Kitap soyk\u0131r\u0131m sonras\u0131nda Ermenilerin bir inkar siyasetinin hayli g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011fu y\u0131llarda ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131na ve bu inkar siyasetinin hangi temeller \u00fczerine in\u015fa edildi\u011fine odaklan\u0131yor. Ve bunun d\u00f6nemin Ermenice ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e kaynaklardaki yans\u0131malar\u0131n\u0131 da izliyor. Halen M\u00fcnih, Ludwig-Maximilian \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren Suciyan ile kitab\u0131n\u0131 ve 1915 sonras\u0131 Ermenilerin hayat\u0131n\u0131 konu\u015ftuk.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>-Kitapta 40&#8217;lar ve 50&#8217;lerin Ermeni bas\u0131n\u0131 ve bu bas\u0131n\u0131n Ermeni toplumunun ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlara, iktidar\u0131n ve milliyet\u00e7i bas\u0131n\u0131n h\u00fccumlar\u0131na nas\u0131l bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir yer tutuyor. Ben buradan ba\u015flamak istiyorum. \u00d6ncelikle soyk\u0131r\u0131ma ra\u011fmen hala, bug\u00fcn ile k\u0131yaslanamayacak, canl\u0131 diyebilece\u011fimiz bir Ermeni bas\u0131n\u0131 hayat\u0131 var. N\u00fcfus yine fazla de\u011fil, hatta bug\u00fcnden belki biraz fazlad\u0131r ama sanki canl\u0131l\u0131k o d\u00f6nemde, -s\u00fcrebildi\u011fi kadar\u0131yla elbette- hala s\u00fcr\u00fcyor.\u00a0 Buna kat\u0131l\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n, bu d\u00f6nemdeki canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 neye ba\u011fl\u0131yorsun ve bu canl\u0131l\u0131k sence nas\u0131l \u00f6ld\u00fc?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u015fa\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma yaparken ben de ya\u015fad\u0131m. Gazetelerin, dergilerin, y\u0131ll\u0131klar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn Cumhuriyet d\u00f6neminde \u00e7\u0131kmaya devam ettiklerini, 60\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llara kadar \u00f6nemli bir Ermeni s\u00fcreli yay\u0131n\u0131 hayat\u0131 var. Olaylara tepki veren, tepkilerle a\u00e7\u0131lan, kapat\u0131lan, yo\u011fun siyasi, sosyal, tarihsel ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc mecralar olarak bas\u0131n yay\u0131n hayat\u0131 olanca h\u0131z\u0131yla devam etmi\u015f. Bunun birka\u00e7 sebebi oldu\u011funu g\u00f6zlemledim. Birincisi ve en \u00f6nemlisi, Cumhuriyet d\u00f6nemi ile birlikte Ermeni idaresinin akamete u\u011frat\u0131lmas\u0131 s\u00fcreci. Yani Ermeni milletinin 1922 sonuna kadar, 1915\u2019den sonra son derece a\u011f\u0131r ve aksak olsa da s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7abalar harcanan kurumsal y\u00f6netimi; devletin soyk\u0131r\u0131msonras\u0131 ink\u00e2r politikalar\u0131n\u0131n hedefi haline gelmi\u015fti. Kurumlar i\u015flemez olmal\u0131, Osmanl\u0131\u2019dan Nizamnamelerden ne\u015fet etmi\u015f haklar kullan\u0131lamaz hale getirilmeli ve t\u00fcm temsil mekanizmas\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131yd\u0131. Bug\u00fcnden bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bunlar\u0131n tamam\u0131na yak\u0131n\u0131n vuku buldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Bu s\u00fcrecin ba\u015f\u0131 olan, benim kitapta inceledi\u011fim bu d\u00f6nemde Ermeni yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n canl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde varl\u0131k g\u00f6stermesi kan\u0131mca bu kurumsal yap\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131n bo\u015falt\u0131lmas\u0131 s\u00fcrecinde bas\u0131n\u0131n tek kendini ifade etme mecras\u0131 olmas\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir etkendi. Yani hukuksal, toplumsal, edebi ve entelekt\u00fcel t\u00fcm faaliyetlerin art\u0131k tek ortak bir ifade alan\u0131 vard\u0131, o da Ermeni bas\u0131n\u0131yd\u0131. Bunun s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 da tabii ki belliydi. Mesela Aztarar gazetesi, sonradan Hatay olarak an\u0131lacak olan \u0130skenderun