Kitab\u0131nda Osmanl\u0131 Modernle\u015fmesi ile birlikte 2. Abd\u00fclhamit d\u00f6nemini ve Osmanl\u0131 sosyalistlerinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Ak\u0131n\u2019la bir araya geldik ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 konu\u015ftuk.<\/p>\n<h2>\u2018YIKILAN SOSYAL\u0130ZM\u0130 H\u0130\u00c7 DERS \u00c7IKARMADAN TEKRARLAMAYA \u00c7ALI\u015eMAK AKILLICA B\u0130R \u0130\u015e DE\u011e\u0130L\u2019<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ge\u00e7mi\u015f y\u0131llarda yine Dipnot Yay\u0131nlar\u0131\u2019ndan \u00e7\u0131kan \u2018Ermeni Devrimci Paramaz\u2019 kitab\u0131n\u0131 kaleme alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131n\u0131z. Yeni \u00e7\u0131kan \u2018Sakl\u0131 Tarihin \u0130zinde\u2019 kitab\u0131n\u0131zda Paramaz\u2019\u0131n da oda\u011f\u0131nda oldu\u011fu yap\u0131y\u0131 daha geni\u015f bir yelpazede, evveliyat\u0131 ve payda\u015flar\u0131yla birlikte ele al\u0131yorsunuz. Bu alan \u00fczerine daha detayl\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapman\u0131z\u0131n sebebi nedir?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sosyalist hareketin bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak enternasyonalizmle derdi oldu\u011funun uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r fark\u0131nday\u0131m. Sosyalist hareketin g\u00f6rece \u201centernasyonalist\u201d bir gelene\u011fiyle \u00e7ok gen\u00e7 ya\u015flarda hemhal oldum. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu konudaki eksik ve zaaflar\u0131 hissetmem, daha duyarl\u0131 olmam \u00e7ok do\u011fal. \u00dcstelik sosyalist hareketin d\u00fcnya plan\u0131nda yerle yeksan oldu\u011fu bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 benim ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnden ge\u00e7ti gitti. Y\u0131k\u0131lan sosyalizmin ve yenilen devrimlerin \u201cyanl\u0131\u015f bir sosyalizm\u201d oldu\u011funa hep inand\u0131m. Suyun ilk do\u011fdu\u011fu p\u0131nara d\u00f6nerek oraya bakmak gerekiyordu. Yani Paris Kom\u00fcn\u00fc\u2019ne, 1917 Devrimi\u2019ne bakmak ve onun derslerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak. Bu ise yeniden kurulu\u015fu zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131yor. Y\u0131k\u0131lan ya da yenilen sosyalizmi hi\u00e7 ders \u00e7\u0131karmadan tekrarlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak ak\u0131ll\u0131ca bir i\u015f de\u011fil. \u00c7\u0131kar\u0131lacak derslerin ba\u015f\u0131nda ise \u201cmilliyet\u00e7ilik\u201d geliyor. Ger\u00e7ekten i\u00e7inden \u201centernasyonalizmi\u201d \u00e7ekip ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda, geriye kalan\u0131n sosyalizmle bir alakas\u0131 kalm\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Daha \u00f6nce Paramaz \u00fczerinden tarihsel bir s\u00fcrece \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutmaya, yok say\u0131lan ve unutulan bir d\u00f6nemi g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kartmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. \u00dcstelik Paramaz ve arkada\u015flar\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye sosyalist hareketinin eksik oldu\u011fu enternasyonalizm konusunda son derece \u00f6\u011fretici bir prati\u011fe ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye sahiptiler. Onun 1897 y\u0131l\u0131nda yarg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 Van Mahkemesi\u2019ndeki savunmas\u0131 terc\u00fcme edilerek \u00f6n\u00fcme geldi\u011finde \u00e7ok heyecanlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. O savunmada Paramaz: \u201cBizim talebimiz Ermeni, T\u00fcrk, K\u00fcrt, Rum, Alevi, Laz, Yezidi, S\u00fcryani, Arap ve K\u0131ptilerle birlikte e\u015fit ko\u015fullarda ya\u015famakt\u0131r. Bir devrimci olarak bu hedefe ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131m\u0131za inan\u0131yorum. Ama Osmanl\u0131 devletinin tutumu onu