Rus Bakan son s\u00f6z\u00fcn taraflara ait olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n da alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00fcrkiye ile Ermenistan aras\u0131nda diplomatik ili\u015fkilerin kurulmas\u0131na dair protokol, \u0130svi\u00e7re\u2019nin Z\u00fcrih kentinde D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 Ahmet Davuto\u011flu ve Ermenistan D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 Nalbantyan taraf\u0131ndan Ekim 2009\u2019da imzalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
