Bunu t\u0131p e\u011fitimi ve TTB tarihinde g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ermeni Et\u0131bba Cemiyetinin kurulu\u015fu ve yay\u0131n organ\u0131 Tarman dergisi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemiyet\u2019in on y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre i\u00e7indeki faaliyetleri kesintili \u00fc\u00e7er y\u0131ll\u0131k iki d\u00f6neme ayr\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130lk d\u00f6nem\u00a0\u00a0 (1912-1915), Sava\u015ftan \u00f6nceki bu \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00f6nemde Ermeni Et\u0131bba Cemiyeti, \u0130ttihat ve Terakki\u2019nin ve Me\u015frutiyetin \u201ce\u015fitlik, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, adalet\u201d s\u00f6yleminin fiili ola\u00adrak uygulanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, Ermeni doktorlar\u0131n liyakatlerinin adil bi\u00e7imde de\u011fer\u00adlendirilmedi\u011finden ve ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u015fik\u00e2yet etmekteydi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arsen Yarman\u2019\u0131n cemiyetin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f gerek\u00e7esine dair \u201cErmeni et\u0131bba Cemiyeti ayn\u0131 zamanda Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011funun ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi siyasal ve sosyal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn bir sonucu olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d s\u00f6zleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 Cemiyet\u2019in tarihi olman\u0131n \u00f6tesinde bir bak\u0131ma \u0130ttihat ve Terakki\u2019nin de k\u0131sa ve yo\u011fun tarihi olarak okumam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. \u0130ttihat ve Terakki, yeni ve adil bir \u201cOsmanl\u0131l\u0131k\u201d fikrini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek istedi\u011fini propaganda ediyordu ancak Ermeni doktorlar 1911 y\u0131l\u0131nda liyakat ve kabiliyetleri yeterli olsa bile kamu da\u00adirelerinde g\u00f6revlendirilmediklerini, haklar\u0131n\u0131n savunulmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan hassas olunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 fark etmi\u015flerdir. Onlar\u0131 Ermeni Et\u0131bba Cemiyeti\u2019ni kurmaya ve \u00f6zel olarak \u0130stanbul ve ta\u015fradaki t\u00fcm Ermeni doktorlar\u0131n sorunlar\u0131yla ilgilen\u00admeye ve aralar\u0131ndaki dayan\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeye iten de bu tav\u0131r olmu\u015ftur. E\u015fit ve adil bir Osmanl\u0131l\u0131k fikrinin t\u00fcm devlet otoriteleri taraf\u0131ndan savunuldu\u011fu ve uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 kanaatine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in d\u00f6rt y\u0131l yeterli bir s\u00fcre say\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ermeni Et\u0131bba Cemiyeti 1912 y\u0131l\u0131nda kuruldu\u011funda, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerin geni\u015f\u00adleyece\u011fi \u00fcmidini ta\u015f\u0131yanlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 art\u0131k azalmaya ba\u015flamaktad\u0131r. D\u00f6nemin adaletsizli\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 ortak hareket etmeyi te\u015fvik eden atmosferi de giderek bir itirazn\u00e2meyle resmi ma\u00adkamlara m\u00fcracaat etme fikri yerine hekimlerin ortak hareket edece\u011fi bir et\u0131bba cemiyetinin kurulmas\u0131 se\u00e7ene\u011fini ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ge\u00e7en s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde olup bitenler, Osmanl\u0131l\u0131k idealinin birka\u00e7 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ve geri d\u00f6n\u00fclmez bi\u00e7imde a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Balkan Harbi s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00fclke\u00addeki siyasal atmosfer,\u00a0 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerin geni\u015fleyece\u011fi \u00fcmidini beslemekten epeyce uzakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvurulardan bir netice al\u0131namamas\u0131,\u00a0itirazn\u00e2meden de bir sonu\u00e7 al\u0131namayaca\u011f\u0131na\u00a0 kesinlik kazand\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, birlikte hareketi kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme fikri olgunla\u015farak Cemiyet \u015fekillenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Balkan Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n hemen ard\u0131ndan kurulan cemiyet giderek artan sava\u015f tehdidi ko\u015fullar\u0131nda faaliyete ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f ve \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra kendisini, Ermeni toplumu i\u00e7in son derece y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 sonu\u00e7lan olan I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulmu\u015ftur. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te bir devlet politikas\u0131 olarak 1915 y\u0131l\u0131nda uygulanmaya ba\u015flanan Ermeni tehciri ise yaln\u0131zca Ermeni toplumu i\u00e7in de\u011fil bizzat Ermeni Et\u0131bba Cemiyeti\u2019nin \u00fcyeleri i\u00e7in de \u00e7ok a\u011f\u0131r sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furmu\u015f\u00adtur. Cemiyetin kurucu \u00fcyelerinden Dr. Nazaret Da\u011favaryan tehcir s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zaten 1912 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan Ermeni Et\u0131bba Cemiyeti de sadece birka\u00e7 y\u0131l faaliyet g\u00f6sterebilmi\u015f,\u00a0I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131nda, Cemiyet mensubu hekimlerin Balkan sava\u015flar\u0131ndaki emekleri unutularak 1915 y\u0131l\u0131nda faa\u00adliyeti yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu yasak, Cemiyetin Dr. Vahram Torkomyan\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u00ad\u011f\u00fcnde yeniden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 1919 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar s\u00fcrer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemiyetin Sava\u015f&#8217;tan sonraki ikinci d\u00f6neminde\u00a0(1919-1922) Ermeni toplumunun endi\u015feleri bamba\u015fka bir d\u00fczleme ta\u015f\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Ermeni toplumu bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak varl\u0131k sorunuyla, hayat\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme m\u00fccadelesiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yad\u0131r ve bunun en temel yolu siyasal s\u00fcre\u00e7ler hakk\u0131nda bilgi sahibi olmaktan ve onu etkileyebilmekten ge\u00e7mektedir. Bu bak\u0131mdan Cemiyet, t\u0131ptan siyasete kadar geni\u015f bir yelpazede faaliyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Derginin yay\u0131n organ\u0131 Ermeni bilim erbab\u0131n\u0131n sesi ve bulu\u015fma yeri\u00a0<em>Tarman<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em>da bu son d\u00f6nemin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr ve Cemiyet ile Tarman bir dayan\u0131\u015fma organ\u0131 olarak birbirini tamamlarlar.\u00a0<em>Tarman<\/em>\u00a0dergisi daha ba\u015ftan itibaren \u0130mparatorluk&#8217;ta faaliyet g\u00f6steren Erme\u00adni hekimlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ba\u015fta eczac\u0131lar ve di\u015f hekimleri olmak \u00fczere sa\u011fl\u0131k ala\u00adn\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan b\u00fct\u00fcn kesimlerin sesini ve faaliyetlerini duyurmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00f6nemin \u00f6zelliklerinden dolay\u0131 profesyonel bir meslek kurulu\u015funun toplumun her sorununu kendine dert edinerek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131na ba\u015fvurmas\u0131 yad\u0131rganacak bir tutum olarak kar\u015f\u0131lanabilir. Ancak Ermeni Et\u0131bba Cemiyeti ve bile\u015fenleri Ermeni tabipler, toplumun en sorumlu ki\u015fileri olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131karak, Ermeni toplumunun var olma m\u00fccadelesinde \u00f6nc\u00fc rol\u00fc \u00fcstlendiler. Ermeni toplumunun sorunlar\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131karak, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her k\u00f6\u015fesine nar taneleri gibi da\u011f\u0131lan insanlara\u00a0 yard\u0131m elini uzat\u0131p Ermeni toplumunu kucaklad\u0131lar. Bu dayan\u0131\u015fma birikiminin Ermeni toplumunda refleks olarak var oldu\u011funu rahatl\u0131kla s\u00f6yleyebilece\u011fimiz \u00f6rneklere yeterince sahibiz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemiyet, Tehcir s\u00fcrecindeki \u00f6l\u00fcm yolculu\u011funda kaybedilen,\u00a0katledilen Ermeni halk\u0131n\u0131n hekim evlatlar\u0131na sayg\u0131 ile sahip \u00e7\u0131kar: I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019nda ya\u015fanan felakette \u00f6len Ermeni hekim, eczac\u0131 ve di\u015f hekimleri i\u00e7in Cemiyet\u00a0<em>Abide\u00a0<\/em>adl\u0131 bir yay\u0131n haz\u0131rlar:\u00a0\u00d6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen Ermeni hekimler hakk\u0131ndaki bilgi ve delilleri bir araya getiren bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n Ermenice ad\u0131\u00a0<em>Hay P\u0131j\u0131\u015fgutyan D\u0131vats Zoher\u0131 Tutsagak\u0131rvats Vaveragan Pasterov<\/em>\u2019dur. Sava\u015f s\u00fcrecinde Ermeni halk\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n onar\u0131lmas\u0131 ve adaletin tecellisi i\u00e7in Divan-\u0131 Harb\u2019\u0131n bilgi iste\u011fi \u00fczerine\u00a0bu an\u0131t belge, kan\u0131t olarak \u00a0Divan-\u0131 harbe g\u00f6nderilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ermeni Et\u0131bba Cemiyeti, \u015fehit evlatlar\u0131n\u0131 unutturmayarak, toplumsal bellek olu\u015fturulmas\u0131nda aktif olarak yer al\u0131r. Ermeni ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n s\u00fcrg\u00fcn edildi\u011fi 24 Nisan (1915) g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u0131ld\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fcnde, \u0130stanbul\u2019da bu vesileyle d\u00fczenlene\u00adcek yas merasimi komisyonuna kat\u0131l\u0131r. 11 Nisan Matem Merasimi Komisyonu&#8217;nun, \u015fehit Ermeni d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrleri\u00adn dul ve yetimlerinin ihtiya\u00e7 duyduklar\u0131 yard\u0131m\u0131 temin amac\u0131yla di\u011fer cemiyet temsilcileriyle isti\u015farede bulunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Et\u0131bba Cemiyeti\u2019nden de temsilciler yer al\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">24 Nisan 1921 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen cemiyetin\u00a0 8. oturumunda,\u00a0 \u00f6nce Ba\u015fkan s\u00f6z