\u00e2z\u0131m burada. L\u00e2kin hem bu derslere ilgi az hem de keyfi engellemeler s\u00f6z konusu. Yine de s\u0131n\u0131flarda Lazcay\u0131 Sovyetlerden sonra ilk kez duymak g\u00fczel. Lazcan\u0131n ya\u015famas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7abal\u0131yoruz. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczde 50 y\u0131ll\u0131k k\u0131sa ve Lazca i\u00e7in en netameli d\u00f6nem var.
