Kitab\u0131 hen\u00fcz okumam\u0131\u015f ilgililer i\u00e7in bunu \u00f6rneklendirebilir misiniz?<\/strong><br \/>\nBahsetti\u011finiz \u00f6nyarg\u0131 asl\u0131nda ba\u015fka \u00f6n kabullerin bir par\u00e7as\u0131, bir uzant\u0131s\u0131. Daha \u00f6nce \u2018Osmanl\u0131\u2019y\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015ft\u0131rmak\u2019 kitab\u0131m hakk\u0131nda Agos\u2019a verdi\u011fim bir ba\u015fka m\u00fclakatta da bu hurafelerden bahsetmi\u015ftim. Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n modernle\u015fme hik\u00e2yesi kapitalizme eklemlenmesinden kopart\u0131l\u0131r, \u015fekli ve sathi oldu\u011fu iddia edilen modernle\u015fmenin de temelde ve sadece devlet kat\u0131nda ve eliyle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc varsay\u0131l\u0131r. Burada da sadece gayrim\u00fcslimler Bat\u0131yla dini yak\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 bu s\u00fcrecin par\u00e7as\u0131 ve \u00f6znesi olarak resmedilirler. Sanki toplumsal d\u00fczeyde topyek\u00fbn bir s\u0131n\u0131ftan m\u00fcte\u015fekkillermi\u015f gibi. Bu durum \u2018Milli \u0130ktisat\u2019 s\u00f6yleminde de gayrim\u00fcslimlerin kazanan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\/T\u00fcrklerin de kaybeden oldu\u011fu i\u00e7i bo\u015f bir iddia ile devam ettirilir. Neyse konumuza h\u0131zla gelirsek, Osmanl\u0131 ekonomisinde metala\u015fma ve ticarile\u015fme bug\u00fcn \u00e7ok daha iyi bildi\u011fimiz gibi erken modern dedi\u011fimiz 17. ve 18. y\u00fczy\u0131llarda ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Yani Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n modernle\u015fme hik\u00e2yesi kitaptaki makalemde de belirtti\u011fim gibi Tanzimat ile ba\u015flam\u0131yor. Osmanl\u0131\u2019da toplumsal s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn hik\u00e2yesi y\u00fczy\u0131llara dayan\u0131yor. 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonlar\u0131nda ise \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli proleterle\u015fme \u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bu da daha \u00f6nce de yayg\u0131n olan protesto, ayaklanma ve direni\u015f bi\u00e7imlerini de\u011fi\u015ftiriyor, yeni \u015fekillere sokuyor. Kabaca 1870\u2019lerden itibaren modern bir i\u015f\u00e7i hareketinin geli\u015fti\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Ancak literat\u00fcrde vaaz edildi\u011fi gibi sadece belli bir etnik cemaatin i\u00e7inde de\u011fil, bu topyek\u00fbn bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm. B\u00fct\u00fcn cemaatler d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yerinde oldu\u011fu gibi farkl\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131flara ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r her zaman. Yine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fen kamusal alanda ayd\u0131nlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor \u00f6zellikle 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131nda. Bu ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n da d\u00fcnyada o g\u00fcn cari bir\u00e7ok fikri ak\u0131mla ilgilendi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Y\u00fczy\u0131l kapan\u0131rken \u00f6zellikle Ermeni cemaatindeki ayd\u0131nlar i\u00e7inde sosyalist fikriyat\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l ba\u015f\u0131na gelindi\u011finde ise s\u0131n\u0131fl\u0131 bir toplum olan Osmanl\u0131 siyasal ya\u015fam\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok politik \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Hem Balkanlarda hem de Do\u011fu vilayetlerinde sosyalist Marksist fikriyat\u0131n bu \u00f6rg\u00fctler i\u00e7inde yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 bir tesad\u00fcf\u00fcn eseri de\u011fil. Nitekim 1908 \u00f6ncesinde ve \u00f6nemli bir merkez olan Selanik\u2019te T\u00fcrk\u00e7e sosyalist fikriyat\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 da gayet anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r bu ba\u011flamda. 1908 Devrimi\u2019nden sonra da zaten k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra T\u00fcrk\u00e7e sosyalist k\u00fclliyatta adeta bir patlama ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Tabii ki de kendi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde. Burada \u00f6nemli olan bu sosyalistlerin hem cemaatleri yatay kesecek bir \u015fekilde ili\u015fki i\u00e7inde olmalar\u0131 yani tamamen bir kompartmanla\u015fma i\u00e7inde olmamalar\u0131, toplum gibi yani, hem de s\u0131n\u0131f hareketiyle ili\u015fki i\u00e7inde olmalar\u0131. Yani sosyalist fikriyata ilgileri toplumsall\u0131ktan kopuk skolastik bir ilgi de\u011fil. Tabii bizden \u00f6nceki ku\u015faklar, \u2018bizim mahalle\u2019 dahil, liberal, oryantalist, muhafazak\u00e2r damardan fazlaca etkilendikleri i\u00e7in bu konulara \u00e7ok girmiyorlar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018Ak\u0131nt\u0131ya Kar\u015f\u0131 K\u00fcrek \u00c7ekmek\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u00d6ns\u00f6z\u2019de Osmanl\u0131\u2019da Marksizm ve sosyalizm \u00fczerine yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda bir \u2018ku\u015fak