B\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc 1988\u2019de kentsel sit alan\u0131 ilan edilen Ortamahalle, tarihi dokunun bug\u00fcne kadar aktar\u0131labildi\u011fi nadir yerle\u015fim yerleri aras\u0131nda bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Tarihi dokusunu sokak ve mahalle \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak g\u00f6stermesiyle \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kan Ortamahalle, Arnavut kald\u0131r\u0131ml\u0131 sokaklar\u0131, dik yoku\u015flar\u0131 ve dar meydanlar\u0131yla ilk g\u00fcnk\u00fc cazibesini koruyarak hem yerli ve yabanc\u0131 turistlerin hem de foto\u011fraf sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ilk adresi oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Roma ve Bizans gibi farkl\u0131 medeniyetlerin de izleri ta\u015f\u0131yan mahalle, Karadeniz\u2019e gelen turistlere ev sahipli\u011fi yap\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Misafirlerine tabiat ile i\u00e7 i\u00e7e vakit ge\u00e7irmenin yan\u0131nda konaklama, y\u00f6re \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131, y\u00f6resel lezzetlerden tatma ve foto safari gibi farkl\u0131 alternatifler de sunan mahalle, uzaktan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda adeta ya\u011fl\u0131 boya tabloyu and\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Ak\u00e7aabat Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Osman Nuri Ekim, Ortamahalle\u2019nin her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn turistlerden daha fazla ilgi g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirterek, Ak\u00e7aabat Belediyesi olarak da il\u00e7enin g\u00f6zdesi olan Ortamahalle\u2019yi turizme kazand\u0131rmak ve mahalleye canl\u0131l\u0131k getirmek i\u00e7in gayret ettiklerini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cTurizmi canland\u0131rmak ad\u0131na konaklar\u0131 restore ettik\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Belediye olarak turizmi canland\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla mahallede bulunan konaklar\u0131 asl\u0131na uygun olarak restore ettiklerini vurgulayan Ekim, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBu konaklar y\u00f6resel lezzetlerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeme, i\u00e7me, oturma alanlar\u0131, konaklama ve y\u00f6resel hediyelik e\u015fyalar\u0131n sat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 mekanlar olarak turizme kazand\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Ak\u00e7aabat Belediyesi olarak Timurciler Kona\u011f\u0131, Kano\u011flu Kona\u011f\u0131 ve Mehmet Efendi Kona\u011f\u0131 ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere Ortamahalle\u2019de bulunan bir\u00e7ok kona\u011f\u0131 restore ederek turizme kazand\u0131rd\u0131k.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ekim, Ortamahalle\u2019deki bu turizm potansiyelinin \u00f6zel i\u015fletmeleri de te\u015fvik etti\u011fine dikkati \u00e7ekerek, \u201cAk\u00e7aabat Belediyesinin \u00f6rnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 dikkate alan \u00f6zel giri\u015fimciler Ortamahalle\u2019de bu t\u00fcr i\u015fletmeler a\u00e7maya ba\u015flad\u0131. K\u00fclt\u00fcr, sanat ve turizmde \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kan Ak\u00e7aabat\u2019\u0131m\u0131zda yaz turizmi sezonu i\u00e7in b\u00fct\u00fcn haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tamamlad\u0131k.
