Makam\u0131na yeni atanan Patrik Zaven, memleketi Siirt\u2019ten \u0130stanbul\u2019a uzanan tarihi yolculu\u011funda Mu\u015f\u2019a gelmi\u015ftir. Patrik eksiksiz devlet erkan\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra y\u00f6rede tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaz n\u00fcfuzu bulunan Ta\u015fnaktsutyun \u015feflerinden Rupen Pa\u015fa (Der Minasyan) taraf\u0131ndan \u015fa\u015faal\u0131 bir t\u00f6renle kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131r. \u0130kinci g\u00fcn kasabadaki devlet ve Ermeni cemaati ileri gelenleriyle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc g\u00fcnk\u00fc dura\u011f\u0131 ise b\u00fct\u00fcn b\u00f6lge illerinin en kutsal mekanlar\u0131ndan Surp Garabet Manast\u0131r\u0131\u2019d\u0131r. Burada \u00e7i\u00e7e\u011fi burnunda patri\u011fi \u00e7etrefilli bir gerilim beklemektedir. Moskoval\u0131 Rus Ermenisi bir kad\u0131n manast\u0131ra bir okul in\u015fa etmek i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a y\u00fckl\u00fc miktardapara ba\u011f\u0131\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ne var ki, para bir t\u00fcrl\u00fc getirilip okul yap\u0131lamamaktad\u0131r;\u00a0\u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc binan\u0131n in\u015fa edilece\u011fi yer konusunda Rahip Vartan Vartabed ile Episkopos Kharakhanyan aras\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7eki\u015fme vard\u0131r. Vartan Vartabed okulun manast\u0131r\u0131n bah\u00e7esinde in\u015fa edilmesinde \u0131srar ederken, Rupen Pa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n da telkiniyle partiye yak\u0131n Episkopos Kharakhanyan okulun Veri Parakhner\u2019de, yani manast\u0131r\u0131n duvar \u00e7itlerindenolduk\u00e7a uzakta bir vadide kurulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini savunmaktad\u0131r. Ta\u015fnaktsutyun \u015fefinin gerek\u00e7esi ise, okul ancak manast\u0131rdan uzak olursa \u00f6\u011frencilerin dini etkilerden uzak, \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f bir e\u011fitim alabilece\u011fidir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k Vartan Vartabed, patri\u011fe \u015fu kayg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 anlat\u0131r:<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Allah korusun, e\u011fer bir g\u00fcn tekrardan memleket kar\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve e\u011fer halk\u0131m\u0131za ve manast\u0131ra bir sald\u0131r\u0131 olursa yeterince sa\u011flam yap\u0131lacak okul binas\u0131 hem cemaatimize s\u0131\u011f\u0131nabilecekleri bir yer olur, hem de manast\u0131ra hakim y\u00fcksek konumuyla savunulabilir. Ancak vadide olan di\u011fer yer her yandan sald\u0131r\u0131ya a\u00e7\u0131k olacakt\u0131r.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Patrik Zaven bu izahata ikna olur ve okulun manast\u0131r s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde in\u015fa edilmesini ister. Patrik Zaven, Vartan Vartabed\u2019in yukar\u0131daki gerek\u00e7esini tekrarlad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise Vramyan patri\u011fin y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u015fa\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131kla bakar ve \u2018siz halen kan\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n akaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 m\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorsunuz?\u2019 der!<\/p>\n<p>Mezkur okul in\u015fa olunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, manast\u0131r\u0131n kendisi de iki y\u0131ldan az bir zaman sonra yerle yeksan edilecektir. Dahas\u0131 Ermeniler muhtemelen ancak K\u00fcrtler ve S\u00fcryanilerden sonra akla gelecekti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ng\u00f6r\u00fclemezlik, bir tek Ermeni Soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131\u2019na mahsus bir olgu de\u011fil. Leh subay\u0131 Jan Karski\u2019nin s\u0131rad\u0131\u015f\u0131 hikayesi bunu en iyi bi\u00e7imde resmeder. 