K\u00fcrdistan Teali Cemiyeti sava\u015f sonras\u0131 K\u00fcrt aristokrasisi ile K\u00fcrt entelijensiyas\u0131n\u0131n koalisyonuyla kurulmu\u015f bir \u00f6rg\u00fctt\u00fc. Cemiyet, Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n enkaz\u0131 alt\u0131nda kalan K\u00fcrtleri kurtarma tela\u015f\u0131ndayd\u0131. Cemiyetin sek\u00fcler kolu m\u00fcstakil K\u00fcrdistan fikrinde \u0131srar ederken di\u011fer bir kolu olan dinsel kanat, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman T\u00fcrk karde\u015flere zor zamanlar\u0131nda s\u0131rt d\u00f6n\u00fclemeyece\u011fi gerek\u00e7esiyle otonom K\u00fcrdistan\u2019a raz\u0131yd\u0131. K\u00fcrt siyasetinin bu iki asal aks\u0131 Ermeniler meselesinde de ortakla\u015famam\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Sek\u00fcler kanat Bo\u011fos Nubar Pa\u015fa ile anla\u015fan \u015eerif Pa\u015faya Ermenilere Van\u2019\u0131n g\u00fcneyine kadar egemenlik hakk\u0131 verilmesine itiraz ederken, dini kanat Ermenilerle birlikteli\u011fin her t\u00fcr\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131yd\u0131. Ne var ki iki kanat belki de tek bir politikada mutab\u0131kt\u0131. O da hala sahada cereyan eden Ermeni soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131na siyaseten ve entelekt\u00fcel olarak kay\u0131ts\u0131z davranmak. Hakikaten Jin gazetesi soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n \u201cs\u201dsi ile bile ilgilenmezken, Cemiyet, Wilson prensiplerine referansla soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n ard\u0131ndan ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan Ermenisiz K\u00fcrdistan fikri \u00fczerinden siyaset icra ediyordu. Cemiyet ve gazete b\u00fcy\u00fck devletlere \u00a0\u201cfazla olan hakl\u0131d\u0131r\u201d prensibi uyar\u0131nca K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da mukim K\u00fcrt n\u00fcfusunun fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatma derdindeydi. Bir ba\u015fka ifadeyle Ermeni n\u00fcfusunun trajik bir \u015fekilde silinmesi \u00fczerinden K\u00fcrt siyaseti ikame ediyorlard\u0131. Velhas\u0131l Cemiyetin k\u00fcrat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde \u00e7\u0131kan gazete totalde 25 say\u0131 ne\u015fredildi\u011fi halde en az 20 say\u0131da K\u00fcrt-Ermeni ili\u015fkilerini ilgilendiren yaz\u0131lar\u0131n ne\u015fredilmesi hayli \u00f6nemli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>K\u00fcrd(Ermen)istan<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130lk say\u0131da yay\u0131n kurulunun temel ama\u00e7 olarak K\u00fcrd ulusuna uluslar toplulu\u011fu alan\u0131nda lay\u0131k bulundu\u011fu yeri haz\u0131rlamay\u0131 ba\u015farabilmek olarak \u00e7\u0131tay\u0131 koymas\u0131 gazetenin politik akt\u00f6rl\u00fck g\u00f6revi \u00fcstlendi\u011finin g\u00f6stergesiydi. Hem K\u00fcrdistan Teali Cemiyetinin hem de gayr\u0131 resmi b\u00fclteni olarak ne\u015friyat\u0131n otonomiden, m\u00fcstakil bir devlete kadar de\u011fi\u015fik opsiyonlar\u0131n masada oldu\u011fu bir konjonkt\u00fcrde K\u00fcrtlerin masadan bo\u015f kalkmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in ulusal bir g\u00f6rev y\u00fcklendi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k. Bu nedenle Cemiyet, asl\u0131nda yaln\u0131zca \u0130stanbul\u2019la s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 siyasi g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc seferber ederken, Ne\u015friyat da bununla senkronize bir \u015fekilde kalemini alabildi\u011fine sivriltip, sayfalar\u0131n\u0131 simetrik bir ara\u00e7 olarak kullanacakt\u0131. Ne de olsa d\u00f6nem Sykes-Pycot d\u00f6nemiydi ve bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 zaten ikiye b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131 ya d\u00f6rt par\u00e7aya b\u00f6lecek, ya da par\u00e7adan b\u00fct\u00fcne m\u00fcstakil K\u00fcrdistan kurulacakt\u0131. Gazeteye g\u00f6re bir opsiyon daha vard\u0131 ve o opsiyon ger\u00e7ekle\u015firse K\u00fcrdistan, Ermenistan olacakt\u0131. Bu son opsiyonu gazete, somut ve yak\u0131n bir tehlike olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden en \u00f6nemli enerjisini bu opsiyonun akim kalmas\u0131 i\u00e7in seferber etmekteydi. Ger\u00e7ekten de bu ihtimal, gazeteyi irrasyonel tepkiler vermeye zorlayarak soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n sahada hala cari oldu\u011fu bir d\u00f6nemde soyk\u0131r\u0131ma sayfalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamen kapatmak \u015feklinde dramatik bir tutuma s\u00fcr\u00fckleyecekti. Soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ima eden iki kelime olarak \u201cermeni facias\u0131\u201d ve \u201ckitle k\u0131y\u0131m\u0131\u201d terimi koskoca 25 say\u0131 boyunca yaln\u0131zca birer kez, iki yaz\u0131da ge\u00e7mekteydi. D\u00fcnyadan bihaber herhangi bir okur, o d\u00f6nem yaln\u0131zca Jin gazetesini okumu\u015f olsayd\u0131 Ermeni soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 hakk\u0131nda tek bir \u015fey dahi \u00f6\u011frenemeyecekti. Bu t\u00fcrden bir inkarc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n bar\u0131\u015f konferans\u0131n\u0131n organize edildi\u011fi konjonkt\u00fcrle ve Bo\u011fos Nubar Pa\u015fan\u0131n Ermeni temsilcisi s\u0131fat\u0131yla konferansa kat\u0131lmas\u0131yla ilgisi vard\u0131 elbette. Ve en \u00f6nemlisi de yans\u0131yan haberlere bak\u0131l\u0131rsa K\u00fcrt-ermeni hinterland\u0131n\u0131n tapusu \u00fczerinde pazarl\u0131klar yap\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. Bu arka plandan sonra ilk say\u0131 K\u00fcrtlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n K\u00fcrtlere ait oldu\u011funu ispata yarar yaz\u0131larla akarken hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde soyk\u0131r\u0131ma yer verilmemesi hayli manidar. 2. say\u0131da \u201cBeka milletindir\u201d yaz\u0131s\u0131 var. Tekam\u00fclc\u00fc sosyal darwinizm anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 uyar\u0131nca g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc-g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz d\u00fcalizmi \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fcyen yaz\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcn\u00fcn hayatta kalmas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz\u00fcn var olmas\u0131 gere\u011fine dikkatimizi \u00e7ekmesi not edilmeli. 3. say\u0131da \u201cK\u00fcrdistan \u0130\u00e7in\u201d yaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcellifi Kamuran Bedirhan. \u00a0\u201c\u2026kendisinden uzak, haklar\u0131 gasp edilmi\u015f halklara ate\u015fli bir \u015fekilde destek vaad eden ve K\u0131r\u0131m, G\u00fcrcistan, Ermenistan b\u00f6lgelerine, bu b\u00f6lgelerin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k tutkunu insanlar\u0131na arka \u00e7\u0131kan T\u00fcrk h\u00fck\u00fcmetine sesleniyorum diyen yazar\u0131n, K\u00fcrd ve K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n da hat\u0131rlanmas\u0131n\u0131 dilemesi hayli dikkat \u00e7ekici. Bu \u015fekilde daha \u00e7ok K\u00fcrt-ermeni hinterland\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki Kafkasyada bir Ermenistan kurulmas\u0131na destek veren yazar\u0131n tutumu not edilmeli. Ermenilerle ilgili do\u011frudan bir niteleme ilk kez gazetede kendine yer bulurken hala soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n esamesinin bile okunmamas\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekici. 4.say\u0131da S\u00fcleymaniyeli Tevfik\u2019in yaz\u0131s\u0131 var. Piremerd\u2019in K\u00fcrd, Ermeni, Fars ve Nasturi hep bir \u0131rktand\u0131r tespiti not edilmeli. Bu \u015fekilde k\u00f6ken itibariyle gayr\u0131 T\u00fcrk bir tarihselli\u011fi imlemesi belli ki b\u00fcy\u00fck devletlere verilen bir mesaj. Bununla da yetinmeyen yazar\u0131n, bu halklar\u0131n birbirinden ayr\u0131lmaz bir ortakl\u0131\u011fa sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131n tespiti d\u00f6nem itibariyle hayli m\u00fchim. Yine k\u00f6ken ve tarih tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 bu say\u0131da da bask\u0131n. Zaten Jin yaz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu K\u00fcrtlerin k\u00f6keni, tarihi, m\u00fcstakil bir halk olmas\u0131 ve K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 ile ilgili. Kaleme sar\u0131lan her yazar bu konular\u0131 i\u015flemekteydi. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>1. b\u00f6l\u00fcm:\u00a0<\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.agos.com.tr\/tr\/yazi\/12140\/soykirima-13-yil-kala-kurdistan-gazetesi-1898-1902\" target=\"_blank\"><b>Soyk\u0131r\u0131ma 13 y\u0131l kala K\u00fcrdistan Gazetesi (1898-1902)<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Hektor&amp;Kasab<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Say\u0131n\u0131n \u201cBir K\u00fcrt Dilberinin Sabah U\u011fra\u015f\u0131s\u0131\u201d yaz\u0131s\u0131 hayli \u00f6nemli. Yaz\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131 bir \u015fekilde magazinel bir muhtevaya i\u015faret etse de K\u00fcrdistan da\u011flar\u0131nda cennetten bir enstantane e\u015fli\u011finde anlat\u0131lan bir \u00f6yk\u00fc var kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda. Bu \u00f6yk\u00fcy\u00fc m\u00fchim k\u0131lan asl\u0131nda yazar\u0131n yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir dipnot. Cennet vatan\u0131n tasviri ile ba\u015flayan hikayede bu vatan\u0131n koruyucular\u0131 olarak \u201c\u2026onlar\u0131n n\u00f6bet\u00e7ili\u011fini yapan \u201ckasab\u201d ve \u201cgurzo\u201dlar\u0131n sesi kesilmi\u015fti\u201d c\u00fcmlesine yerle\u015ftirilen bir dipnot epey manidar. Zira vatan\u0131n koruyucular\u0131 olarak efsanele\u015ftirilen \u201ckasab\u201d ve \u201cgurzo\u201d lakaplar\u0131ndan kas\u0131t K\u00fcrd-Ermeni hinterland\u0131nda mukim \u00f6nde gelen a\u015firet a\u011falar\u0131. Ne var ki bu cephe as\u0131l olarak soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n balyoz harekat\u0131yla Ermenilerin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn mertebe tehcir edilmeksizin bulunduklar\u0131 yerde katledildi\u011fi kritik bir cephe. \u00a0Van, Bitlis, Mu\u015f Ermenileri balyoz harekat\u0131yla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn mertebe t\u0131pk\u0131 pogrom d\u00f6nemi gibi tehcir edilmeden katledilmi\u015fti. Bu balyoz harekat\u0131n\u0131 koordine eden \u015feman\u0131n en \u00fcst\u00fcnde Bahattin \u015eakir vard\u0131. \u0130TC merkez komitesi \u00fcyesi Bahattin \u015eakir \u201cKafkasya \u0130htilal Cemiyeti\u201d ile bu b\u00f6lgede tehcirsiz bir soyk\u0131r\u0131m plan\u0131n\u0131 uygulamaya koymu\u015ftu. Bahattin \u015eakir\u2019le birlikte III. Ordu komutan\u0131 Mahmut Kamil Pa\u015fa da bu i\u015fin sevk ve idaresinde bulunmu\u015ftu. Van ve Bitlis\u2019te m\u00fccrimlerden, e\u015fk\u0131yalardan, askerli\u011fe elveri\u015fsiz olanlardan kurulu \u201cKasaplar taburu\u201d balyoz rol\u00fcn\u00fc oynarken, Erzurum\u2019da bu i\u015f Kafkas ihtilal cemiyeti i\u015ftirak\u00e7i g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fclerince y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc. Yaz\u0131da ge\u00e7en bahse konu a\u015firet liderlerinin baz\u0131lar\u0131 Ruslara kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015f\u0131rken Ermenilerle de kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya gelmi\u015fti. Bu ba\u011flamda soyk\u0131r\u0131mda pek de gurur duyulacak \u015feylere imza atmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da biliyoruz.\u00a0 Mu\u015f\u2019ta g\u00f6rev alan a\u015firetlere ise kendi hakim olduklar\u0131 m\u0131nt\u0131kalar\u0131n\u0131 temizleme i\u015fi ihale edilmi\u015fti. Mu\u015f\u2019ta Hoca \u0130lyas efendi, Saide Nato \u00e7etesi, di\u011fer birka\u00e7 a\u015firet ile yaz\u0131da ge\u00e7en Musa bey g\u00f6ze \u00e7arpmaktayd\u0131. Saide Nado\u2019nun bu i\u015f i\u00e7in \u00f6zel g\u00f6revlendirildi\u011fi Erzurum\u2019a gidip Bahattin \u015eakir\u2019le g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesinden belli. Yine yaz\u0131da ge\u00e7en Musa bey asl\u0131nda sicili bilinen bir \u015fah\u0131s. 1880\u2019lerde Misyoner katliam\u0131yla g\u00fcndeme gelen bu zat, 1890 pogromlar\u0131nda da rol oynam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ermeni