T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Y\u00fczlerce y\u0131l \u00f6nce bu topraklara geldi\u011finiz noktaya, T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe geri d\u00f6n\u00fcyorsunuz\u2026 Bizler, milliyet\u00e7i de\u011filiz, \u2018millet gayreti\u2019 taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6nlendirilmemekteyiz. Bizler, \u015foven milliyet\u00e7iler de\u011fil, halk dostlar\u0131y\u0131z. Biz milliyet\u00e7i bir h\u00fck\u00fcmranl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00fczeni devam ettirece\u011fini biliriz. Bizim talebimiz Ermenistan\u2019\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn sakinlerinin, Ermeni\u2019nin, K\u00fcrt\u2019\u00fcn, T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn, Arap\u2019\u0131n, Laz\u2019\u0131n, \u00c7erkez\u2019in, S\u00fcryani\u2019nin, Yezidi\u2019nin ve M\u0131tr\u0131b\u2019nin kendi iradesi ve oyuyla kendi y\u00f6neticilerini se\u00e7meleridir. Biz, bu gelece\u011fi Ermenistan\u2019\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn sakinleri i\u00e7in, b\u00fct\u00fcn Osmanl\u0131 halklar\u0131 i\u00e7in talep ediyoruz\u201d diyordu. Bu s\u00f6zler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ayn\u0131 heyecan\u0131 \u2018Bitti Bitti Bitmedi\u2019 roman\u0131n\u0131 yazan Vedat T\u00fcrkali de ya\u015fam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu konuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131mda beni Ermeni devrimcilerinin \u201cmilliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi\u201d konusunda uyaran Vedat abi, belgeleri ve \u00e7evirileri g\u00f6rd\u00fckten sonra, \u201cbiz bunlar\u0131 neden bilmiyoruz\u201d diye hay\u0131flanm\u0131\u015f, sonra da roman\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7ine Paramaz\u2019\u0131 ve onun savunmas\u0131n\u0131 yerle\u015ftirmi\u015fti. Paramaz, \u00f6nemli simgeydi ama onun evveliyat\u0131 vard\u0131 ve bilinmiyordu. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 biraz daha gerilere ta\u015f\u0131yarak Osmanl\u0131 modernle\u015fmesi, Anayasa s\u00fcreci ve sosyalizmin bu topraklardaki k\u00f6klerine kadar getirdim.<\/p>\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka konu da 1908 Devrimi sonras\u0131nda yeniden a\u00e7\u0131lan Osmanl\u0131 Meclis-i Mebusan\u0131\u2019ndaki sosyalist vekillerin sosyalizm \u00f6nermeleri ve savunmalar\u0131yd\u0131. Bu vekillerin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc, 1908 y\u0131l\u0131nda yeniden ilan edilen Me\u015frutiyet s\u0131ras\u0131nda da\u011flarda fedai idiler. Devrim sonras\u0131 da\u011flardan inince; Van, Erzurum ve Mu\u015f\u2019ta Alay komutan\u0131 ya da valiler taraf\u0131ndan t\u00f6renle kar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131\u015flar, sonrada meclise vekil olarak girmi\u015flerdi. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131, kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuk haklar\u0131n\u0131, adaleti ve b\u00fct\u00fcn Osmanl\u0131lar\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l savunduklar\u0131n\u0131 meclis k\u00fcrs\u00fcs\u00fcnden yapt\u0131klar\u0131 konu\u015fmalarla g\u00f6stermek istedim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tarihi kaleme almak ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na zor bir i\u015f. Hele de sizinki gibi resmi tarihin yok sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131, bast\u0131rmaya ya da deforme etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir alanla ilgili tarihsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapmak daha zor\u2026 Bu ba\u011flamdan hareketle, tarihi yorumlay\u0131\u015f ve yeniden \u00fcreti\u015f bi\u00e7iminizin ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 ve nas\u0131l yakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 anlat\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ertu\u011frul K\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn \u2018Sakl\u0131 Tarihin \u0130zinde\u2019ye \u00f6ns\u00f6z yazarken Edward Hallett Carr\u2019\u0131n \u2018Tarih Nedir\u2019 yap\u0131t\u0131ndan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 al\u0131nt\u0131lar \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Carr, bir yerde: \u201cTarihin olgular\u0131 bize asla \u2018saf\u2019 halde intikal etmezler \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc saf bir bi\u00e7imde var olmazlar; onlar\u0131 kayda ge\u00e7irenin zihninde k\u0131r\u0131n\u0131ma u\u011frarlar. Buradan \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7 \u015fudur: Bir tarih yap\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 elimize ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ilk bakmam\u0131z gereken hangi olgular\u0131 i\u00e7erdi\u011fi de\u011fil, onu yazan tarih\u00e7inin kim oldu\u011fudur\u201d diyor. \u00c7ok gen\u00e7 ya\u015flardan beri sosyalist m\u00fccadelenin i\u00e7indeyim. Sosyalizmin d\u00fcnya plan\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yenilgiye ve milyonlarca insan\u0131n zihninden bir gelecek tasavvuru olarak nas\u0131l \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131na tan\u0131kl\u0131k ettim. Milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fin sosyalizmi nas\u0131l kirletti\u011fini, y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p da\u011f\u0131lan SSCB\u2019de ve \u00c7in\u2019de g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Bir d\u00f6nem \u201csosyalist\u201d diye tan\u0131mlanan Balkan \u00fclkelerindeki o kanl\u0131 bo\u011fazla\u015fma hepimizi \u00fcrk\u00fctt\u00fc. \u00dclkemizde de enternasyonalizm yoksunlu\u011funun sosyalizm \u00fczerinde yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahribat\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 var. Bunu K\u00fcrt sorununa bak\u0131\u015fta, K\u0131br\u0131s meselesinde, g\u00f6\u00e7men ve m\u00fclteci konusunda ve Ermeni Soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131\u2019na yakla\u015f\u0131mda her g\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Kimileri hala bunda \u0131srar ediyor ve daha \u00f6nce bu topraklarda m\u00fccadele etmi\u015f, bedel \u00f6demi\u015f kom\u00fcnistleri g\u00f6rmezden gelmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Ben Marksist ve yeniden kurulu\u015f\u00e7u bir perspektifle tarihe yakla\u015ft\u0131m ve tarihin yeniden ele al\u0131nmas\u0131, enternasyonalist bir prizmadan ge\u00e7irilerek yeniden yaz\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdim. Bunu yaparken de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131 belgelere dayand\u0131rmaya, olabildi\u011fince objektif kaynaklardan faydalanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Son derece de\u011ferli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kronolojik olarak yeniden kal\u0131ba d\u00f6kerek okuyucuya sundum. Osmanl\u0131 Meclisi\u2019ndeki sosyalist vekillerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 ise t\u00fcm\u00fcyle TBMM K\u00fct\u00fcphanesi ar\u015fivinden yararlanarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n i\u00e7ine ald\u0131m. Meclis Genel Kurulu\u2019na 4 dakika uzakl\u0131ktaki Meclis K\u00fct\u00fcphanesi\u2019ne gidip orada T\u00fcrk\u00e7ele\u015ftirilmi\u015f 1908-1912 Osmanl\u0131 Meclis tutanaklar\u0131n\u0131 okumak bile bu g\u00fcne \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutacakt\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle e\u011fitim konusunda kendisi bir gerilla olan Vahan Papazyan\u2019\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u00fcrs\u00fc konu\u015fmas\u0131, bug\u00fcn e\u011fitim konusunda i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz zorlu\u011fu anlamada bize \u00e7ok yard\u0131mc\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\u2018SOSYAL\u0130ZM\u0130N BU TOPRAKLARDAK\u0130 \u0130LK \u00d6NC\u00dcLER\u0130 