alm\u0131\u015f ve Meclis a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u00adda, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc oturumun \u015fehitlerimizin g\u00fcn\u00fc olan 24 Nisan\u2019a denk geldi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatm\u0131\u015f ve h\u00fcrmet ni\u015fanesi olarak 10 dakika ara vermi\u015ftir. Bu esnada Dr. Torkomyan k\u00fcrs\u00fcye \u00e7\u0131karak, b\u00fct\u00fcn hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybedenlerin ve onlar\u0131n aras\u0131ndan Dr. Pa\u015fayan, Dr. Da\u011favaryan, Dr. Sevag ve di\u011ferlerinin hat\u0131ralar\u0131n\u0131 h\u00fcrmetle y\u00e2d etti\u011fini belirtmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemiyet, tehcir s\u00fcreci kurbanlar\u0131na sahip \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, kurbanlar\u0131n aileleri de Birli\u011fe imkanlar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde destek vermi\u015ftir. \u015eehit hekimlerin entelekt\u00fcel birikimlerini Ermeni toplumuna\u00a0 arma\u011fan etmeleri bir ba\u015fka dayan\u0131\u015fma \u00f6rne\u011fidir. Bayan Da\u011favaryan, Ermeni Et\u0131bba Cemiyeti\u2019ne yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 mektupta, rahmetli ve \u015fehit kocas\u0131 Dr. Da\u011favaryan\u2019\u0131n 101 cilt Frans\u0131zca t\u0131p kitaplar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131\u015flamakta ve kitaplar\u0131n Ermenistan\u2019a nakledilmesi arzusunu dile getirmektedir. Meclis bu ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u015f\u00fckranla kabul etmi\u015f ve Da\u011favaryan Han\u0131m\u2019\u0131 \u015feref \u00fcyesi ilan edip Cemi\u00adyet&#8217;in bir te\u015fekk\u00fcr mektubunu g\u00f6ndermeyi kararla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1920 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n 9. d\u00f6nem toplant\u0131s\u0131 Dr. M. Khorasanciyan\u2019\u0131n (Horasanciyan) dul e\u015finin, rahmetli kocas\u0131 ve gen\u00e7 ya\u015fta \u00f6len evlad\u0131n\u0131n hat\u0131ralar\u0131na binaen, doktorun 600 cildi a\u015fk\u0131n t\u0131p kitab\u0131n\u0131n Et\u0131bba Cemiyeti k\u00fct\u00fcphanesine ba\u011f\u0131\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 beyan eden bir mektubunu okuyarak ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Meclis bu ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u015f\u00fckranla kabul et\u00admi\u015f ve Bayan Khorasanciyan ile o\u011flu Avukat Bedros Horasanciyan\u2019\u0131 \u015feref \u00fcyesi ilan etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemiyetin 12. oturumu 11 Temmuz 1921 tarihinde d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f ve Ba\u015fkan\u2019\u0131n tarihi bir duyurusuyla ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ba\u015fkan ayr\u0131ca, Cemiyet \u00fcyelerinden Dr. Suryan\u2019\u0131n da 1920 Ekim\u2019inde Kars\u2019ta bir kur\u015funla \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6zlerine eklemi\u015ftir. Paramaz\u00a0ve arkada\u015flar\u0131 &#8217;20&#8217;ler ile ilgili geni\u015f bir bilgi payla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Benne Torosyan doktor, Hrant Yegavyan t\u0131p \u00f6\u011frencisidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemiyet, hekim-toplum i\u015fbirli\u011finin bir \u00f6rne\u011fini de ortaya koyar. \u00a0K\u0131z\u0131lay\u2019a, Ermeni K\u0131z\u0131lha\u00e7\u0131&#8217;na, kiliselere, Patrikhaneye,\u00a0I. Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z Ermenistan\u2019a, okullara, gruplara, yetimhanelere, Kilikya\u2019daki g\u00fc\u00e7 ko\u015fullar alt\u0131ndaki felaketzedelere \u2026 T\u0131bb\u0131 ve maddi yard\u0131m esirgenmez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemiyet ve\u00a0 bile\u015fenleri Ermeni tabipler, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla,\u00a01915 s\u00fcrecinden\u00a0 yeni \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f Ermeni halk\u0131n\u0131n yaralar\u0131n\u0131 sar\u0131p,\u00a0 onlara umut a\u015f\u0131layarak aya\u011fa kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve Ermeni halk\u0131n\u0131 yar\u0131nlara ula\u015ft\u0131rma \u00e7abalar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli g\u00f6revler y\u00fcklenmi\u015ftir.\u00a0 I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ve Ermeni tehcirinin yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131m ko\u015fullar\u0131nda derginin sa\u011fl\u0131k alan\u0131ndaki b\u00fct\u00fcn faaliyetlere yer vermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 do\u011fal say\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Zira bu tarihlerde \u0130stanbul Ermeni Et\u0131bba Cemiyeti, Ermeni toplumunun h\u0131fz\u0131ss\u0131hha ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 tespit eden, hastal\u0131klar\u0131n yay\u0131lmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in tedbirler alan, halk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgilendiren ve Ermeni toplumunun idarecile\u00adrini gerekli tedbirlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 konusunda uyaran bir merkez haline gelmi\u015ftir. Ermeni toplumunun i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu a\u011f\u0131r ko\u015fullar nedeniyle Cemiyet dikka\u00adtini ve g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6ncelikle bu