Sanca\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ilhak\u0131na yeteri kadar co\u015fkulu tepki vermedi\u011fi i\u00e7in k\u00fct diye kapat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. S\u00fcreli yay\u0131nlar\u0131n tepesinde sallanan bir Matbuat Kanunu vard\u0131 ki, yay\u0131nlar bu kanun bahane edilerek kapat\u0131l\u0131yordu. Zaten Takrir-i S\u00fckun Kanunu da ayn\u0131 t\u00fcrden bir mekanizmay\u0131 daha \u00f6nceden tesis etmi\u015fti. Yani tam bir devaml\u0131l\u0131kla, s\u00fcrekli yay\u0131n yasaklayarak, s\u00fcrekli ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc hal durumlar\u0131 yaratarak, onlar\u0131 bahane ederek, ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc \u201c\u00f6nlemler alma\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda kendi vatanda\u015f\u0131na, halk\u0131na \u015fiddet uygulama siyaseti aral\u0131ks\u0131z devam etti.<\/p>\n<p>Ermeni yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n devam etmesinin bir ba\u015fka \u00f6nemli sebebi hayatta kalma iradesi ile ilgiliydi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m d\u00f6nemin yazarlar\u0131, entelekt\u00fcelleri, yay\u0131nc\u0131lar\u0131 bir hayatta kalan toplumunun \u00fcyeleriydi; Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n son d\u00f6neminde do\u011fmu\u015f, 1915 ve sonras\u0131n\u0131n getirdi\u011fi t\u00fcm toplumsal, siyasal, ekonomik, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel k\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131n i\u00e7inde yo\u011frulmu\u015f, ne ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131nda olan, tarihiyle, diliyle, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcyle ba\u011flar\u0131 sa\u011flam bir toplumdu.. Bat\u0131 Ermenicesine ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019ye \u00e7ok h\u00e2kim, s\u0131kl\u0131kla da en az bir yabanc\u0131 dilde yay\u0131nlar\u0131 takip eden entelekt\u00fcel bir kesimdi. Gazeteler a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yor, gazeteler kapat\u0131l\u0131yor, y\u0131ll\u0131klar \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor\u00a0 (Halk Salnamesi, Surp P\u0131rgi\u00e7 Hastanesi, Yer\u00e7anig Y\u0131ll\u0131klar\u0131 gibi) ve gazetelerde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin g\u00fcndemi g\u00fcn g\u00fcn takip ediliyordu. Ermenilerle ilgili \u00e7\u0131kan neredeyse b\u00fct\u00fcn haberler terc\u00fcme ediliyor, yaz\u0131lara, su\u00e7lamalara cevaplar veriyorlard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n sona ermesi gereklili\u011fi soyk\u0131r\u0131msonras\u0131 ink\u00e2r habitusunun bir par\u00e7as\u0131yd\u0131. Kalanlara kendilerini ink\u00e2r etmekten ba\u015fka bir \u00e7are b\u0131rakmayan bir devletin ve toplumun kesi\u015fim k\u00fcmesinde, asl\u0131nda beklenen zaman i\u00e7inde ku\u015faklar\u0131n do\u011fal yollarla, ya da zorla \u2013g\u00f6\u00e7e zorlanmas\u0131yla mesela-, korkutularak, ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131larak fiziken ortadan kalkmas\u0131yla, bu canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n s\u00f6n\u00fcmlenmesiydi, \u00f6yle de oldu. 1925-28 aras\u0131nda bir s\u00fcrg\u00fcn olan Kevork Halacyan\u2019\u0131n 1932\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan an\u0131lar\u0131nda Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019da kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015eeref Ulu\u011f\u2019un s\u00f6zleri, -ki kendisi 1915\u2019de b\u00f6lgede aktifti- bu s\u00fcrecin ne kadar planl\u0131 programl\u0131 oldu\u011funun kan\u0131t\u0131d\u0131r:\u201c[Ermenileri asimile etmek] zor bir i\u015f olacakt\u0131 e\u011fer d\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnya ile ili\u015fkileri kesilmemi\u015f olsayd\u0131. Burada okullar\u0131 yok, Ermenice bas\u0131n yay\u0131n hayat\u0131 da yok. Kendini geli\u015ftirmi\u015f olanlar zaten gitti, kalanlar\u0131n da y\u00fczde 80\u2019inin okuma yazmas\u0131 yok. Ya\u015fl\u0131lar \u00f6l\u00fcyor, yeni ku\u015faklar da T\u00fcrk okullar\u0131nda e\u011fitim g\u00f6r\u00fcyor.