k\u0131z\u0131 G\u00fclo\u2019ya yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 zalimlikler Avrupa medyas\u0131nda g\u00fcndem olunca A.Hamit taraf\u0131ndan \u0130stanbul\u2019a getirilip g\u00f6stermelik bir yarg\u0131lamayla \u00f6d\u00fcllendirildi. \u0130\u015fte bu \u015fah\u0131s, soyk\u0131r\u0131mda Mu\u015f\u2019un do\u011fusu ile kendi a\u015firetinin h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yerlerdeki Ermenilerini \u00f6ld\u00fcrme i\u015fini \u00fcst\u00fcne alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Yine Wilson prensiplerine dikkati \u00e7eken yazar\u0131n bu prensiplere g\u00f6re T\u00fcrk \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu bulunan yerlerin Osmanl\u0131ya b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da T\u00fcrklerin \u00e7o\u011funluk olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bir iki memur ile temsil edildi\u011fine dikkatimizi \u00e7ekmesi ilgi \u00e7ekici. T\u00fcrkler \u00e7o\u011funluk olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re peki ya Ermeniler \u00e7o\u011funluk mu diye soran yazar cevab\u0131 kendi verir. Buralarda Ermeniler, bizlerin y\u00fczde be\u015fi bile de\u011fil, belki y\u00fczde iki oran\u0131nda demesi d\u00f6nem itibariyle n\u00fcfus m\u00fchendisliklerinin ba\u015f tac\u0131 edildi\u011fini g\u00f6stermekte. Bu \u015fekilde K\u00fcrdistan, K\u00fcrtlerin hakk\u0131d\u0131r ba\u015fka hi\u00e7 kimsenin de\u011fil diyen yazar\u0131n sava\u015f \u00f6ncesi Van, Bitlis, Mu\u015f hinterland\u0131nda baz\u0131 yerlerde y\u00fczde k\u0131rklar\u0131 a\u015fan ermeni n\u00fcfusunun nas\u0131l olup da 3 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde silinme noktas\u0131na geldi\u011fini sorgulamamas\u0131 enteresan. Bu denli b\u00fcy\u00fck n\u00fcfus kayb\u0131na yazar\u0131n ilgi bile duymamas\u0131n\u0131n siyaseten bir anlam\u0131 olmal\u0131. Oysa Patrikhanenin 1912 verilerine g\u00f6re K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da Ermeni n\u00fcfusu 1.170.000 iken ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nem Osmanl\u0131 verilerine g\u00f6re ise K\u00fcrdistan\u2019daki Ermeni n\u00fcfus 600.000 olarak verilmekteydi. Osmanl\u0131 verilerini kabul etsek bile 600 bin insan\u0131n 3 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde ortadan yok olmas\u0131yla alakal\u0131 tek bir de\u011finin bile olmamas\u0131 d\u00f6nem itibariyle fazla n\u00fcfusa sahip olan\u0131n siyaseten avantajl\u0131 olmas\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla bir ilgisi oldu\u011fu ortada. Devam\u0131nda Wilson prensipleri K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n bizim hakk\u0131m\u0131z oldu\u011funu teyit etmekte diyen yazar\u0131n e\u011fer sahip \u00e7\u0131kmazsak hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcpheniz olmas\u0131n bizim y\u00fczde onumuz bile olmayan Ermenilerin, K\u00fcrdistan\u2019a sahip \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p bizim \u00fclkemizi alacaklar demesi K\u00fcrdistan gazetesinden bu yana devam eden Ermeni korkusunun a\u00e7\u0131k bir tezah\u00fcr\u00fc. Soyk\u0131r\u0131mla neredeyse Ermenisiz bir Ermenistan\u2019a raz\u0131 edilen Ermenilerden hala bir korku imparatorlu\u011fu bi\u00e7iminde bahsedilmesi \u015f\u00fcphesiz bu korkunun K\u00fcrt siyasetini hala \u015fekillendiren ve mobilize edebilen bir bilin\u00e7alt\u0131 fabrikasyonuyla alakas\u0131 var. Say\u0131daki \u201cK\u00fcrdistan\u2019daki T\u00fcrk Sakinleri T\u00fcrk M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u201d yaz\u0131s\u0131 da \u00f6nemli. T\u00fcrk-K\u00fcrt birlikteli\u011finin bozuldu\u011funu an\u0131msatan yazar\u0131n bu halden K\u00fcrtlerin de\u011fil; ancak sad\u0131k K\u00fcrtleri di\u011fer ta\u015fk\u0131n unsurlara tercih edenlerin sorumlu oldu\u011funu belirtmesi not edilmeli.