s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmeye ay\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ermeni toplumunun bekas\u0131, tehcir s\u00fcrecindeki y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131n etkilerinin giderilerek aya\u011fa kald\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131, korunmas\u0131 ve gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 kayg\u0131s\u0131 \u00f6n planda yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemiyet, 15 g\u00fcnde bir yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gerek t\u0131bbi, gerekse toplumsal ve siyasal tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131<em>Tarman<\/em>\u00a0sahifelerine ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu\u00a0 tutanaklar, toplant\u0131lara entelekt\u00fcellerin halka kar\u015f\u0131 sorumluluk bilinci,\u00a0 fedak\u00e2rl\u0131k ve\u00a0halk\u0131n her sorununa ko\u015fmaya haz\u0131r bir\u00a0bilin\u00e7le\u00a0kat\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Periyodik toplant\u0131lar\u0131n tutanaklar\u0131 bir anlamda Ermeni toplumunun barometresi gibidir: sevinci, h\u00fczn\u00fc bu sahifelerde g\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Toplant\u0131larda etik tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00f6nemli yer tutmas\u0131 da alt\u0131 \u00e7izilecek bir ba\u015fka noktad\u0131r. Ermeni Et\u0131bba Cemiyeti 17 Haziran 1914 tarihli oturumunda \u201cHekimlik Ahlaki \u0130lkeleri\u201dni ( Principes D\u00e9ontologie M\u00e9dical\u00e9) kabul etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Tarman<\/em>\u2019a yans\u0131yan toplant\u0131 tutanaklar\u0131ndan Cemiyetin son derece demokratik yap\u0131ya sahip oldu\u011funu anl\u0131yoruz. Cemiyet\u2019in y\u00fcz y\u0131l \u00f6ncesinin demokratik yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde dahi a\u015f\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek abart\u0131l\u0131 olmaz. Cemiyet, ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiklerinin \u00f6tesinde yap\u0131s\u0131 ve i\u015fleyi\u015fi ile de g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Her toplant\u0131 asl\u0131nda bilimsel tart\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r.\u00a0 Bir hastal\u0131k \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00f6nleriyle ele al\u0131nmakta, te\u015fhis ve tedavi y\u00f6ntemleri bir kons\u00fcltasyon gibi enine boyuna tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Tehcir s\u00fcrecinde yeti\u015fmi\u015f evlatlar\u0131n\u0131 neredeyse tamam\u0131na yak\u0131n\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden Ermeni toplumunun tesad\u00fcfen hayatta kalan evlatlar\u0131n\u0131n se\u00e7me \u015fanslar\u0131n\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Torkomyan\u2019da \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm yolculu\u011fundan tesad\u00fcfen geri d\u00f6nebilen nadir insanlardan biridir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ermeni Et\u0131bba Cemiyeti\u2019nin faaliyetleri t\u0131pk\u0131 Ermeni K\u0131z\u0131lha\u00e7\u0131&#8217;yla ili\u015fkisinde oldu\u011fu gibi Ye\u00addikule Surp P\u0131rgi\u00e7 Ermeni Hastanesi&#8217;yle de Cemiyet y\u00f6neticilerinden faaliyet alanlar\u0131na kadar pek \u00e7ok d\u00fczeyde \u00e7ak\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Ermeni Et\u0131bba Cemiyeti\u2019nin kurucular\u0131 ve y\u00f6neticilerinin baz\u0131lar\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda Yedikule Surp P\u0131rgi\u00e7 Erme\u00adni Hastanesi\u2019nde y\u00f6neticilik, ba\u015fhekimlik ya da hekimlik yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Sava\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda Urfa&#8217;da hastane y\u00f6neticili\u011fi \u00fcstlenen\u00a0 Jakob K\u00fcnzler\u2019in hat\u0131ralar\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Ermeni hastabak\u0131c\u0131 ve hem\u015fire\u00adlerin sava\u015f boyunca sadece \u0130stanbul\u2019da de\u011fil, Anadolu\u2019nun ba\u015fka \u015fehirlerinde de hizmet verdikleri g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Hay Ganants Liga\u2019n\u0131n, al\u0131konan Ermeni \u00e7ocukla\u00adr\u0131 geri alma \u00e7abas\u0131 d\u00f6nemin geli\u015fmeleri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan bir hayli anlaml\u0131d\u0131r. Zira 1918 y\u0131l\u0131nda\u00a0<em>Yeni \u0130stanbul<\/em>gazetesinde de bu y\u00f6nde haberler \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Gazetenin 9 Te\u015frin-i Sani 1334 tarihli say\u0131s\u0131nda, \u0130ttihat ve Terakki\u2019nin \u00f6nde gelenlerinden ve Diyarbak\u0131r valisi olan Re\u015fid\u2019in \u015ei\u015fli\u2019deki evinde alt\u0131 erkek ve bir k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011fun bulundu\u011fu haberi yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yine ayn\u0131 haberde Bahaeddin \u015eakir\u2019in Be\u015fikta\u015f Serencebey Yoku\u015fu\u2019ndaki evinde \u015fimdi Enver Pa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n amcas\u0131 Halil Pa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n ikamet etti\u011fi ve bu evde de \u00fc\u00e7 Ermeni k\u0131z \u00e7ocu\u011fun ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 eklenmi\u015ftir. Ayn\u0131 gazetede birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn soma (13 Te\u015frin-i Sani 1334) yer alan bir haberde ise Ermeni Patrikhanesi\u2019ne her g\u00fcn sahipsiz yetimlerin getirildi\u011fi, bunlar\u0131n \u201czabit ve memur \u0130slam aileleri nezdinde istihdam olunduktan [\u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131ktan] sonra milletin mu\u2018avenet [yard\u0131m]ve himayesine muhta\u00e7 b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131\u201d belirtilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ermeni toplumunun gelece\u011fine dair kayg\u0131lar ve\u00a0toplum sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, cemiyetin yak\u0131ndan ilgilendi\u011fi konular\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmektedir. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 nesil i\u00e7in z\u00fchrevi hastal\u0131klar ile m\u00fccadele ve evliliklerin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile de yak\u0131ndan ilgilenilmi\u015ftir. \u0130stanbul\u2019un Ermeni halk\u0131 aras\u0131nda z\u00fchrevi hastal\u0131klar \u00e7o\u011fal\u0131yor ve evlilikler azal\u0131yordu, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla istatistikler haz\u0131rlay\u0131p tedbirler almak gerekiyordu. Meclis bu konuyla ilgili olarak halk\u0131 ayd\u0131nlatmak i\u00e7in mahallelerde s\u0131hhatle alakal\u0131 konferanslar verilmesini kararla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sorun b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr, geri d\u00f6nebilen insanlar Kilikya\u2019da mahsur kalm\u0131\u015f durumdad\u0131r. Ermeni doktorlar geri d\u00f6nenlere yard\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 esirgemezler. Halk\u0131na yard\u0131ma gelenler aras\u0131nda Aya\u015f\u2019tan tesad\u00fcfen geri d\u00f6nebilen ilgin\u00e7 ki\u015filerden biri M\u00fctareke d\u00f6neminde yeniden \u0130stanbul\u2019a d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f Avedis Nakka\u015fyan&#8217;d\u0131r. Nakka\u015fyan,\u00a0 \u0130stanbul\u2019a d\u00f6nd\u00fckten bir s\u00fcre sonra Kilikya\u2019da (Adana civar\u0131nda) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Frans\u0131zlar\u0131n Kilikya\u2019daki y\u00f6netiminin, \u0130ngilizlerin daha do\u011fudaki ve a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak K\u00fcrt n\u00fcfusun h\u00e2kim oldu\u011fu \u015fehirlerdeki y\u00f6netiminden farkl\u0131 oldu\u011funu, bu farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n Ermeni kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n \u015fehirdeki durumlar\u0131yla ilgili olarak da ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtir. \u0130ngilizler, al\u0131\u00adkonulmu\u015f kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuklarla ilgili bir giri\u015fimde bulunmazken, Kilikya\u2019daki Frans\u0131z y\u00f6netici Albay Bremond, 9 A\u011fustos 1919\u2019da konuyla ilgili bir karar alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu karar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 zaman zaman olduk\u00e7a karma\u015f\u0131k durumlara sebep olmu\u015ftur: H\u0131ristiyan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n baz\u0131lar\u0131 birka\u00e7 sene \u00f6nce zorla evlendirilmi\u015f, bunlar\u00addan \u00e7ocuk sahibi olmu\u015f ve bu \u015fekilde aile kurmu\u015ftu. Her \u015feye ra\u011fmen Albay Bremond\u2019un karar\u0131 bu kad\u0131nlara se\u00e7im yapma \u00f6z\u00adg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc verdi\u2026 Bazen ac\u0131kl\u0131 sahneler ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 oluyordu. \u0130nsanlar, ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 olaylar nede\u00adniyle \u00f6ylesine deh\u015fete d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015flerdi ki sava\u015f\u0131n bitti\u011fine inanmakta g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7eki\u00adyor, katliamlar\u0131n etkisinden kurtulam\u0131yorlard\u0131\u2026 Kad\u0131n, \u00e7ocuk ve gen\u00e7 k\u0131zlar g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeye yeni aileleri e\u015fli\u011finde geliyor, H\u0131ristiyan ge\u00e7mi\u015flerini redde\u00addiyorlard\u0131. Tam anlam\u0131yla sars\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve deh\u015fete d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f olan bu insanlar\u0131n ken\u00addilerini yeni \u00a0isimleriyle tan\u0131t\u0131p eskiden H\u0131ristiyan ismi ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 red\u00addettikleri, hatta H\u0131ristiyan ailelerindeki ki\u015fileri tan\u0131mad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledikleri dahi oluyordu\u2026 Ermeni n\u00fcfusun geri getirilmesi, Ermenilere ait mallar\u0131n iadesi ve al\u0131konul\u00admu\u015f Ermeni kad\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n geri al\u0131nmas\u0131 gibi uygulamalar Kilikya\u2019daki M\u00fcsl\u00fcman n\u00fcfusun Frans\u0131z y\u00f6netimine duydu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede zirveye \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">K\u0131sa s\u00fcrede Fransa\u2019n\u0131n tutumu de\u011fi\u015fir. Hem bu unvan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi hem de Ankara H\u00fck\u00fcmeti\u2019yle ya\u00adk\u0131nla\u015fmak gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen Robert de Caix\u2019in, General Gauroud\u2019un genel sekreteri olarak atanmas\u0131 Fransa\u2019n\u0131n izleyece\u011fi politikan\u0131n yeni\u00a0do\u011frultusunu g\u00f6sterir .