SOYKIRIMLA B\u0130RL\u0130KTE YOK OLDU\u2019<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Kitapta, Sultan Abd\u00fclhamit d\u00f6nemine muhalefet eden \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131larla Ermeni ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiye de yer veriyorsunuz. Muhalefet ederken baz\u0131 konularda ortak hareket ettikleri bile s\u00f6ylenebilir. Fakat sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u0130TC iktidar\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irince, soyk\u0131r\u0131ma uzanan s\u00fcre\u00e7 ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Bunun sebeplerini nas\u0131l a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yorsunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>J\u00f6nt\u00fcrk muhalefeti, 1900\u2019lerden ba\u015flayarak Osmanl\u0131 demokratik ayd\u0131n hareketinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olan Ermeni partileriyle ili\u015fki i\u00e7inde. 1902 ve 1907 Paris Kongresi\u2019ni Ermeni Devrimci Federasyonu-Ta\u015fnaktsutyun (EDF) ile birlikte topluyorlar. Sosyal Demokrat H\u0131n\u00e7ak Partisi- H\u0131n\u00e7aklar (SDHP) ise J\u00f6nt\u00fcrkler\u2019e mesafeliler. Onlar ad\u0131na Paris\u2019te g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri s\u00fcrd\u00fcren Sabah G\u00fclyan, yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 makalelerde daha sonra \u0130ttihat ve Terakki Cemiyeti (\u0130TC) ad\u0131n\u0131 alacak olan J\u00f6nt\u00fcrkler\u2019i \u201cT\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fck\u201dle su\u00e7luyor. Ne var ki 1908 Devrimi sonras\u0131nda olu\u015fan demokratik ortamda \u0130TC, EDF ve HSDP birlikte davran\u0131yorlar. Ger\u00e7ekten \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn doru\u011fa ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u201ce\u015fitlik, adalet h\u00fcrriyet\u201d sloganlar\u0131n\u0131n ortal\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Me\u015frutiyeti ve Parlamento\u2019yu omuz omuza savunuyorlar. \u00c7arp\u0131\u015fmalarda \u00f6len T\u00fcrk-M\u00fcsl\u00fcman askerlerle Ermeni fedailer, \u00c7a\u011flayan\u2019da bulunan ve bug\u00fcnk\u00fc ad\u0131 \u201cAbideyi H\u00fcrriyet\u201d tepesi olan mezarl\u0131\u011fa birlikte g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fcyorlar. Balkan sava\u015f\u0131, Sar\u0131kam\u0131\u015f Felaketi ve nihayetinde \u00c7anakkale Sava\u015f\u0131, \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n \u201cT\u00fcrk\u201d olduklar\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlamalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131 ve sermayenin el de\u011fi\u015ftirmesine de kap\u0131 aralad\u0131! Asker k\u00f6kenli bir kurucular heyetine sahip olan \u0130ttihat ve Terakki, gizli yap\u0131s\u0131 gere\u011fi, bu kongre sonras\u0131nda geriye bir belge b\u0131rakmam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fundan \u201cbu bir iddiad\u0131r\u201d denmektedir. Bab\u0131ali bask\u0131n\u0131yla birlikte toplumda demokratik hi\u00e7bir i\u015fleyi\u015ften bahsedilemeyece\u011fi gibi; geride \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme, fikir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc; grev, sendikal hak ve sosyalizm m\u00fccadelesini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecek bir \u00f6rg\u00fct de kalmam\u0131\u015f, sosyalizmin bu topraklardaki ilk \u00f6nc\u00fcleri de soyk\u0131r\u0131mla birlikte yok olmu\u015flard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kitapta ele ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z d\u00f6nemi irdelerken, emek hareketleri \u00fczerine de de\u011ferlendirmeler yap\u0131yorsunuz. Grevlerin tart\u0131\u015fmalara konu oldu\u011fu biliniyor. D\u00f6nemin ayd\u0131nlar\u0131, emek hareketlerine nas\u0131l yakla\u015ft\u0131? Ermeni vekiller bu hareketlerin neresinde?