\u00a0 Osmanl\u0131l\u0131kla temas etti\u011fi tarihten beri yaln\u0131zca kahr ve zulm\u00fcn\u00fc, isyan ve ta\u015fk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz unsurlar\u0131n, yurdun ger\u00e7ek hizmet\u00e7ileri olan K\u00fcrtlere tercih edildi\u011fi iddias\u0131 \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n Ta\u015fnak\u00e7\u0131larla i\u015fbirli\u011fine at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir laf gibi. Tanzimata kadar Bitlis\u2019in K\u00fcrt h\u00fck\u00fcmet merkezi oldu\u011funu savunan yazar\u0131n, sava\u015f \u00f6ncesi n\u00fcfusun 30 bin oldu\u011funa de\u011finip burada en fazla 500 T\u00fcrk var diyerek Ermenilere dair tek kelime etmemesi hazin. 7. say\u0131ya damgas\u0131n\u0131 vuran asl\u0131nda bir yaz\u0131 de\u011fil bir atas\u00f6z\u00fc. Gazetenin K\u00fcrt atas\u00f6zleri s\u00fctununda \u015f\u00f6yle bir atas\u00f6z\u00fc dile gelir. \u201cHesp\u00ea Qule, M\u00ear\u00ea File, S\u00eaye T\u00fble, j\u00ea ra mebe ewle\u201d\u00a0 ve t\u0131pk\u0131 \u00e7evirisi olarak da (Kule renkli ata, Ermeniye ve za\u011far k\u00f6pe\u011fe itimat etme) T\u00fcrk\u00e7e terc\u00fcmesi eklenmi\u015ftir. File s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7o\u011funlukla g\u00fcndelik K\u00fcrt hayat\u0131nda Ermeniler i\u00e7in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilsek de bu tabirin Hristiyanlar i\u00e7in de kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 biliyoruz. Belli ki yazar, buradaki terc\u00fcmede bahusus Hristiyanlar\u0131n de\u011fil Ermenilerin kastedildi\u011fini anlatma derdinde. Zira d\u00f6nem itibariyle Hristiyan bat\u0131n\u0131n konsolosluklar\u0131yla d\u00fczenli bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fen Jin yazar ve edit\u00f6ryas\u0131n\u0131n bu el\u00e7ilikleri tahkir edecek bir yay\u0131n \u00e7izgisi izlemeyece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k. Bu y\u00fczden atas\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn hemen alt\u0131na s\u00f6z konusu olan\u0131n Ermeniler oldu\u011funun terc\u00fcme edilmesi epey dikkat \u00e7ekici. \u00d6te yandan soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n hala sahada cari oldu\u011fu bir duman alt\u0131nda bu atas\u00f6z\u00fcn dergiye al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n bir anlam\u0131 da vard\u0131r muhakkak. Bahse konu darb\u0131 meselden de g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere Ermeniler soyk\u0131r\u0131m sonras\u0131nda bile K\u00fcrtlerin g\u00f6z\u00fcnde hayvandan farks\u0131zd\u0131. Hem de t\u00fcr\u00fcne g\u00f6re hayvanlar\u0131n cins olarak en k\u00f6t\u00fcs\u00fcyle e\u015fde\u011ferdi. Nitekim Ermeniler asillikleriyle \u015f\u00f6hretli herhangi bir atla de\u011fil; g\u00fc\u00e7ten d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f, yar\u0131 yolda b\u0131rakaca\u011f\u0131 kesin olan ve bu y\u00fczden de kesinlikle g\u00fcvenilmez \u201ckule renkli atla\u201d bir tutulmu\u015ftur. Yine ayn\u0131 atas\u00f6z\u00fcnde sahibine sad\u0131k olma meziyetiyle bilinen bir hayvan olan k\u00f6pe\u011fe benzetilen Ermeniler, herhangi asil veya s\u0131radan bir k\u00f6pekle de\u011fil; t\u00fcylerini d\u00f6km\u00fc\u015f, neredeyse kediden bile korkacak \u015fekilde kuyru\u011funu bacaklar\u0131n\u0131n aras\u0131na k\u0131st\u0131r\u0131p, sahibine hi\u00e7 g\u00fcven vermeyen \u201ctule k\u00f6pekle\u201d bir tutulmu\u015ftur. Ermeniler bu \u015fekilde sosyal darwinizm icab\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7ten d\u00fc\u015fen hayvanlarla simgele\u015ftirilip, bu \u015fekilde do\u011fal seleksiyon uyar\u0131nca ay\u0131klanmay\u0131, elimine edilmeyi hak eden olarak resmedilmekteydi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Kitle K\u0131y\u0131m\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">9. say\u0131daki K\u00fcrdistan ve K\u00fcrtler yaz\u0131s\u0131 Kamuran Bedirhan\u2019a ait. Yeni bir h\u00fck\u00fcmet kurmak i\u00e7in bir bask\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fcne dayanmak gerekiyor diyen yazar\u0131n Ermenilerin bundan yoksun olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemesi not edilmeli. Ermenilerin kurmak istedikleri h\u00fck\u00fcmetin egemenli\u011fini ve K\u00fcrtlerin bu h\u00fck\u00fcmete itaat etmesini sa\u011flayacak g\u00fc\u00e7lerden yoksun oldu\u011fu