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asl\u0131nda i\u015fin do\u011frusu Fransa\u2019n\u0131n daha 1919 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonunda Kilikya konusunda T\u00fcrklerle anla\u015fmaya haz\u0131r oldu\u011fudur. Bunun \u0130ngilizler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da ayn\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek i\u00e7in yeterli sebebimiz var. Binba\u015f\u0131 Ravlinson\u2019un an\u0131lar\u0131\u00a0konuyla ilgili ayd\u0131nlat\u0131c\u0131 bilgiler verir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hekimlerin can kayb\u0131 bu d\u00f6nemde de s\u00fcrer. Cemiyet&#8217;in 5 Aral\u0131k 1920 tarihli toplant\u0131s\u0131nda, Dr. Torkomyan, Dr. D. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 gibi uzun s\u00fcren, \u00fcstelik sava\u015f\u0131n daha ba\u015f\u0131nda tehcir gibi bir y\u0131k\u0131m politikas\u0131n\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7te b\u00fct\u00fcn Ermenilerin bu y\u00f6nde davranmalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Kendisi de tehcirden g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fckle kurtulan Yervant Odyan an\u0131lar\u0131nda b\u00f6yle bir Ermeni karakterinden s\u00f6z eder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1914 y\u0131l\u0131 Kas\u0131m ay\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda toplanan Ermeni Milli Meclisi&#8217;nde Osmanl\u0131 Ermenileri ba\u015fka tesirlere kap\u0131lmadan Osmanl\u0131 Devleti&#8217;ne ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermeli ve her Ermeni vatani g\u00f6revini yapmal\u0131d\u0131r karar\u0131 ve \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Osmanl\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n\u00a0 sava\u015fta Cihat Fetvas\u0131&#8217;na ihtiya\u00e7 duymas\u0131, dikkatle \u00fczerinde durulmas\u0131 gereken bir durumdur.\u00a0 Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019nun I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019na kat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve cihat fetvalar\u0131n\u0131n okunmas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda olanlar dikkat \u00e7ekicidir. &#8220;G\u00f6steri yapan kalabal\u0131\u011f\u0131n, sahibi k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre \u00f6nce Rus uyru\u011funa ge\u00e7en bir Ermeni olan Tokatl\u0131yan Oteli\u2019ne ve Ye\u015filk\u00f6y\u2019deki bir kiliseye sald\u0131rmas\u0131 planl\u0131 bir hareket ola\u00adrak de\u011ferlendirilmektedir&#8221; y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki\u00a0tesbitinin ard\u0131ndan Stefanos Yerasimos&#8217;un\u00a0\u015fu de\u011ferlendirmesi payla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r\u00a0:\u201c\u0130\u015fte bu y\u00fczden 13 Kas\u0131m 1914 tarihi \u0130stanbul\u2019un hayat\u0131nda bir kopu\u015fu belirler.\u201d Kutsal sava\u015f bir s\u00fcre sonra kendi vatanda\u015flar\u0131na y\u00f6nelip, 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ilk b\u00fcy\u00fck trajedisine neden olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019nda Osmanl\u0131\u2019ya kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015fan Ermenilerin bulun\u00addu\u011fu bilinmektedir ancak bu durum Ermeni dini ve siyasi kuramlar\u0131n\u0131n genel tavr\u0131n\u0131n bu y\u00f6nde olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fini g\u00f6lgeleyemez.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kald\u0131 ki her T\u00fcrk asker do\u011fmuyordu. Ermeniler kendileri korkun\u00e7 yasaklar alt\u0131nda ya\u015farken bile c\u00f6mert\u00e7e T\u00fcrk K\u0131z\u0131lay\u0131na ba\u011f\u0131\u015fta bulunuyorlard\u0131. \u0130stanbul ve ta\u015frada h\u00fck\u00fcmet yard\u0131m amac\u0131yla kermesler d\u00fczenlemi\u015fti ve buralar\u0131n en iyi m\u00fc\u015fterileri Ermeni\u00adler olmu\u015ftu. \u00d6zellikle Ermeniler i\u00e7in konulan s\u0131k\u0131y\u00f6netim yasalar\u0131na harfi har\u00adfine uyan Ermeni askerler, doktorlar, eczac\u0131lar, hem\u015fireler ve ustalar T\u00fcrk or\u00addusuna aktif destek veriyorlard\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arsen Yarman, Ermeni toplumunda I. Bu \u00e7eli\u015fik duygular\u0131, politik belirsizlikleri, kendisi Osmanl\u0131 ordusunda sava\u015f\u0131rken aileleri tehcire g\u00f6nderilen doktorlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulunduklar\u0131 ruhsal karma\u015fa ve \u015fa\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6sterebilmek i\u00e7in baz\u0131 Ermeni doktorlar\u0131n yazd\u0131klar\u0131na kulak vermek yararl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. S\u00f6zleriyle Ermeni Tabiplerin Sava\u015f s\u00fcrecindeki tan\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131na yer verir:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avedis Nakka\u015fyan<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Avedis Naka\u015fyan\u2019\u0131n yazd\u0131klar\u0131 son derece ilgin\u00e7tir, zira kendisi \u0131l\u0131ml\u0131-liberal g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri olan ve Ermeni milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fiyle ilgili olmayan bir doktordur. Ancak ne g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri ne de faaliyetleri