(\u2026) [Ermenilerin] b\u00fct\u00fcn mektuplar\u0131 sans\u00fcrden ge\u00e7er.Ermenice gazetelerin buraya girmesi kesinlikle yasakt\u0131r. \u0130stanbul\u2019da yay\u0131mlanan Ermenice gazeteler bile burada bilinmez. Zaten zaman ve imkan da verilmez b\u00f6yle \u015feylerle ilgilenmelerine.\u201d<br \/>\nHalacyan,\u00a0 \u015eeref Bey\u2019in M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlarla evlenmenin te\u015fvik edilmesinin \u00f6nemini vurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da yaz\u0131yor, b\u00f6ylece kalanlar\u0131n asimilasyon s\u00fcreci h\u0131zlanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Vilayetlerdeki Ermenilere kar\u015f\u0131 bu kadar sistematik bir ink\u00e2r siyaseti izlenmesinde devlet yerel halk\u0131n, beraber ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 yerlerde \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde de K\u00fcrtlerin deste\u011fini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu herkes i\u00e7in ciddi bir mesele idi; vilayetlerdeki Ermeniler ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 yerin canl\u0131 belle\u011fiydiler, kendileri tek s\u00f6z s\u00f6ylemese de, ink\u00e2r etmek zorunda da b\u0131rak\u0131lsa, etraflar\u0131nda ya\u015fayan herkes onlar\u0131n birer canl\u0131 tarih oldu\u011funu biliyordu. Yani onlar orada oldu\u011fu s\u00fcrece kimin M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, kimin odal\u0131k olarak al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, kimin fail, kimin kurban oldu\u011fu bilinmeye devam edecekti, bu da uzun vadede ink\u00e2r\u0131n kurumsalla\u015fmas\u0131 ve toplumsalla\u015fmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan istenmeyen bir durumdu. Vilayetlerdeki Ermenilerin kendi okullar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7malar\u0131na\u00a0 Lozan Anla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019na ra\u011fmen izin vermemek, mesleki yasaklar getirerek ge\u00e7imlerini sa\u011flamalar\u0131n\u0131 engellemek, ya da g\u00fcndelik sald\u0131r\u0131larla ka\u00e7\u0131rtmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak,\u00a0 hayatta kalan Ermenileri de yok etmeye y\u00f6nelik kesintisiz devam etmi\u015f bir s\u00fcre\u00e7ti. Vilayetlerde Ermeni olmak her an \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 bir \u015fiddetle ya\u015famak anlam\u0131na geliyordu; \u00fcstelik kap\u0131 kom\u015fusundan, \u00f6\u011fretmene b\u00fct\u00fcn ki\u015fi ve kurumlar bu varolu\u015fun ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n bir g\u00f6rev oldu\u011fu konusunda hemfikirdi. Ermenilere ne yap\u0131l\u0131rsa yap\u0131ls\u0131n bunun cezai m\u00fceyyidesi olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 herkes biliyordu.\u00a0 Bu ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda vilayetlerde kalan Ermenilerin \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nce \u0130stanbul\u2019a kaghtagan olarak gelmesi, sonra da Avrupa ve Amerika\u2019ya do\u011fru devam etmeleri, s\u00fcrmekte olan\u00a0 bir yok edili\u015fin g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen, g\u00f6sterilmeyen katmanlar\u0131 oldu. Bu arada \u0130stanbul ise tam bir panoptikon haline gelmi\u015f, \u201cgayrim\u00fcslim\u201d olarak nitelenen gruplar\u0131n tam bir kontrol alt\u0131nda tutuldu\u011fu bir a\u00e7\u0131khava hapishanesine d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. \u0130\u015fte 20 Kura Askerlik, Vatanda\u015f T\u00fcrk\u00e7e Konu\u015f, Varl\u0131k Vergisi, 6-7 Eyl\u00fcl Pogromu gibi soyk\u0131r\u0131msonras\u0131 ink\u00e2r habitusunun toplumsal \u015fiddetle peki\u015ftirildi\u011fi t\u00fcm olaylar b\u00f6ylesi bir\u00a0 g\u00fcndelik hayat \u00fczerine in\u015fa ediliyordu. Bu nedenle bunlar\u0131 ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 ele almak yerine, bu vakalar\u0131n her birinin ayn\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn par\u00e7alar\u0131 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rmek gerekir. Bir ba\u015fka deyi\u015fle, ink\u00e2r\u0131n gerek \u015fart\u0131 olan su\u00e7 ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Cumhuriyet d\u00f6neminde bu vakalarla s\u00fcrekli peki\u015ftirilmi\u015fti. Bu \u015fekilde, ink\u00e2r temelinde devlet toplum ili\u015fkisinin b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik olarak kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flamas\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oluyordu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kadar derin bir \u015fiddetle ya\u015famak zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131lan gruplar, seslerini \u00e7\u0131kartmazlarsa ba\u015flar\u0131na bir \u015fey gelmeyece\u011fine dair bir ink\u00e2rc\u0131 bilince mecbur b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Bunlara ilaveten, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kalan Ermeniler, ba\u015fka bir Ermeni toplulu\u011fuymu\u015f gibi, ka\u00e7mak zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131lan Ermenilerden sistematik bir \u015fekilde farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. 1915 sonras\u0131nda ya da Cumhuriyet y\u0131llar\u0131nda diasporala\u015fan Ermenilerin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kalan akrabalar\u0131 ile ili\u015fkilerinde ciddi kopukluklar, ayr\u0131\u015fmalar ya\u015fanmas\u0131n\u0131n garanti alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in devletin, bas\u0131n yay\u0131n organlar\u0131n\u0131n, kamuoyu \u00f6nderlerinin ve hatta bireylerin diaspora Ermenilerine kar\u015f\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fcc\u00fcl, \u015fiddet dolu, d\u00fc\u015fmanca bir s\u00f6ylemi hayata ge\u00e7irip yeniden \u00fcretti\u011fini bug\u00fcn dahi biliyoruz. Bununla ilgili Cumhuriyet Ar\u015fivleri\u2019nde \u00e7ok erken tarihlerden ba\u015flayan belgeler bulmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Devletin Ermenice gazeteler hakk\u0131nda haz\u0131rlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 raporlarda, bu gazetelerin ne oranda \u201cErmeni kolonileri\u201d hakk\u0131nda haberlere yer verdikleri, bir Ermenice gazetenin \u201czararl\u0131\u201d olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli kriterlerinden biri olmu\u015ftur. Bu ba\u011f\u0131n da kopar\u0131lmas\u0131yla ama\u00e7lanan \u015fey, hakk\u0131n\u0131 koruyacak, darda kalsa g\u00f6\u00e7 edebilece\u011fi bir ulus-devleti olmayan hayatta kalm\u0131\u015f Ermenileri korunmas\u0131z ve \u00e7aresiz b\u0131rakmakt\u0131. B\u00f6ylelikle, gittik\u00e7e di\u011fer diaspora cemaatlerinden de uzakla\u015fan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kalan Ermeniler, diasporadaki Ermenilerin de ilgi ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f alan\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131ld\u0131lar. Bu habitusta Ermenilere kalan tek bir \u015fey vard\u0131: Kendi kendilerini ink\u00e2r etmek.<\/p>\n<p>Tarihiyle ba\u011f\u0131 kopmu\u015f, anadilini 50 senede konu\u015famaz, yazamaz olmu\u015f, yabanc\u0131 dil gibi okulda \u00f6\u011frenen, di\u011fer diaspora cemaatleriyle ili\u015fkisi kesilmi\u015f, kendini besleyecek kaynaklara ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 bir yana b\u0131rak\u0131n, ailesine soru sormas\u0131 dahi imkans\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f nesillerden bahsediyoruz&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u00e7ok s\u0131radanla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, normalle\u015ftirilmi\u015f, g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131na sirayet etmi\u015f bir inkar habitusudur, bu nedenle de her \u015fiddet envanteri yetersizdir, eksik kalmaya mahkumdur. Bu ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda Cumhuriyet d\u00f6neminin ilk on y\u0131llar\u0131nda Ermeni idaresinin, Patriklerinin ve entelekt\u00fcellerinin yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n insan \u00fcst\u00fc bir hayatta kalma \u00e7abas\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek gerekir. Varl\u0131klar\u0131 ve yok edilmeleri ink\u00e2r edilmi\u015f, kendilerine