tezi dikkat \u00e7ekici. K\u00fcrtler her yerde \u00e7o\u011funluk olu\u015fturuyor bunu s\u00f6yleyen sadece T\u00fcrk istatistikleri de\u011fil Avrupal\u0131 seyyahlar da bunu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor diyen yazar\u0131n Rus ekonomistlerden Pazilov\u2019un K\u00fcrdistan isimli eserini \u015fahit g\u00f6stermesi ilgi \u00e7ekici. Devamla yazar\u0131n bu n\u00fcfus azl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n son olaylarda bir \u00e7ok Ermeninin g\u00f6\u00e7 etmesiyle alakas\u0131 bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekmesi hayli dramatik bir yorum. Bir kere soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131, g\u00fcndelik konu\u015fma l\u00fcgat\u0131n\u0131n basitli\u011fi i\u00e7inden \u201cson olaylar\u201d ve \u201cg\u00f6\u00e7\u201d \u015feklinde hafife alan bir yakla\u015f\u0131m g\u00f6stermesi not edilmeli. Yine sava\u015f \u00f6ncesi Osmanl\u0131 say\u0131mlar\u0131na g\u00f6re soyk\u0131r\u0131m \u00f6ncesi 600 bin Ermeniden soyk\u0131r\u0131m sonras\u0131 yaln\u0131zca 60 binin kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmek istememesinin alt\u0131nda siyasi bir hesap vard\u0131 elbette. K\u00fcrt ve Ermenileri i\u015faretle 1877-78 sava\u015f\u0131na kadar her iki milletin da\u011fl\u0131 halk\u0131 birbirleriyle iyi ge\u00e7inmekteydi diyen yazar\u0131n K\u00fcrt-ermeni ili\u015fkilerinde bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 isabetli. Soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 \u201cfacia\u201d olarak niteleyen yazar\u0131n, K\u00fcrt kay\u0131plar\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekmek i\u00e7in bu kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmada soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmser tarzda bir ak\u0131l y\u00fcr\u00fctmesi epey manidar. Belli ki yazar soyk\u0131r\u0131m fiilinin siyaseten K\u00fcrtlerin aleyhine d\u00f6nmesinden tedirgin. Soyk\u0131r\u0131m ile ma\u011fdur edilen Ermenilere bir teselli mahiyetinde K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n b\u0131rak\u0131lma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 belli ki K\u00fcrtlerin g\u00fcndemini i\u015fgal eden bir korku. Bu y\u00fczden soyk\u0131r\u0131m halini hafife alma yoluna gittikleri gibi K\u00fcrtlerin de en az Ermeniler kadar ma\u011fdur oldu\u011funu i\u015fleyen yaz\u0131lara yer verilmekteydi. Bu \u015fekilde ma\u011fduriyetler e\u015fitlendirilerek olas\u0131 siyasi bir kayb\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmek istenmekteydi. 15.say\u0131da g\u00fcndem olan asl\u0131nda bir istatistik.\u00a0\u00a0 1889 Tahririne nazaran Van vilayetinde mukim K\u00fcrt ve Ermenilerin hane say\u0131lar\u0131 ve n\u00fcfuslar\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu edilen bir cetvelin ne\u015fredilmesi bir siyaset m\u00fchendisli\u011fi te\u015febb\u00fcs\u00fc. Cetvelde K\u00fcrtler 436.042 olarak hesaplan\u0131rken, Ermeniler 82.476 olarak hesaplanm\u0131\u015f halde. N\u00fcfus \u00fczerinden siyasal hak iddialar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczere burada da kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda. \u201cG\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olan hakl\u0131d\u0131r\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n liberal bir tezah\u00fcr\u00fc olarak \u201cfazla olan hakl\u0131d\u0131r\u201d perspektifi d\u00f6nem itibariyle modayd\u0131. Bu t\u00fcrden n\u00fcfus m\u00fchendisliklerinin, etnik temizlik pratiklerini unutturan, hakl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131ran bir sonuca kap\u0131 aralad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z. Bu saikle soyk\u0131r\u0131mla ermeni n\u00fcfusunun bitirilmesini bu d\u00f6nem K\u00fcrt siyaseti bir sorun olarak g\u00f6rmez. Aksine soyk\u0131r\u0131mla ermeni n\u00fcfusunun tedrici olarak yok edilmesinin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00fczerinden K\u00fcrtl\u00fck siyasetinin carile\u015ftirilmesi ve hakl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusuydu. Bu d\u00f6nem K\u00fcrtl\u00fck