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emek hareketinin geli\u015fimi, elbette Sanayi Devrimi ve modernle\u015fme ile do\u011frudan alakal\u0131. Geli\u015fen ticaret burjuvazisine paralel, s\u0131n\u0131fsal talepler de akt\u00fcalite kazan\u0131yor. \u00c7ok yo\u011fun ve a\u011f\u0131r bir s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc \u00e7ark\u0131 var. Nerede kald\u0131 8 saatlik i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc? 14-15 saatlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131, \u00e7ocuk i\u015f\u00e7ilerin ve kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ilerin sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z ortamlarda emek s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcs\u00fc s\u00f6z konusu. Abd\u00fclhamid istibdad\u0131, hem ulusal kimlik hem de hak taleplerini bast\u0131ran bir rejim kurmu\u015ftu. Abd\u00fclhamid\u2019in Meclis\u2019i feshetti\u011fi 1878 y\u0131l\u0131ndan 1902\u2019ye kadar ge\u00e7en y\u0131llar boyunca, bilinebildi\u011fi kadar\u0131yla hi\u00e7 grev olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Abd\u00fclhamid\u2019in 1908 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar s\u00fcren iktidar\u0131 d\u00f6neminde ise bilinen toplam 35 grevden bahsedilebilir. \u0130kinci Me\u015frutiyet\u2019in ilan\u0131ndan hemen sonra ise grevler dalga dalga yay\u0131lmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Daha \u00f6nceki hak arama talepleri kolluk kuvvetlerince bast\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor, haber bile olmuyorlard\u0131. Me\u015frutiyet devriminin getirdi\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, ifade ve \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, halk kitlelerinin sokak g\u00f6sterileri, i\u015f\u00e7ilerin taleplerini dile getirme konusunda onlar\u0131 cesaretlendirmi\u015fti. Toplumu alt\u00fcst eden \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ortam\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131nda, farkl\u0131 milliyetlerden i\u015f\u00e7iler s\u0131n\u0131f \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 i\u00e7in bir araya geliyorlar, h\u0131zla yayg\u0131nla\u015fan bu grev dalgas\u0131 i\u00e7inde sosyalizm fikri de \u201cs\u00f6rf\u201d yapma imk\u00e2n\u0131 buluyordu. 30 Temmuz tarihinde \u0130stanbul\u2019da t\u00fct\u00fcn ve vapur i\u015f\u00e7ileri greve ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 1908 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Temmuz-Aral\u0131k aylar\u0131 aras\u0131nda, Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019nda grev say\u0131s\u0131 120\u2019yi buldu. \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7iyle i\u015fveren aras\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan ihtilaflarda, hakk\u0131n\u0131 arayan i\u015f\u00e7inin yan\u0131nda devreye girece\u011fi bekleniyordu. Bu da makul bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceydi \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131lar, Frans\u0131z Devrimi\u2019nin \u201c\u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, e\u015fitlik, karde\u015flik\u201d ana slogan\u0131yla yola \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Ne var ki grevlerin giderek yayg\u0131nl\u0131k g\u00f6stermesi \u0130TC\u2019yi korkutmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f ve hi\u00e7 gecikmeden sermayenin yan\u0131nda saf tutmu\u015flard\u0131. Sonu\u00e7ta bu grev dalgas\u0131n\u0131 denetim alt\u0131na almak i\u00e7in de Tatil-i E\u015fgal Kanunu (Grev Kanunu) meclis g\u00fcndemine bile getirilmeden Bakanlar Kurulu karar\u0131yla uygulamaya sokuldu.