1942 sonunda Karski, katliamlara ait dok\u00fcmanlar\u0131 mikrofilm olarak \u0130ngiltere\u2019ye ka\u00e7\u0131rmay\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde bile bulunmayan Kobani\u2019ye destek eylemlerine her b\u00f6lgeden ve kesimden gelen kat\u0131l\u0131m,T\u00fcrkiye\u2018de \u2018K\u00fcrtlerin birli\u011fi\u2019 projesinin ne denli olgunla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilan etti. 7 Haziran se\u00e7imlerinde K\u00fcrt b\u00f6lgelerinin bir\u00e7o\u011funda HDP\u2019nin %70 \u00fczerinde oy almas\u0131 bu birli\u011fin siyasal hareketlenmede de kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu ortaya koymu\u015ftur. Sonu\u00e7 olarak ne kadar k\u0131r\u0131lgan ve hassas olan bu birlik hi\u00e7bir zaman m\u00fckemmelle\u015fip tamamlanamayacaksa da olsa, bir zamanlar\u0131n espri malzemesi olabilecek \u2018K\u00fcrtlerin birli\u011fi\u2019 sonunda kuruldu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu geli\u015fmelerin iktidar cephesinin K\u00fcrtlere ve K\u00fcrt sorununa bak\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ne denli derin bir k\u0131r\u0131lmaya yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u015fik\u00e2r. \u00c7ok detayl\u0131 bir tart\u0131\u015fmaya girmeden tarif etmek gerekirse bu de\u011fi\u015fime \u00f6fkeli ve kendini aldat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f varsayan devlet cephesinin tepkisi, K\u00fcrt b\u00f6lgelerinde yeni bir kolonyal rejimin tesisi projesi olmu\u015ftur. Korucular\u0131n ve de devlet taraftar\u0131 silahl\u0131 K\u00fcrtlerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemsenmedi\u011fi sistematik bir y\u0131k\u0131m ve yeniden in\u015fa plan\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z. Bu ba\u011flamda Cizre bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Cumhuriyet tarihinin Dersim sonras\u0131 bu en vahim katliam\u0131nda \u015fehir, bir kent k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na (urbicide) u\u011frat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Katliamlarla ilgili tan\u0131kl\u0131klar ise s\u0131radan \u00f6ld\u00fcrmenin \u00e7ok \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7ildi\u011fine i\u015faret ediyor: Yaral\u0131lar\u0131n hastanelere ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131na izin verilmemesi, sivilleri bile \u2018teslim almaya\u2019 isteksizlik g\u00f6sterilmesi ve en nihayetinde bodrumlara s\u0131\u011f\u0131nanlar\u0131n toplu imha silahlar\u0131yla yak\u0131larak \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmeleri, gerilimin potansiyel olarak nerelere varabilece\u011fi konusunda \u00fcrk\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc i\u015faretlerdir. Belki bu t\u00fcmden yeni de\u011fil, ancak yeni ve olduk\u00e7a kayg\u0131 verici olan bu halin pop\u00fclerli\u011fi, g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcndeli\u011fi ve g\u00f6z boyama istisnalar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kamusal alanda savunulmas\u0131. Hareketin siyasi retori\u011finde en az\u0131ndan 1999 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri belirgin yer tutan \u00e7e\u015fitli s\u0131fatlarla betimlenmi\u015f soyk\u0131r\u0131m ifadesi, yak\u0131n d\u00f6nemki \u00f6nde gelen isimlerin a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131nda yak\u0131c\u0131 ve hissedilen ger\u00e7ek bir kayg\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne i\u015faret ediyor. Bu t\u00fcrden resmi kamp sakinlerinin nas\u0131l bir siyasal n\u00fcfuz alt\u0131nda olacaklar\u0131n\u0131 ve kimleri d\u00fc\u015fman addedecekleri b\u00fcy\u00fck bir muamma olmasa gerek.