siyaseti soyk\u0131r\u0131m sonras\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan n\u00fcfus tablosu \u00fczerinden siyaset \u00f6rg\u00fctlemi\u015f ve bu durumu pragmatik saiklerle bir politik fayda olarak kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Say\u0131daki \u201cWilson prensipleri ve K\u00fcrtler\u201d yaz\u0131s\u0131 tam da bu meyanda dikkat \u00e7ekici. Yaz\u0131y\u0131 \u00f6nemli k\u0131lan hususlardan biri yazar\u0131n\u0131n \u0130hsan Nuri olmas\u0131. \u0130hsan Nuri\u2019nin 1930 A\u011fr\u0131 isyan\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda Ta\u015fnak aktivistlerinden Arde\u015fir Muratyan ile i\u015fbirli\u011fini hat\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda yaz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ekstra bir ilgin\u00e7li\u011fe sahip oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131k. Devamla yazar\u0131n sava\u015f sonras\u0131 bar\u0131\u015f konferans\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekerek K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n Ermenilerin emri ve egemenli\u011fi alt\u0131na verilece\u011fi haberlerini yaz\u0131 konusu yapmas\u0131 s\u00fcre giden K\u00fcrt-Ermeni toprak kavgas\u0131n\u0131n halen sert olarak devam etti\u011fine i\u015faret. Bunlar\u0131n do\u011frulu\u011funa ihtimal vermeyen yazar\u0131n, durumun alm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu bu kayg\u0131land\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bi\u00e7im kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ya \u00f6l\u00fcm ya istiklal moduna ge\u00e7mesi ilgi \u00e7ekici. Devamla yazar\u0131n bu konuda pek de diplomatik olmayan bir \u00fcslupla Ermenilere g\u00f6zda\u011f\u0131 vermesi not edilmeli. 16.say\u0131n\u0131n dikkat \u00e7eken \u201cgazindek\u201d yaz\u0131s\u0131 K\u00fcrt\u00e7e. T\u00fcrk\u00e7e haliyle: \u00a0Bizi k\u0131m\u0131ldatmay\u0131n, yormay\u0131n\/D\u00fc\u015fman geliyormu\u015f, bize ne!\/ Bizi kendi keyfimize b\u0131rak\u0131n\/kendi halimize, kendi zevkimize\/Nas\u0131l olursa \u00f6yle olsun\/vatan da harab olsun.. Soyk\u0131r\u0131mdan kurtulan bir avu\u00e7 insan\u0131n hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n hala mucizelere ba\u011fl\u0131 bulundu\u011fu riskli bir ortamda bu \u015fiirin m\u0131sralar\u0131n\u0131n bir han\u00e7er gibi hayatlara inece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k. K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n Ermenisizle\u015ftirildi\u011finin kesin tescili say\u0131labilecek bir anda bile hala Ermenilerin d\u00fc\u015fman olarak kodlan\u0131p \u00f6c\u00fc olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi K\u00fcrtlerin bilin\u00e7alt\u0131ndaki ermeni korkusunun ne denli travmatik bir hal ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir g\u00f6stergesi. 20.say\u0131da \u201cIss\u0131z k\u00f6y\u201d yaz\u0131s\u0131 Kemal Fevziye ait. Yazar kasvetli bir muhacirlik fragman\u0131yla yaz\u0131ya atak verirken sonu\u00e7 k\u0131sm\u0131nda K\u00fcrtlere \u015fu \u015fekilde seslenmesi epey manidar. \u201cSiz ki, yak\u0131n kom\u015funuzun ebed\u00ee kin ve zulm\u00fcne, kana susayan bir d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n devasa sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na, kahramanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131za, fedak\u00e2rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131za kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, y\u0131llardan beri karde\u015f gibi ba\u015f ba\u015fa verdiniz\u201d diyerek Ermenileri m\u0131zrak ucuna yerle\u015ftirmesi hayli ajitatif bir siyasi s\u00f6ylem. Belli ki Bo\u011fos Nubar pa\u015fan\u0131n talepleri K\u00fcrtlerin \u00f6fkesine \u00f6fke katm\u0131\u015fa benzer. Ermenilerin kana susam\u0131\u015f bir d\u00fc\u015fman olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k tonunun ne denli a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren bir durum. Ermeniler soyk\u0131r\u0131m anlar\u0131nda s\u0131radan d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131ktan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p kana susam\u0131\u015fl\u0131k gibi canili\u011fi imleyen s\u0131ra d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bir canavarl\u0131\u011fa terfi ettirilmi\u015f durumda. Aslen Bitlisli olan yazar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u015fiddetini bir t\u0131k \u00f6teye g\u00f6t\u00fcrmesinin bir sebebi olarak Rus ordusuyla birlikte Van, Bitlis ve Erzurum b\u00f6lgesine giren kimi ermeni gruplar\u0131n\u0131n intikamc\u0131 eylemlere y\u00f6nelmesinin de bir pay\u0131 olmal\u0131.