sorunu\u2019 ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011fumuzu belirtiyorsunuz. Kitab\u0131 hen\u00fcz okumam\u0131\u015f ilgililer i\u00e7in bu \u2018ku\u015fak sorunu\u2019nu a\u00e7abilir misiniz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Evet, bizden \u00f6nceki ku\u015faklardan bahsederken tabii \u2018bizim mahalle\u2019den, sol, ilerici kabul edilen ayd\u0131n akademisyenlerden bahsediyorum. Yoksa literat\u00fcr\u00fcn geri kalan milliyet\u00e7i, mukaddesat\u00e7\u0131, muhafazak\u00e2r \u00e7evrelerin so\u011fuk sava\u015f s\u00f6ylemi zaten s\u0131n\u0131f olgusuna, sosyalist d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye d\u00fc\u015fman. Onu \u2018milli b\u00fcnye\u2019ye yabanc\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Bundan dolay\u0131 da zaten sosyalist d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce gibi milli b\u00fcnyeye ters d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin olsa olsa ancak yine yabanc\u0131 kabul edilen gayrim\u00fcslimlere ait olabilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorlar. Kitapta de\u011findi\u011fim \u2018Milli \u0130ktisat\u2019 s\u00f6ylemi bunun i\u00e7in de \u00f6nemli. Yani s\u0131n\u0131f \u00e7eli\u015fkileri, sosyalist fikriyat ve \u00f6rg\u00fctler Bat\u0131ya ait olgular. Onlar i\u00e7in Bat\u0131yla ittifak yapan, T\u00fcrkleri arkadan vuran, bu topraklar\u0131n sahibi M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\/T\u00fcrklerin nizam\u0131na yabanc\u0131 olan \u015feyler s\u0131n\u0131f hareketleri ve devrimci fikirler. Daha sonra solun da takip etti\u011fi akademisyen ve ayd\u0131nlar ne yaz\u0131k ki oryantalist, k\u00fclt\u00fcrelci, \u00f6zc\u00fc iddialar\u0131 ba\u015fka formlarda yeniden \u00fcretiyorlar. Kitab\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda bahsetti\u011fim bizim ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 biraz buna dair. Herhangi somut bir delil ve belgeye dayanmaks\u0131z\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131fl\u0131 toplumun, s\u0131n\u0131f ve siyasal hareketlerin, modern d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin gayrim\u00fcslimlere m\u00fcnhas\u0131r olduklar\u0131n\u0131 iddia ediyorlar. Daha ba\u015fka konularda oldu\u011fu gibi sosyalizmin ve Marksizmin tarihi s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda da bunlar\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn cemaatlerde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck gruplarla da s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olsa hepsinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rebiliyoruz. Burada ilgin\u00e7 olan \u00f6zellikle \u00e7ok\u00e7a yay\u0131n ve faaliyete ra\u011fmen M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ve T\u00fcrklerde sosyalist fikriyat\u0131n olamayaca\u011f\u0131, olsa bile bunun \u2018liberalizm\u2019 alt\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi iddias\u0131 \u00e7ok garip. Garip kelimesini \u00f6zellikle kulland\u0131m. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kendi makalemde de \u00f6zellikle Marksizm ba\u011flam\u0131nda g\u00f6stermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m gibi sosyalist d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 damarlar\u0131, \u015fahsiyetleri hakk\u0131nda olduk\u00e7a tafsilatl\u0131 bilgi buluyoruz, 1908 sonras\u0131 yay\u0131nlarda. Bundan dolay\u0131 da kitapta sadece bu d\u00f6nem Osmanl\u0131ca yani Arap harfli T\u00fcrk\u00e7e literat\u00fcr\u00fc okuyan bir ki\u015finin b\u0131rakal\u0131m genel anlamda sosyalizmi, Marksizm\u2019in de temel akidelerini \u00f6\u011frenebilece\u011fini iddia ediyorum; \u00e7ubu\u011fu biraz \u00f6teki tarafa b\u00fckerek. Bizden \u00f6nceki ku\u015faklar\u0131n liberalizmin hanesine yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir\u00e7ok \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe dair demokratik kazan\u0131mlar\u0131n asl\u0131nda toplumsal hareketlerin bir kazan\u0131m\u0131 oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlat\u0131yoruz asl\u0131nda genel olarak.<\/p>\n<div id=\"photoholder1\" class=\"photoholder no-display appear\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"no-display appear\" src=\"http:\/\/admin.agos.com.tr\/Upload\/Agos\/Images\/2022\/OCAK\/dogan%20cetinkayaaa.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<p><strong>Kitapta yer alan, \u2018Osmanl\u0131ca Marksizm\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 yaz\u0131n\u0131zda \u201cGayrim\u00fcslimleri oldu\u011fu gibi di\u011fer etnik ve dini unsurlar\u0131 tek bir s\u0131n\u0131f ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr ile e\u015fitlemek olgusal olarak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildi. B\u00fct\u00fcn cemaatler farkl\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131fsal konumlara sahip ki\u015fileri kendi i\u00e7inde bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yordu. Ayr\u0131ca mutlak kompart\u0131manlara ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir millet sisteminden toplumsal, iktisadi ve siyasal olarak bahsetmek de m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildi\u201d diyorsunuz. II. Me\u015frutiyet\u2019ten g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze uzanan tarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7te etnik\/dini aidiyetin M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\/T\u00fcrk unsurda s\u0131n\u0131fsal aidiyete g\u00f6re daha a\u011f\u0131r bas\u0131p basmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda ne d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsunuz?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u0130nsanlar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131fsal konumlar\u0131 ile etnik\/dini aidiyetleri, kimlikleri \u00e7ok boyutlu ili\u015fkilerdir. Her s\u0131n\u0131fsal konuma denk gelen belli bir kimlik de belli bir ideoloji de yoktur. Bu indirgemeci tespitleri genelde liberaller yapar. Bizim kitaptaki ba\u011flamda s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorum elbette. Yani \u201ca\u011f\u0131r sanayi yoksa i\u015f\u00e7i yoktur, mavi yakal\u0131 sanayi i\u015f\u00e7isi yoksa sosyalizm olamaz\u201d akidesi. Biz bunu temelden sorguluyoruz. Her \u015feyden \u00f6nce kapitalizmi sanayi teknolojisine indirgemiyoruz. Ancak elbette her t\u00fcr kimlik ve ideolojinin insanlardaki somut hallerini, temsillerini s\u0131n\u0131fsal konumlar\u0131 etkiler. Yani bir i\u015f\u00e7inin milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi ile bir esnaf\u0131n, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck burjuvan\u0131n milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi aras\u0131nda fark olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 apriori olarak bile varsayabiliriz. Ben \u00f6rne\u011fin daha \u00f6nceki boykotlar \u00fczerine iki kitab\u0131mda i\u015f\u00e7ilerin gayrim\u00fcslimlerin tasfiyesinde oynad\u0131klar\u0131 rollerin, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\/T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7iliklerinin nas\u0131l di\u011fer toplumsal gruplardan farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Yani k\u0131saca s\u0131n\u0131fsal konum ile etnik\/dini aidiyeti birbirinden kopuk ele al\u0131namayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bundan dolay\u0131 mutlaka kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131k i\u00e7inde de olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. \u0130nsanlar, toplumsal gruplar, hem s\u0131n\u0131fsal konumlar\u0131na g\u00f6re aidiyetler edinir hem de ba\u015fka etnik, dini, mesleksel vs. aidiyetleri ile ili\u015fkili farkl\u0131 kimlikler de edinebilirler. Hatta \u00e7o\u011funlukla bunlar \u00e7ok \u00e7eli\u015fkili bir \u015fekilde de tecess\u00fcm edebilir bir ki\u015fide, toplumsal grupta vs. Bundan dolay\u0131, evet, farkl\u0131 cemaatlerden ki\u015filer farkl\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131fsal konumlarda idiler ve bu s\u0131n\u0131fsal konumlar ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 mahallelerde, \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 sekt\u00f6rlerde onlar\u0131 birbirleriyle yan yana getiriyordu. Bizim kitapta yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, hat\u0131rlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bunun tek olas\u0131l\u0131k olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve olmak zorunda olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermek. Bir ba\u015fka toplumsal proje i\u00e7in de insanlar bir araya gelerek farkl\u0131 ama\u00e7lar i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele etmi\u015flerdi. Bir ba\u015fka d\u00fcnyan\u0131n imk\u00e2n\u0131 her zaman bir tercih olarak \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Son olarak, 1915 \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131nda, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\/T\u00fcrk unsurdan gelen sosyalistlerin \u2018Ermeni meselesi\u2019 ve Ermeni Soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 \u00fczerine kaleme ald\u0131klar\u0131 yaz\u0131lara, makalelere rastlad\u0131n\u0131z m\u0131? Bulgar sosyalistlerinin Balkan Sava\u015flar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 tav\u0131r ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz. Benzer bir durum, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\/T\u00fcrk sosyalistlerin 1915 ve sonras\u0131nda Ermenilere y\u00f6nelik tav\u0131rlar\u0131nda da g\u00f6r\u00fclebiliyor mu?<\/strong><br \/>\nHay\u0131r, rastlamad\u0131m. \u00c7ok m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilece\u011fini de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fcyorum. Ama tabii bakmak laz\u0131m. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019ndan da \u00f6nce Balkan Sava\u015flar\u0131 ile siyasal ortam \u00e7ok\u00e7a de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 da t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada sosyalist hareketlerde tutarl\u0131 bir sava\u015f kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 hareket geli\u015ftiremedikleri ve kendi milli devletlerinin arkas\u0131nda milli projelerde kenetlendikleri i\u00e7in da\u011f\u0131t\u0131c\u0131 bir etken olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor ilk ba\u015flarda.