dair b\u00fct\u00fcn salahiyetleri ellerinden al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n geriye kalan\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tamamen kaderlerine terk edilmi\u015f bir toplumun bug\u00fcn varl\u0131k g\u00f6sterebiliyor olmas\u0131 bile, bence kendi kendine \u00e7ok \u00f6zel bir durumdur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Kitaba gelecek olursak. Cumhuriyet d\u00f6nemi, \u00f6zellikle de 30&#8217;lar ve 40&#8217;lar di\u011fer az\u0131nl\u0131k ya da az\u0131nl\u0131k haline getirilmi\u015f gruplarla birlikte Ermenilerin de b\u00fcy\u00fck s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131llar. O y\u0131llarda Ermenilerin \u00f6zellikle de Anadolu&#8217;da rahat etmemeleri ve ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 yerleri terk etmeleri i\u00e7in bilin\u00e7li bir \u00e7izgi izlendi\u011fini anl\u0131yoruz. Bunun i\u00e7in 1934 iskan kanunu da kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. Yukar\u0131da anlatt\u0131n ger\u00e7i ama, buna bir t\u00fcr 1915&#8217;in devam\u0131 m\u0131 demek laz\u0131m?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu kitab\u0131n ana tezlerinden birisi, mevcut, anaak\u0131m Osmanl\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye tarih\u00e7ili\u011finin aksine, bir k\u0131r\u0131lma olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle yabanc\u0131 dillerdeki literat\u00fcrde bolca kullan\u0131lan, k\u0131r\u0131lma (rupture) yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 Kemalist ink\u00e2rc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n akademik \u00e7er\u00e7evesi olarak binlerce eserde yeniden \u00fcretilmi\u015ftir. Buna g\u00f6re, 1923\u2019de bir \u00e7izgi \u00e7ekilip yeni bir devlet kurulmu\u015f, o yeni devlette halk d\u00e2hil her\u015fey aniden yeni oluvermi\u015ftir. Son y\u0131llarda \u00e7\u0131kan eserlerin baz\u0131lar\u0131nda da dile getirilen, benim de savundu\u011fum tez ise\u00a0 Cumhuriyet\u2019in, Osmanl\u0131\u2019dan kurucu bir paradigma devrald\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Bu paradigma, bana g\u00f6re ink\u00e2r paradigmas\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn toplum, devlet, ekonomi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, dil\u00a0 her\u015feyi bunun etraf\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctleyen bir siyasal, sosyal, hukuki, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve ekonomik mekanizmalar b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcnden bahsediyoruz. \u0130sk\u00e2n Kanunu, bu d\u00f6nemde \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lan di\u011fer t\u00fcm kanunlar gibi, bu mekanizman\u0131n hukuki aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretimlerinden biridir. Di\u011ferlerinden baz\u0131lar\u0131 Umumi M\u00fcfetti\u015flikler, Soyad\u0131 Kanunu, Vak\u0131flar Kanunu, Tek M\u00fctevelli Sistemi, Arap alfabesinin yasaklanmas\u0131, laiklik, e\u015fit vatanda\u015fl\u0131k, Varl\u0131k Vergisi, 20 Kura Askerlik, T\u00fcrk m\u00fcd\u00fcr uygulamas\u0131 gibi saymakla bitmeyecek ink\u00e2r\u0131 kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131rmaya ve i\u00e7selle\u015ftirmeye y\u00f6nelik hukuki uygulamalard\u0131r. Bu hukuk \u015fiddetinin toplumsal aya\u011f\u0131nda ise Vatanda\u015f T\u00fcrk\u00e7e Konu\u015f kampanyalar\u0131, 6-7 Eyl\u00fcl Pogromu, g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131na giren, toplumla el ele vererek olu\u015fturulan bir ink\u00e2r habitusu var. Soludu\u011fumuz hava, y\u00fczd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz denizler, i\u00e7ti\u011fimiz su kadar do\u011falla\u015fan, bir ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi olarak ink\u00e2r, elbette ki 1915\u2019e m\u00fcndemi\u00e7tir. 1915 sonras\u0131nda da t\u00fcm \u015fiddetiyle ve h\u0131z\u0131yla bug\u00fcne kadar s\u00fcrmektedir. 