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Jin Gazetesi ve 1915<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jin gazetesinin Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n sava\u015f sonras\u0131 yenilip teslim oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemde \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 unutulmamal\u0131. Sykes-Pycot, Mondros m\u00fctarekesi ve Sevr antla\u015fmas\u0131yla halklar\u0131n kaderinin bir avu\u00e7 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecinin cetvellerine emanet edildi\u011fi bir d\u00f6nemde gazetenin ne\u015fredilmesi gazetenin muhtevas\u0131n\u0131 \u015fekillendiren ba\u015fl\u0131ca siyasi fakt\u00f6rd\u00fc. Jin gazetesinin temel amac\u0131 K\u00fcrtlerin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve K\u00fcrdistan\u2019a egemenli\u011fini hem kom\u015fu halklara hem de b\u00fcy\u00fck devletlere anlatmak ve ispat etmekti. Gazete i\u00e7in Wilson ilkeleri neredeyse siyasi bir ament\u00fc gibiydi. Her yaz\u0131 \u00f6yle ya da b\u00f6yle bu ilkeleri konu ederek yaz\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. Gazetenin ne\u015fredildi\u011fi s\u00fcre\u00e7ler K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n egemenlerce d\u00f6rde b\u00f6l\u00fcnece\u011fi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerdi. Gazete bu tehlikenin pek de fark\u0131nda olmaks\u0131z\u0131n Wilson\u2019a \u00f6vg\u00fcler d\u00fczmekteydi. Zaten gazete esas tehlikeyi Wilson\u2019gillerden de\u011fil Ermenilerden beklemekteydi. Gazeteye g\u00f6re K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n Ermenistan olma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 daha muhtemeldi. Bu nedenle gazete esas enerjisini bunu \u00f6nlemeye harcamaktayd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gazetenin bir ba\u015fka \u00f6zelli\u011fi ise soyk\u0131r\u0131mla hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde ilgilenmemesiydi. Tam 9 say\u0131 yay\u0131mland\u0131ktan sonra soyk\u0131r\u0131m fiilini ima bab\u0131nda \u201cermeni facialar\u0131\u201d, bir yaz\u0131 da ise \u201ckitle k\u0131y\u0131m\u0131\u201d kavramlar\u0131 kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131, hepsi bu kadar. Bu kavramlar\u0131n hi\u00e7 biri soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyan kavramlar olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde bu kavramlar\u0131 kullanan yazar\u0131n da soyk\u0131r\u0131m fiilini yumu\u015fatma bab\u0131nda bu kavramlara m\u00fcracaat etmesi ayr\u0131ca talihsizdi. O kadar ki \u201ckitle k\u0131y\u0131m\u0131\u201d tabiri kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde, k\u0131y\u0131m\u0131n n\u00fcfusu azaltmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feklinde sarkastik irrasyonel sonu\u00e7lara bile var\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. Gazete soyk\u0131r\u0131ma g\u00f6zlerini tamamen kapatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in soyk\u0131r\u0131mdaki K\u00fcrt i\u015ftirakini de g\u00f6rmemi\u015fti. Aksine bu katliamlara kat\u0131lan yerel otoritelere K\u00fcrdistan\u2019\u0131n koruyucular\u0131 olarak neredeyse Hektor muamelesi g\u00f6sterilmekteydi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">H\u00fclasa K\u00fcrdistan sosyo-politi\u011finde 1830 y\u0131llar\u0131ndan itibaren geli\u015fen Ermeni kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 toplumsal, iktisadi ve dinsel bir damar, K\u00fcrdistan gazetesi ile entelekt\u00fcel, politik ve etnik bir tutum haline gelecekti.