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015ftirak\u00e7i Hilmi diye bilinen H\u00fcseyin Hilmi\u2019nin, Osmanl\u0131 Sosyalist F\u0131rkas\u0131 (OSF) d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda grevleri destekleyen T\u00fcrk ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman Orijinli bir hareketten s\u00f6z edemeyiz. Sosyalist Ermeni vekiller Meclis\u2019te grev kanununa kar\u015f\u0131 muhalefet ederlerken, sendikalar\u0131n kurulmas\u0131 ve s\u0131n\u0131f karde\u015fli\u011finin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n birbirlerine d\u00fc\u015fman olan farkl\u0131 milliyetten i\u015f\u00e7ileri yan yana getirece\u011fini savunuyorlar. Selanik\u2019te binlerce i\u015f\u00e7inin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 grev hakk\u0131n\u0131n dile getirildi\u011fi mitingler ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Meclis k\u00fcrs\u00fcs\u00fcnden bu konuda yap\u0131lan konu\u015fmalar\u0131 ve \u0130TC temsilcilerinin i\u015f\u00e7i ve emek d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 tutumlar\u0131n\u0131 kitaba yans\u0131tmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Selanik\u2019te sosyalist bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme olarak \u00f6nemli bir i\u015flev g\u00f6ren Selanik Sosyalist \u0130\u015f\u00e7i Federasyonu ve Rum Sosyalist \u00e7evresi Ergatis\u2019ten de bahsettim.<\/p>\n<h2>\u2018SOSYAL\u0130ST HAREKET TAR\u0130H B\u0130L\u0130NC\u0130NDEN YOKSUN DURUMDA\u2019<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131zda, \u00fczerine d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmesi gereken ve bug\u00fcnle ili\u015fki kurduran baz\u0131 noktalar oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. \u00d6rne\u011fin, 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir Ermeni sosyalist hareketi olsa da, sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sol-sosyalist siyaset \u00fcreten yap\u0131lar bu hareketi sahiplenmiyor. Siz, bu durumu nas\u0131l a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yorsunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2018Paramaz\u2019 kitab\u0131mda ve \u015fimdi yeni yay\u0131mlanan \u2018Sakl\u0131 Tarihin \u0130zinde\u2019 kitab\u0131mda, bu unutma ve yok sayma halini irdeliyor ve sorguluyorum. Sovyetler, devlet politikas\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde Mustafa Suphi ve arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n Karadeniz\u2019de katledilmelerini o g\u00fcn Kemalistlerle tart\u0131\u015fma konusu yapmad\u0131 bile. Mustafa Suphilerin Rus Kom\u00fcnist yetkililerinin onay\u0131 ve bilgisi d\u00e2hilinde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye geldi\u011fi biliniyor, tersini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil zaten! Bunu konu etmeyen, Ermeni Soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131\u2019n\u0131 da pek konu etmezdi. 1920\u2019de kurulmu\u015f TKP\u2019nin de Komintern solu oldu\u011fu hat\u0131rlan\u0131r ve en \u00f6nemlisi enternasyonalizmden uzak ve \u015foven yakla\u015f\u0131mlara sahip oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrse, gerisi anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. \u201cBiz \u00fclkemizi emperyalistlere kar\u015f\u0131 korurken Ermeniler onlarla i\u015f birli\u011fi yapt\u0131lar\u201d laf\u0131 sizi bir g\u00fczel antiemperyalist yap\u0131yor. Bir de gen\u00e7 Cumhuriyet\u2019in SSCB ile ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131na ili\u015fkin ortada bir s\u00fcr\u00fc laf var! Onlar\u0131 da arka arkaya s\u0131ralad\u0131n\u0131z m\u0131, hem antiemperyalist, hem de sosyalist oluyorsunuz\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Ne yaz\u0131k ki sosyalist hareket tarih bilincinden yoksun durumda, ge\u00e7mi\u015fi sorgulam\u0131yor. Haf\u0131zas\u0131z olmak iyi bir \u015fey de\u011fil, h\u00e2lbuki deney ve tecr\u00fcbeden yoksunsan\u0131z Sisifos\u2019un kaderi sizi bekliyordur. O y\u00fczden TKP \u00f6ncesine bakmak gerekir diyorum. Sosyalizmin bu topraklardaki geli\u015fimine, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesine, ortak vatanda bir arada ya\u015fama isteklerine, m\u00fccadele y\u00f6ntemlerine