1915\u2019e m\u00fcndemi\u00e7tir diyorum, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc devlet eliyle haz\u0131rlanan propaganda yay\u0131nlar\u0131, (ki 1916\u2019da Arap harfli T\u00fcrk\u00e7e olarak, 1917\u2019de Frans\u0131zcayla sonras\u0131nda, d\u00f6rt dilli olarak hemen yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ermeni Komitalar\u0131n\u0131n Amal ve Harekat-\u0131 \u0130htilaliyesi aralar\u0131nda Ermeni foto\u011fraf\u00e7\u0131lara zorla \u00e7ektirilmi\u015f Ermenilere ait oldu\u011fu iddia edilen silahlar\u0131n foto\u011fraflar\u0131n\u0131n da bulundu\u011fu, muhtemelen g\u00f6r\u00fcp g\u00f6rebilece\u011fimiz en profesyonelce haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f ink\u00e2r metinlerinden biridir) ink\u00e2r\u0131n soyk\u0131r\u0131ma m\u00fcndemi\u00e7 oldu\u011funu ispatl\u0131yor.Yani, devlet bir yandan Ermenileri s\u00fcrg\u00fcnlere \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f, di\u011fer yandan da yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n ink\u00e2r\u0131n\u0131n tezlerini haz\u0131rlatmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kitap Osmanl\u0131 ve Cumhuriyet tarihini anlamakta, yeniden yazmakta Ermenilerin deneyimlerinin b\u00fct\u00fcn tarih yaz\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirece\u011fini savunuyor. Bunun sebebi, 1915\/16\u2019n\u0131n belirginle\u015ftirerek ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131, bilgi ve deneyim birikiminin sonraki y\u0131llarda hemen hemen b\u00fct\u00fcn gruplara kar\u015f\u0131 kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve kullan\u0131l\u0131yor olmas\u0131d\u0131r. 1915\u2019de de bu bilgi birikimi aniden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, kan\u0131mca bu birikimin arka plan\u0131nda 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ilk yar\u0131s\u0131ndan ba\u015flayarak adeta \u00e7\u0131\u011f gibi b\u00fcy\u00fcyen kendi halk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 kitlesel \u015fiddet pratikleri vard\u0131r. 1915\/16 b\u00fct\u00fcn bu bilgilerin kristalize oldu\u011fu ve kendinden sonras\u0131n\u0131 da belirleyen bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Bug\u00fcne kadar bu s\u00fcreklilikte herhangi bir kesinti oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylememize imk\u00e2n verecek bir d\u00f6nem g\u00f6remiyorum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>-Bunun yan\u0131s\u0131ra Ermenilerin i\u00e7 i\u015fleyi\u015fleri de bir anlamda fel\u00e7 edilmek istenmi\u015f. \u00d6zellikle 1863 Nizamnamesi ile olu\u015fturulan kurumlar i\u015fleyemez hale getirilirken bu tablo kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u0130stanbul&#8217;da topla\u015fm\u0131\u015f halde bulunan Ermeniler de bir yandan ne yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilmez hale gelirken bir yandan da en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck i\u015flem\u00a0 bile iktidar\u0131n iki duda\u011f\u0131 aras\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kacak lafa ya da i\u015farete kalm\u0131\u015f. Bu da Cumhuriyet rejiminin arzu etti\u011fi bir tablo ya da i\u015fleyi\u015f idi herhalde..<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cumhuriyet\u2019in temel meselesi Nizamnameler\u2019den do\u011fan haklar\u0131n her ne pahas\u0131na olursa olsun ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Nizamnameler ge\u00e7erliliklerini\u00a0 kaybetmediler. Gerek cemaat y\u00f6netiminde olanlar, gerekse devlet kurumlar\u0131 nezdinde bu \u00e7ok iyi biliniyordu. Bir taraftan \u201cmillet sistemi kalkt\u0131, herkes e\u015fit vatanda\u015f\u201d denilerek g\u00f6z boyan\u0131rken as\u0131l ama\u00e7lanan Ermenilerin ve Nizamnameleri ile idare edilen di\u011fer gruplar\u0131n kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayabilecekleri kapsaml\u0131, idari bir hukuki \u00e7er\u00e7eve olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 il\u00e2n etmekti. O d\u00f6nemde kurulan b\u00fct\u00fcn ulus-devletlerin \u201caz\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de olabilirdi, bundan s\u0131radan, normal bir \u015fey olamazd\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, \u201caz\u0131nl\u0131k\u201d