onu 24 Nisan 1915\u2019te tutukla\u00adn\u0131p Aya\u015f\u2019a g\u00f6nderilmekten kurtarabilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asl\u0131nda 24 Nisan 1915\u2019te g\u00f6zalt\u0131na alman Ermeni ayd\u0131nlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda siyasi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan Naka\u015fyan\u2019a yak\u0131n isimler hi\u00e7 de az de\u011fildir. Siyasi etkin\u00adliklere kat\u0131lmayan ya da ilgi g\u00f6stermeyenlerin say\u0131s\u0131 hayli y\u00fcksektir. Aralar\u0131nda Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019nun sava\u015fa girmesine etkin olarak kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kanlar\u0131n say\u0131\u00ads\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu da iddia edilemez. Halide Edip\u2019in 1 Mart 1917 tarihli mektubunda Yetimhaneler hayatta bir \u015feyin telafi edemeyece\u011fi \u015feyi kaybetmi\u015f yar\u0131 a\u00e7 bedbaht \u00e7ocuklarla dolu\u2026 dedi\u011fi Halep!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arsen Yarman\u2019\u0131n bir ba\u015fka payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 da Cemal Pa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n direktifiyle Ermeni yetimlerinin\u00a0 asimilasyonu i\u00e7in Suriye\u2019de yetimhaneleri \u00f6rg\u00fctleyen Halide Edip\u2019e 9 Kas\u0131m 1918 g\u00fcnl\u00fc<em>Yeni \u0130stanbul<\/em>\u00a0gazetesinde Ahmet Ha\u015fim\u2019in,\u00a0 yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k mektuptur:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Vakit&#8217;<\/em>teki makale\u00adnizde, Ermeni k\u0131t\u00e2linden [\u00f6ld\u00fcrmeleri] bahsediyorsunuz. Arsen yarman bu ilgin\u00e7li\u011fin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izer: Yetim \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn babas\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde Osmanl\u0131 Ordusunda askere al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. De\u011firmenciyan\u2019\u0131n kitab\u0131nda bahsetti\u011fi doktorlardan biri de Dikran Kasapyan\u2019d\u0131r. Kasapyan\u2019\u0131n Avusturya-Macaristan cephesinde \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc trajiktir. Dr. Kasapyan yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131yla birlikte Avusturya-Macaristan cephesinde yaral\u0131lar\u0131 sava\u015f alan\u0131ndan toplamaya giderken yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131kla d\u00fc\u015fman zannedilerek Avusturya- Macaristan askerlerinin top ate\u015fiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalm\u0131\u015f ve kendi sa\u011fl\u0131k grubuyla birlikte hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Avedis Cemcemyan\u2019\u0131n I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131 Tan\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu Ordusu Subay\u0131, Dr. Avedis Cemcemyan\u2019\u0131n G\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (1914-1918)) 1986 y\u0131l\u0131nda Beyrut\u2019ta ba\u00ads\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Doktorun g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 geni\u015f saha g\u00f6ze al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u0130mparatorlu\u011fun pek \u00e7ok cephesi hakk\u0131n\u00adda bilgi vermektedir. NizipHyan, Dr. Nuri \u0130\u015fkhanyan, Dr. Zenop Bezciyan, Dr. Harutyun Tarpinyan, Dr. Bedros (amele taburu dok\u00adtoru) Dr. Acemyan, Dr. Altunyan (Dr. Cemcemyan, Halep\u2019teki Dr. Altunyan arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla tehcirde Hama\u2019ya s\u00fcr\u00fclen karde\u015flerine para g\u00f6ndermektedir) gibi pek \u00e7ok Ermeni doktordan haberdar olmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemcemyan\u2019\u0131n kitab\u0131 g\u00fcnl\u00fck formunda kaleme al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in dok\u00adtorun faaliyetlerinin ya da ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 haberlerin kronolojik bir d\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fc anlam\u0131na da gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">15-16 Nisan 1915\u2019te Ermeni hamam\u0131na gitti\u00ad\u011fini yazan doktor Gelibolu\u2019da h\u00e2l\u00e2 200 Ermeni evinin bulundu\u011funu eklemi\u015f\u00adtir. \u00d6\u011fleden sonra bir u\u00e7ak \u201cBarbaros\u201d z\u0131rhl\u0131s\u0131na iki bomba atm\u0131\u015f ama ikisi de hedefi bulmam\u0131\u015f, denize d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Daha sonra Rum doktor Pavustopuli\u2019yle dola\u015fmaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 yazan doktor u\u00e7aklar\u0131n tekrar g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve bu kez att\u0131klar\u0131 bombalardan birinin Ermeni mahallesine isabet etti\u011fini \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ertesi g\u00fcn \u00c7anakkale\u2019ye gitme emri alan doktor d\u00fcnk\u00fc bombard\u0131manda u\u00e7aklardan birinin isabet ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131<a name=\"_ednref7\"><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.birikimdergisi.com\/guncel-yazilar\/1142\/ermeni-toplumunun-varolus-mucadelesinde-ermeni-etibba-cemiyeti-ve-tarman-dergisi#_edn7\">[vii]<\/a>\u00a0ama bu arada bir denizalt\u0131n\u0131n da vuruldu\u00ad\u011funu kaydetmektedir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2 