bakmak gerekir. Kald\u0131 ki uluslar\u0131n kendi kaderlerini \u00f6zg\u00fcrce tayin ilkesi de sosyalistler taraf\u0131ndan prensip d\u00fczeyinde kabul g\u00f6r\u00fcyordu. Yani anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m ve ara\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m olgular bizim hik\u00e2yemiz, sosyalistlerin yok say\u0131lan tarihi. Bu tarih incelendi\u011fi zaman 1915 de \u00e7ok daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alanla ilgili bu denli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapman\u0131zdan dolay\u0131 fikrinizi merak ediyoruz. II. Me\u015frutiyet sonras\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fulcu bir yap\u0131ya b\u00fcr\u00fcnen ve i\u00e7inde farkl\u0131 ulus ve inan\u00e7tan ki\u015fileri bar\u0131nd\u0131ran Osmanl\u0131 Meclis-i Meb\u00fbsan\u0131 ile bug\u00fcnk\u00fc K\u00fcrt, Alevi, Ermeni, S\u00fcryani ve Ezidilerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 TBMM aras\u0131nda nas\u0131l bir fark var? Me\u015frutiyet, bir devrim sonras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti ve Parlamento te\u015fkil edilirken bu devrimin b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00f6zneleri orada temsil edildi. En az\u0131ndan ilk aylar ve Adana Katliam\u0131\u2019na kadar ge\u00e7en zamanda ili\u015fkiler g\u00f6rece daha iyi gidiyordu. Ama H\u0131n\u00e7aklar i\u00e7in bir parantez a\u00e7mal\u0131y\u0131m. Bu topraklar\u0131n ilk Marksist partisi olan SDHP, \u0130TC\u2019ye mesafesini ve ku\u015fkusunu s\u00fcrekli korudu. Hatta partide \u201cyasalc\u0131\u201d bir \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeye itiraz eden Paramaz\u2019\u0131n da i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ekip var. Parlamento yeniden a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda orada tek temsilcileri var, o da Sasun direni\u015finin \u00f6nderlerinden olan Hampartsum Boyac\u0131yan. Ona \u201cb\u00fcy\u00fck Murad\u201d diyorlar. \u0130stanbul T\u0131p Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nde okurken Gedikpa\u015fa y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcyor, ka\u00e7ak duruma d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor, sonra Sasun Da\u011flar\u0131\u2019nda gerilla oluyor. 13 y\u0131ll\u0131k hapis-s\u00fcrg\u00fcn, sonra afla birlikte Paris\u2019ten geliyor ve Adana milletvekili olarak parlamentoda yerini al\u0131yor. Bu tablo bile bize \u00e7ok \u015feyi anlat\u0131yor asl\u0131nda. Murad, Me\u015frutiyet sonras\u0131 \u0130TC merkeziyle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelere kat\u0131lan heyette ve Talat ona sayg\u0131l\u0131 davran\u0131yor. Sonralar\u0131 giderek \u0130TC\u2019nin Osmanl\u0131c\u0131 program\u0131 rafa kald\u0131rmas\u0131, T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc bir hatta ilerlemesi, Anadolu\u2019yu gayrim\u00fcslimlerden ar\u0131nd\u0131rma \u00e7abas\u0131 ve siyasal gericili\u011fin merkezi haline gelmesi ile i\u015fler de\u011fi\u015fiyor. Bunun nedenlerine yukar\u0131da de\u011finmi\u015ftim.<\/p>\n<p>Evet, bug\u00fcn de parlamentoda K\u00fcrt, Alevi, Ermeni, S\u00fcryani ve Ezidi temsilciler var. HDP vas\u0131tas\u0131yla parlamentoda temsil ediliyorlar. Ama durum, \u0130TC\u2019nin Bab\u0131ali Bask\u0131n\u0131\u2019yla diktat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ilan etti\u011fi s\u00fcrece benziyor. Parlamento i\u015flevsiz hale getirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor ve parlamentodan at\u0131lma, tutuklanma, partilerinin her an kapat\u0131lma riski alt\u0131nda vekilliklerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyorlar. Ku\u015fkusuz tarih tekerr\u00fcr de\u011fildir. Ama en az\u0131ndan bunun b\u00f6yle olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlamak i\u00e7in bile tarih bilincine sahip olmak, ge\u00e7mi\u015fe d\u00f6n\u00fcp bakmak ve dersler \u00e7\u0131karmak gerekiyor.