denilerek ink\u00e2rc\u0131 bir dile mahk\u00fbm edilmi\u015f gruplar\u0131n i\u00e7inde de, devletin \u00e7ok k\u0131sa zaman \u00f6ncesine dek, \u00fcstelik bir de s\u00f6zde \u201cayr\u0131cal\u0131kl\u0131\u201d gruplar olarak Ermenileri, Rumlar\u0131 ve Yahudileri anlam\u0131\u015f ve anlatm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 tesad\u00fcf de\u011fildir. Yani, devlet bu \u00fc\u00e7 grubu \u201caz\u0131nl\u0131k\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 her f\u0131rsatta a\u00e7\u0131k ederek, onlar\u0131n Nizamnamelerini z\u0131mnen tan\u0131m\u0131\u015f olur. Ancak, ayn\u0131 zamanda, onlar\u0131n bu Nizamnameler\u2019den do\u011fan haklar\u0131n\u0131 kullanmalar\u0131n\u0131 fiilen imk\u00e2ns\u0131z hale getirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>-Kitab\u0131 okurken olup bitenleri g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmadan edemedim. \u00c7ok detaya inmeden \u00f6ncelikle bunu sormak istiyorum. Mevcut durumda da yani Patriklik se\u00e7imi ve Vak\u0131f se\u00e7imleri gibi konularda da b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde iktidar eliyle yarat\u0131lan (Ermeni toplumundan kimi akt\u00f6rlerin buna katk\u0131s\u0131 ayr\u0131 bir konu) bir kilitlenme ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. Ve yine her \u015fey iktidar\u0131n iki duda\u011f\u0131 aras\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kacak bir lafa ya da i\u015farete ba\u011fl\u0131. 40&#8217;lardan bu yana hi\u00e7bir \u015fey de\u011fi\u015fmedi mi ve AKP\u00a0 bu anlamda Cumhuriyet&#8217;in kurucu kadrosunun zihniyetini de\u00a0 -biraz Osmanl\u0131 havas\u0131 katarak- benimsemi\u015f mi oldu?<\/p>\n<p>Esasen bu kitapta anlatt\u0131klar\u0131m bir t\u00fcr \u201cfabrika ayarlar\u0131\u201d olarak okunabilir. Ne zaman ihtiya\u00e7 duyulsa buraya geri d\u00f6n\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bunu s\u00f6ylerken, bunun de\u011fi\u015fmez bir \u015fey oldu\u011funu iddia etmiyorum, tabii ki\u00a0 de\u011fi\u015febilir ancak bug\u00fcne kadar ink\u00e2r\u0131 hedef alm\u0131\u015f, onu de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f, onun mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kartmay\u0131 hedeflemi\u015f bir devlet iradesi, b\u00f6ylesi bir h\u00fck\u00fcmet hi\u00e7 olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca neredeyse toplumsal t\u00fcm hareketlerin, t\u00fcm gruplar\u0131n ortakla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 zemin yine ink\u00e2r olmu\u015ftur. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde, bu \u00fclkenin biliminsanlar\u0131n\u0131n, entelekt\u00fcellerinin de ink\u00e2r\u0131n ne oldu\u011funu anlamak ve i\u015fleyi\u015f mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmak \u00fczerine sistematik bir \u00e7aba ve irade g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini s\u00f6ylememiz m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu anda Ermeni idaresinin akamete u\u011frat\u0131lmas\u0131nda 103 y\u0131l sonra en dip noktaday\u0131z. Tam da olmas\u0131 istenen, olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi gibi soyk\u0131r\u0131msonras\u0131 kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f b\u00fct\u00fcn mekanizmalar toplumsal, siyasal t\u00fcm temsil mekanizmalar\u0131 i\u015flevsiz hale getirilmi\u015ftir. Ermeni toplumunun akt\u00f6rlerinin bu s\u00fcrece kat\u0131lmas\u0131 ise ink\u00e2r\u0131n do\u011fas\u0131 gere\u011fidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Varujan K\u00f6seyan\u2019\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck eme\u011fi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>-Bu ar\u015five ula\u015fmak ve g\u00fcnler aylar boyunca tetkik etmek de asl\u0131nda kolay de\u011fil. Gazetelerin eski\u00a0 ve tozlu olmas\u0131 nedeniyle kimi g\u00fcnler sadece bir saat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabildi\u011fini yazm\u0131\u015fs\u0131n. Ar\u015five nas\u0131l ula\u015ft\u0131n ve kimler yard\u0131mc\u0131 oldu? Kitapta s\u0131k s\u0131k zikretti\u011fin ve kitab\u0131 ithaf etti\u011fin Varujan K\u00f6seyan&#8217;\u0131 da bu vesileyle okurlara biraz tan\u0131tal\u0131m m\u0131?