Hal b\u00f6yle olunca da her medeniyetin k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnden, \u00f6rf\u00fcnden, adetinden ve yemeklerinden nasibine d\u00fc\u015feni alm\u0131\u015f. Hatay turumda fazlas\u0131yla mekan\u0131 gezdi\u011fim i\u00e7in laf\u0131 daha fazla uzatmadan, sizlere k\u0131sa k\u0131sa g\u00f6zlemlerimden ve tavsiyelerimden bahsetmek istiyorum.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte medeniyetler \u015fehri Hatay sofralar\u0131na \u00f6zel lezzetlerin tad\u0131na bakmak isteyenler i\u00e7in gidilebilecek en g\u00f6zde mekanlar\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130smail Usta (D\u00f6nerci \u0130smail)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1971\u2019de \u0130skenderun sanayi b\u00f6lgesinde seyyar arabada hizmet vermeye ba\u015flayan i\u015fletme, daha sonralar\u0131 ikinci ku\u015faktan olan \u0130smail Usta ile bir d\u00fckkan haline d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f. Kaburga k\u0131ymas\u0131 kullan\u0131larak yap\u0131lan d\u00f6ner, lava\u015f ekmek i\u00e7inde so\u011fan, maydanoz ve domates eklenerek haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor. Son olarak da kendi haz\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131 sosa bat\u0131r\u0131larak servis ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00f6nerci S\u00fcleyman Usta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130skenderun\u2019un sanayi b\u00f6lgesinde yer alan bir di\u011fer i\u015fletme olan D\u00f6nerci S\u00fcleyman Usta\u2019da sadece tavuk d\u00f6neri yap\u0131l\u0131yor. 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131rak olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flayan S\u00fcleyman Bey, yoluna art\u0131k usta olarak ve kendi ad\u0131yla devam ediyor. \u0130skenderun usul\u00fc tavuk d\u00f6ner yemek isteyenler i\u00e7in ideal bir se\u00e7im olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebilirim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Petek Pastanesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130skenderun denince akla ilk gelen yerlerden birisi \u015f\u00fcphesiz ki Petek Pastanesi\u2019dir. 1942 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana hizmet veren pastanede; baklava, k\u00fcnefe, kaday\u0131f ve t\u00fcm tatl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin yan\u0131nda, lokum, dondurma, diyet ve y\u00f6resel \u00fcr\u00fcnleri de bulabilirsiniz. Benim favorim ise Antep f\u0131st\u0131kl\u0131 ac\u0131bademi ile k\u00fcnefesi oldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kasap Nihat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dededen kalan kasapl\u0131k mesle\u011fini 8 ya\u015f\u0131nda devralan Nihat Usta, 22 y\u0131ld\u0131r bu i\u015fi yap\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fini severek yapan ustan\u0131n ellerinden dana ve kuzu etini kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Hatay\u2019a \u00f6zel ka\u011f\u0131t kebab\u0131n\u0131 yemenizi tavsiye ederim. Kasap Nihat da yine Hatay\u2019\u0131n \u0130skenderun il\u00e7esinde yer alan bir mekan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7\u0131naralt\u0131 K\u00fcnefe Yusuf Usta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Antakya\u2019da bulunan \u00c7\u0131naralt\u0131 K\u00fcnefe, orijinal Hatay k\u00fcnefesi yiyebilece\u011finiz nadir mekanlardan birisi. 1996 y\u0131l\u0131nda Yusuf Usta taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131lan yeri, \u015fu anda o\u011flu Fatih Bey i\u015fletiyor. K\u00f6m\u00fcr ate\u015finde pi\u015firilen k\u00fcnefe, inek peyniri ve tereya\u011f\u0131 e\u015fli\u011finde servis ediliyor. Tavsiye ederim dostlar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ulucami K\u00f6ftecisi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mehmet Usta\u2019n\u0131n 1975 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u00f6fte yapma i\u015fini \u015fu anda ayn\u0131 isimdeki torunu devam ettiriyor. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir d\u00fckkan olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcndeki kalabal\u0131k ne kadar lezzetli k\u00f6fteler yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ispat\u0131. Dana eti ile yap\u0131l\u0131p, tereya\u011f\u0131nda pi\u015firilen k\u00f6fteler, lava\u015f ekmek i\u00e7inde sos ve maydanoz ile birlikte sunuluyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abdo D\u00f6ner<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1984 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan Abdo D\u00f6ner, Antakya halk\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7ok seviliyor. 3 \u015fube ile hizmet veren i\u015fletmede ger\u00e7ekten \u00e7ok lezzetli d\u00f6ner yiyebilirsiniz. Dana etini yar\u0131s\u0131 k\u0131yma, yar\u0131s\u0131 par\u00e7a et olacak \u015fekilde haz\u0131rl\u0131yorlar. Bunu da yine bir Hatay klasi\u011fi olan lava\u015f ekmek i\u00e7inde bol so\u011fan, maydanoz ve sos e\u015fli\u011finde servis ediyorlar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kasap Akil Usta\u2019n\u0131n Yeri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Antakya\u2019da m\u00fctevaz\u0131 bir i\u015fletme olan Akil Usta\u2019n\u0131n yeri, tepsi kebab\u0131 denince ilk tavsiye edilenler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Y\u00f6renin en me\u015fhur yemekleri ta\u015f f\u0131r\u0131nda pi\u015firilerek servis ediliyor. Tepsi kebab\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda pirzola, ka\u011f\u0131t kebab\u0131, lahmacun ve et sote gibi daha bir\u00e7ok lezzeti deneyebilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f Kahvalt\u0131 Salonu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f Kahvalt\u0131 Salonu, Samanda\u011f il\u00e7esinin Vak\u0131fl\u0131 K\u00f6y\u00fc\u2019nde yer al\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin tek Ermeni k\u00f6y\u00fc olarak bilinen k\u00f6y, il\u00e7eye 4 km uzakl\u0131kta bulunuyor. Akdeniz\u2019i tepeden g\u00f6ren mekanda e\u015fsiz manzara e\u015fli\u011finde bir kahvalt\u0131 yapabilirsiniz. Y\u00f6resel pek \u00e7ok lezzetin bulundu\u011fu kahvalt\u0131da; falafel, m\u00fccver, kat\u0131k, kesik s\u00fct kayma\u011f\u0131 mutlaka denemenizi istedi\u011fim tatlar aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7\u00f6kmez Bal\u0131k Restaurant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mikail \u00c7\u00f6kmez taraf\u0131ndan 1986 y\u0131l\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lan restoran\u0131, \u015fu anda o\u011flu Yusuf Bey i\u015fletiyor. Faaliyete ge\u00e7ti\u011fi ilk y\u0131llarda men\u00fclerinde yer alan kabuklu deniz mahsulleri nedeniyle \u00e7ok ele\u015ftiri alm\u0131\u015flar. Sunduklar\u0131 lezzet \u00e7e\u015fidini her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn art\u0131ran i\u015fletmede Samanda\u011f\u2019da bolca bulunan mavi yenge\u00e7 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere; kalamar, karides, levrek havyar\u0131 ve bir\u00e7ok bal\u0131k \u00e7e\u015fidini yiyebilirsiniz. Meze olarak ise Hatay\u2019\u0131n me\u015fhur humusunu ve babagannu\u015fu mutlaka yemelisiniz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Humus\u00e7u Nedim Usta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1920 y\u0131llar\u0131ndan beri Antakya\u2019da humus ve meze yapan mekan, \u015fu anda Semir Usta taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fletiliyor. Humusun yan\u0131nda bakla ezmesi, tarator, cevizli biber ve di\u011fer mezelerin hepsi birbirinden lezzetli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Affan Kahvesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tam bir tarih kokan Affan Kahvesi, 1913 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana Antakya halk\u0131na hizmet sunuyor. Bir as\u0131rdan fazla zamand\u0131r ayakta olan tarihi binada kahve keyfi \u00e7\u0131karman\u0131n yan\u0131nda Haytal\u0131 da yiyebilirsiniz.