May\u0131s\u2019ta Enver Pa\u015fa\u2019n\u0131n cepheye gelece\u011fi haberleri yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sava\u015ftaki\u00a0 ve cephedeki Ermenilerden\u00a0 s\u00f6z a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015fken\u00a0 Arsen Yarman\u2019\u0131n\u00a0 \u00a0Enver Pa\u015fa\u2019yla cephedeki Ermeni askerlere dair Raymond H. Kevorkian\u2019dan aktard\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir olay\u00a0 hayli ilgin\u00e7tir. Buna g\u00f6re, \u00c7anakkale cephesine gelmeden \u00f6nce, Kafkas Cephesi\u2019nde Enver Pa\u015fa\u2019y\u0131 ve kurmaylar\u0131m Ruslara esir d\u00fc\u015fmekten kurtaran Ermeni askerler olmu\u015ftur. Enver Pa\u015fa\u2019y\u0131 Sar\u0131kam\u0131\u015f\u2019ta s\u0131rt\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131yarak \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00adden kurtaran Ermeni te\u011fmen Sivasl\u0131 Hovhannes Aginyan\u2019d\u0131r. Te\u011fmen Aginyan Balkan Harbi\u2019ne de kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131 ve hayat\u0131n\u0131 Enver Pa\u015fa\u2019y\u0131 kurtard\u0131\u011f\u0131 Sar\u0131kam\u0131\u015f Cephesi\u2019nde kaybetmi\u015ftir. Enver Pa\u015fa daha sonra, bu olay \u00fczerine, Konya Ara\u00e7nortu Rahip Karekin\u2019e bir mektup yazarak te\u015fekk\u00fcr etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Cemcemyan\u2019\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde Ermeni tehcirinden ilk olarak 9 Eyl\u00fcl 1915 tarihli notta s\u00f6z edilmektedir. Dr. do\u011frulu\u011fundan pek emin olmasa da tehcire g\u00f6nderilen Ermenilerin evlerine d\u00f6nebilecekleri dedikodusunun yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemektedir\u2026 Dr. Cemcemyan\u2019a en \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc haber\u00adleri ise 1-2 Ekim\u2019de \u0130stanbul\u2019dan yanma gelen Dr. Harutyun Tarpinyan vermi\u015f\u00adtir. Tarpinvan\u2019\u0131n tehcir hakk\u0131nda anlatt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc oldu\u011funu, yemek yiyemedi\u011fini belirten doktor \u00fcstelik bir de u\u00e7ak sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131 nedeniyle g\u00fcnde 5-6 saati siperlerde ge\u00e7irdiklerini kaydetmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ermeni toplumun her kesimi gibi tabipleri de 1915 S\u00fcrecinden fazlas\u0131yla etkilendiler. Zira yok edilmek istenen bir halk\u0131n hem entelekt\u00fcelleri ve\u00a0 \u00f6nc\u00fcleri,\u00a0 hem de doktorlar\u0131 olarak toplumlar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 geli\u015fmesinde rol sahibi ve bunun sorumlulu\u011funu ta\u015f\u0131yorlard\u0131.1919 y\u0131l\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanan \u015eehit Ermeni doktor\u00a0 Eczac\u0131 ve di\u015f Hekimleri An\u0131t\u0131 adl\u0131 kitapta bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te katledilen veya \u00f6len tabip ve eczac\u0131lar listelenmi\u015ftir. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019nda Had\u0131mk\u00f6y ve \u00c7anak\u00adkale\u2019deki ordu birliklerinde g\u00f6rev alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1916\u2019da Gali\u00e7ya cephesinde esir d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f, daha sonra \u0130stanbul\u2019a d\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kerope Cezveciyan (1883-1942): I. D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019nda \u00c7anakkale cephe\u00adsinde \u0130ngilizlere esir d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f ve Hindistan\u2019a g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Ancak d\u00f6rt y\u0131ll\u0131k esaretten sonra \u0130stanbul\u2019a d\u00f6nebilir.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sonu\u00e7<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cemiyetin yeniden kurulmas\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla 3 Ocak 1919 tarihindeki, \u00a0\u00f6l\u00fcm yolundan tesad\u00fcfen geri d\u00f6nen Ba\u015fkan Vahan Torkomyan\u2019n\u0131n konu\u015fmas\u0131 bir bak\u0131ma 1915 S\u00fcrecinin ve Ermeni halk\u0131n\u0131n trajedisinin \u00f6zetidir. Torkomyan, Ermeni milletinin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 korkun\u00e7 kayb\u0131n \u00e7abucak onarabilmesinde, g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f zorbal\u0131\u011f\u0131n misali olmayan cinayetlerle elimizden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 milyonlarca Ermeni \u015fehidin b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bo\u015flu\u011fu doldurulabilmesinde yetimleri i\u015faret eder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1922 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda TBMM H\u00fck\u00fcmeti\u2019nin Yunan ordusuna kar\u015f\u0131 elde etti\u011fi zafer art\u0131k ba\u015fka pek \u00e7ok Ermeni kurumu gibi Ermeni Et\u0131bba Cemiyeti\u2019nin hayat alan\u0131m da orta\u00addan kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu tarihten sonra Cemiyet faaliyetlerine son vermi\u015f, Tarman dergisinin \u00f6mr\u00fc de t\u00fckenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arsen Yarman, kapsaml\u0131\u00a0 incelemesiyle yak\u0131n tarihin unutulmu\u015f \u00f6nemli kurumu vesilesiyle yak\u0131n tarihimize \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutmu\u015ftur.