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Varujan K\u00f6seyan \u00e7ocuklu\u011fumun ku\u015fkusuz en eksantrik insanlar\u0131ndan biriydi. K\u0131nal\u0131ada\u2019daki Kamp\u2019\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131, konserler, dernek tiyatrolar\u0131 gibi cemaat faaliyetlerinde hep g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm, uzun sa\u00e7lar\u0131yla, elinde foto\u011fraf makinesi ile dikkati \u00e7ekici biriydi. Doktoraya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131mda kaynaklara nereden ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131m diye ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rken Surp P\u0131rgi\u00e7 Ermeni Hastanesi\u2019nin bah\u00e7esinde gazetelerin bulundu\u011fu bir oda oldu\u011funu ve bu odan\u0131n sorumlulu\u011funun Varujan K\u00f6seyan\u2019da oldu\u011funu \u00f6\u011frendim. Yan\u0131lm\u0131yorsam, Sarkis Seropyan s\u00f6ylemi\u015fti bunu bana. K\u00f6seyan\u2019\u0131 ziyaret ettim, derdimi anlatt\u0131m. Birlikte o g\u00fcnlerde depo olarak adland\u0131r\u0131labilecek, bug\u00fcn k\u00fct\u00fcphane haline getirilen yere gittik. Ondan sonra benim i\u00e7in Hastane y\u0131llar\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131. Bir taraftan M\u00fcnih \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde ders veriyordum,\u00a0 bir taraftan da d\u00f6nem aralar\u0131nda, y\u0131l\u0131n neredeyse toplam be\u015f ay\u0131n\u0131 o depoda ge\u00e7iriyordum. Bu d\u00f6nem k\u0131smen, Agos i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m y\u0131llara da denk gelir.<\/p>\n<p>Varujan K\u00f6seyan ilk y\u0131llarda hen\u00fcz sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 el verirken, ben \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken u\u011fray\u0131p benimle sohbet ediyordu. O sohbetlerden \u00f6\u011frendiklerim benim i\u00e7in en k\u0131ymetli, en \u00f6nemli bilgiler oldu. 90 ya\u015f\u0131na gelmi\u015f, b\u00fct\u00fcn hayat\u0131n\u0131 cemaat kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n tarihini ara\u015ft\u0131rmakla, kitap ve makale yazmakla ge\u00e7irmi\u015f, hayat\u0131n\u0131 kazanmak i\u00e7in bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00e7e\u015fitli i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na kendi bakm\u0131\u015f, 1927\u2019den sonra T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f Ermenice s\u00fcreli yay\u0131nlar\u0131 SEKA\u2019ya g\u00f6nderilmekten kurtar\u0131p belli bir d\u00fczen i\u00e7inde bu odada biraraya getirmi\u015f Varujan K\u00f6seyan, \u00e7ocuklu\u011fumdan sonra 30\u2019lu ya\u015flar\u0131m\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda benim i\u00e7in hem bir hoca, hem bir dost, hem de i\u00e7ine do\u011fup b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc cemaate hayat\u0131n\u0131 adam\u0131\u015f, emekleri b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda g\u00f6rmezden gelinmi\u015f, kendi ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6neminin \u00f6zelliklerini yans\u0131tan \u00f6nemli temsilcilerinden biri olmu\u015ftu. Vefat etti\u011finde, y\u0131llarca \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ermeni bas\u0131n kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n onun hayat\u0131na dair en temel \u015feyleri; do\u011fum yeri, do\u011fum y\u0131l\u0131 kadar temel \u015feyleri bilmediklerini fark ettim. Bunu bir kinaye ya da su\u00e7lama olarak s\u00f6ylemiyorum, sadece Varujan K\u00f6seyan ve onun gibi pek \u00e7ok ki\u015finin ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00f6nemin \u00f6zelliklerini ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n kan\u0131t\u0131 olarak s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorum. Sonu\u00e7ta o olmasayd\u0131, en az\u0131ndan bug\u00fcn Surp P\u0131rgi\u00e7 Ermeni Hastanesi\u2019nin bah\u00e7esindeki g\u00fczel ara\u015ft\u0131rma k\u00fct\u00fcphanesi olmayacakt\u0131.
